  I recently downloaded IVI Driver for Tektronix TBS1062 of national instruments.  I use the USB communication. I have configured the instrument NI Max and can identify the instrument successfully.   First thing I would do, is to ensure that the instrument is configured correctly to accept orders via the USB.

  After that, try to send commands through MAX to see if the range reacts.
