• Beginner with problems.

  Hello everyone. I just got my sansa fuze today and I'm already having problems. I searched the web, but couldn't find any soultions my specific problems at the moment. so hopefully someone here can help.

  OK... first of all, I can't find the album art on my rocket. I used windows media player 11 and windows vista, I think, to rip all my CD's on and to transfer or 'sync' all the music on my rocket. WMP detects the album art automatically, but there is nothing on the "rocket". How to do it?

  Secondly, I evaluated most of my music (five stars) on media player and once more, the songs are not rated at all on the "rocket" itself. How can I solve this problem?

  and finally, just out of curiosity, what are the different modes of the "rocket" may be in?... that's to say, MPT and eerrr... what else? What do actually mean? I have read on different threads that this can sometimes make the difference in whether or not the album art can be transferred to the "rocket" etc...

  I don't really have any idea of most of this stuff. I would be grateful if someone can help me please. Thank you very much.

  Thanks for your reply. However, it turns out that I just had to pass the "rocket" MTP mode, then I formatted the drive and it automatically transferred all of the album art and the notes of the song when I have syncd pictures again! I think I had it in mode MSC to download the update of the firmware. But anyway... problem solved. Cheers.

• I want to layer styles to resize when my document is resized.

  If I can do it I have all I need: vector art automatically generatic shadows/shades etc which can be resized to any size and still have the same composition or watch than I initially expected. I'm trying to save myself work in case the guy needs me to resize things later.

  Is there a script for this?

  I've already sorted 'go - to'.psd I copied and pasted into all subdirectories of name-based. Now, it's just a matter to recreate with the insignia of various clans and tartan as well as their name. First of all, I was wondering if there is a way to bulk to replace the badge 'clan '. PNG is even if they are all named differently by their clan.

  If this is possible then it is perhaps possible to replace the tartan aswell?

  What is the name, I have files delimited by tabs that crank out every spelling of the name clans individual once the main file has undergone all the work described above. I.O. If the clan has a common spelling of 'Auchinleck' but also goes by, file in step finals Affleck, Auchinlech, Aachnaleck, Auchinlick, then these will all be taken care of with the tab -delimited.

  So you're a candidate to learn scripting.

  Windows and Mac have an internal scripting language and Apple, PowerShell script respectively.

  Photoshop can also use the script. Visual basic script on Windows and on Mac Apple script. Windows and Mac can also use JavaScript for Photoshop.

• Cannot manually add album art

  I just got a new computer and installed the latest version of iTunes for Windows. I added my music library without any problems and was pleased to see that album art has been updated automatically but on the few remaining albums who had not added automatically work I am unable to do it manually (click with the right button on album > info > work). Art seems to have been added but when I hit "ok" and return to iTunes there is no change, it still shows the grey double quaver.

  I bought a Macbook Pro (i7/16 GB/512Ram) about a month ago and it will use for a photo editing and a work of art (as well as email, youtube and the usual stuff).

  As support for opening has now stopped and I don't subscribe to "Photoshop Creative Cloud", I was wondering if there is a good alternative?

  Affinity Photo looks interesting and promising (and is only £40 / $60), but I donnt know how well or otherwise it is to organize files and collections.

  I think Lightroom (or what they call Photoshop-Lightroom) is always available as a "buy it and confess" App to about £104 / $149.    It is essentially Lightroom or Photoshop and Lightroom combined?   Confused.

  Personally I do not like Apple Photo, the new photo on Mac management tool.   I would prefer something that automatically looks for all the photos stored on the computer rather than having to import them and it's editing capabilities are weak.

  As I do a mixture of (pixel based rather than vector) art / illustration and photo editing, I was wondering what is the best option?

  Photo of the affinity has no organizational capacity. It's just one editor

  Lightroom is a standalone application, it isn't photoshop as well. On subscription, you can get both for $10 per month or similar. LR is an organizer, but also a non-destructive processor. This is the most common replacement for aperture. It is a processor of many more capable, though my experience pretty slow and so I'm in the treatment of the migration to

  Capture One, next alternative to the opening. So far, so better.

  There is no serious photo app that "looks like for all photos", all non-destructive processors are built on databases and require only the imported data.

  Each new project begins with a record of the number, the brand and the name of the project. For example: 1252_NIKE_CROSSFIT IN CALI.

  In the main project folder I include subfolders as 'Audio files', 'Documents', 'Pictures', 'Finals', 'Art', "Project Files" and "video files". In the "Audio files" folder I include subfolders 'SFX' and 'music '. And in the 'Video files' folder, I included folder titled "raw Images', 'Vidéos' and 'video Elements '.

• Info from music CD not download automatically.

  Recently, our Windows Media Center stopped download album CD covers and info of the song.      He also said something on the 'Messenger' being not connected.    Any thoughts or ideas?

  Cover of the album, the song info, art images are not displayed for one of the following reasons:

  ·         You are not connected to the Internet, is not possible for Windows Media Center to retrieve the information and cover clip.

  ·         Images and information on the films are not available in your country or region.

  ·         Images and information on the movies are not available for the current movie or DVD.

  ·         When you set up Windows Media Center, you chose not to download CD, DVD and information on films from the Internet.

  If you want to change this setting, follow these steps:

  (a) to ensure that you are connected to the Internet.

  (b) on the start screen, navigate to tasks, click settings, click generaland then click Automatic Download Options.

  (c) select the CD retrieve album art, for movies and the DVD media informationand Internet Services in the Internet box.

  (d) click on Save.

  Reloading XP auto updates installed WMP 9 (I guess I was on v8) who has lost all my art of the album from the playlist and half of my music. I can't find a way to get it back either. Any ideas?

  Turns out I'm a "retarded" even more than I thought. I should get it that reinstalling XP would move me back to an earlier version of the player than the automatic updates had taken me at the time I had run it.
  Finally after several days of re-update itself MP itself shifted in version 11 and to the high jump my album art... I never had the chance to try your solution but thanks anyway. Probably this would have worked if I had a chance to try it but...

  You create a document by using an application of word processor like Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect or OpenOffice Writer.  Think of it as a broad a page roll.

  When you print the document, you can print all pages of the document on one sheet of paper (the normal default value), or you can print on both sides of a sheet of paper.

  Some printers are capable of automatic double-sided printing.  With others, you print all the odd pages and then take the stack of paper, turn upside down and put it back into the printer to print all pages.  You need either to read your printer manual, or experiment a bit to determine if you need to re - organize the first last pages before printing the second side.

  Is it possible for someone to explain VERY SIMPLY how to get album art of WMP12 in "rocket"? She shows in WMP, but does not appear automatically when you synchronize on. A simple step by step guide would be great!

  Just a theory, but USB mode, you are in? I think that if you see the art on WMP, but it syncs, that maybe MTP mode would bring art. I do not use WMP12 with my Win7, I prefer Mediamonkey... but I think that might help.

  I can't figure out how to get my Sansa Fuze to display the album art associated with certain songs. On Rhapsody, in my library, the work of corret appears when I select a song to play, even when I play the Sansa directly when connected to my PC. But when you use the portable Sansa, no album appears so when listening to songs. How can I fix it? Thank you.

  If you download the files from the Rhapsody with the R4 client, the album art is automatically transferred to your device (in MTP mode at least).  Well, it will in theory.  I had problems with imported CDs and some transfers of album showing album art in the client, but not on the "rocket".

  What happens in the R4 client, is that it takes the art of the database online instead of watching the device files.  If you import into the library of your PC, you can have a look at data from ID3 tag including album art, and you can edit it from there.  To use the Rhapsody 4 Editor, open the client, then select 'my library '.  If you right click on a track, you can use the editor.

  To work on all the tracks of an album, simply open the window of the left border of the pane in my library by clicking on the button in the left edge.  Selection of the album for your view.  Scroll to the album, and right click.  Rhapsody will ask if you want to "modify several tracks", which is our choice, otherwise, the album art will show for a track only.

  The tricky part is that you must delete the file existing in your Sansa, then transfer back the version of the Rhapsody to your rocket when finished.

  There is a cool video available that shows the proven mode MSC or MTP, manual method to add album art, if you want to do it this way.  Check it out SanDisk how-to Videos.

  Alternatively, try something very nice indeed, MP3Tag.  I found that this application is the best thing since the pretranches pickle dill to solve the problems of ID3 tag and album art.  You can use MP3Tag to automatically export the file folder.jpg or album art.jpg necessary to the tag embedded in the album folder, without having to search the Internet art or clip.

  If Rhapsody album art, MP3Tag zorches makes a happy Sansa.

  Indeed, on this thought, if something zorches album art, this application is great.  You can set it to write your ID3 tags in the right format to ID3v2.3 ISO 8859-1, well that is automatic through the Rhapsody client.

  all .jpg image in any folder and rename it Folder.jpg
  and it will be displayed on the folder when thumbnails

  To make WMP automatically look for the cover, make sure retrieve additional information from the Internet are checked in Tools - Options - Library (press Ctrl + M, if you don't see the Tools menu). The only add missing information option is recommended.

  Regarding duplicates, I suggest that you try to reset the media library. Note firstly reset the library will make you lose all play counts and ratings too. Then, follow these steps:

  -Restart the PC.
  -Click Start, type services.msc in the search field and press ENTER. In Services, locate the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service. If its status is started, double-click on the service and click on stop.
  -Click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft in the search field and press ENTER. This folder opens in Windows Explorer.
  -In this file, rename the old Media Player like Media Player folder. If you do not see the folder, then it is probably hidden. Set Explorer to view the hidden files and folders and show protected system files.
  -Launch WMP, your library will have been reset and will be rebuilt. Check if the problem persists.
