  Generally, Yes.

  My advice would be different in the fact that I would tell you to get the latest version of the drivers for your hardware from the hardware provider for the audio device, or at least to the manufacturer of the system.

  ·         How you used to synchronize folders in Windows Explorer?

  Follow the steps below to solve the problem:

  a. right click on an empty space in the left pane (folder), you get a menu with two options

  b. 'show all files' and 'Developing in the current folder'.

  c. believing that the empty space is a bit complicated and the options are sticky (it's the same thing than to go through the 'Folder Options' dialog box).

• Audio is not synchronized with the video in Encore

  When I try to create a Blu - ray disc in Encore, with files mp4 that were imported in the timeline, the audio is not synchronized with the video.  These same files are fine when I import them and create a DVD with still.  I tried to convert the files with Adobe Encoder, but that does not work.  I tried their conversion to "high quality, even as attributes Original 720 x 480.  Mp4 files are which have been digitised in iMovie VHS tapes.  These files to play correctly in all other circumstances.  Does anyone know the settings I need to set to make these files to play properly when you try to import them in again to ensure their conservation in Blu - ray?  I have over 300 converted videos and I will not be able to detach the audio from the video and try to slide things around them to match for each video.  I guess that there must be a simpler solution.

  We don't know what audio specifications are in mp4. Still prefer active already demuxed import (m4v and wav or a3c). Otherwise, he must separate the flow before Remultiplexage in the m2ts file. Take a short test. Put a mp4 to first and export it as H.264 Bluray. You can change the baud rate (for the test, I wouldn't), but do not change the multiplexing. You will get a m4v and wav.   Shot a 16 minute video using the iPhone. He shot without breaks. Just take the lead. When I watch the video in Quicktime audio synchronization format is very well throughout the sequence. But when I import video in first Pro CC 2015.3 and play in the timeline, the audio is synchronized at the beginning and starts to drift and at the end of the video, the audio is average not synchronized with the video. Is there something in preferences that must be put? As, I exported the video and it was always out of sync.

  Note: I've imported the same images to FCPX and I had no problem of synchronization.

  First cannot process images with variable framerate (such as phones, webcams etc.)

  Converted with HandBrake contstant framerate and re-import.

  You are right 99jon... with open Photoshop, you click on 'Open' and 'Finder' opens in the window with 'Photos' listed. It's all a bit messy, but seems to work. Thanks again for your help. Bi

I've been working and learning with Lightroom however and through this process, I imported my photos into Lightroom. Thus, an import to Lightroom means an automatic download to the creative cloud? I'm not ready ready yet to use the CC storage for any of my files yet. If they have been uploaded - how can I access remove?   No, the files are not automatically sent to the creative cloud when you import them into Lightroom. In order to have images in the cloud of Adobe creative, it must create a collection in Lightroom, choose the images you want to share via Lightroom online or via Lightroom Mobile. You will have to consciously choose to share this collection before sending them to the cloud. If you have inadvertently shared a collection, it's simple stop sharing by clicking on the small icon to the left of this collection. You are in complete control of what you share and do not share in the cloud. You could take the time to watch this video. It will give you a good introduction to the functioning of Lightroom Mobile:

  If you want to see what so-called pictures are waiting for you, you can go to Lightroom.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID and password. You will be able to see what, if any, the pictures you shared. I think that this message you have received is just a friendly reminder invites you to start using the feature. But I could be wrong.
