  Have you checked the settings/iCloud to ensure that information on the synchronization are enabled? If the weight is, stopping and restarting the synchronization.

  My advice would be different in the fact that I would tell you to get the latest version of the drivers for your hardware from the hardware provider for the audio device, or at least to the manufacturer of the system.

  Is this a new problem or was heppening since you have the keyboard? From what you describe, my first thought is that it's a faulty keyboard. You can check with the Acer support page, because they might have a solution to this problem.

  Follow the steps below to solve the problem:

  a. right click on an empty space in the left pane (folder), you get a menu with two options

  b. 'show all files' and 'Developing in the current folder'.

  c. believing that the empty space is a bit complicated and the options are sticky (it's the same thing than to go through the 'Folder Options' dialog box).

• Audio is not synchronized with the video in Encore

  When I try to create a Blu - ray disc in Encore, with files mp4 that were imported in the timeline, the audio is not synchronized with the video.  These same files are fine when I import them and create a DVD with still.  I tried to convert the files with Adobe Encoder, but that does not work.  I tried their conversion to "high quality, even as attributes Original 720 x 480.  Mp4 files are which have been digitised in iMovie VHS tapes.  These files to play correctly in all other circumstances.  Does anyone know the settings I need to set to make these files to play properly when you try to import them in again to ensure their conservation in Blu - ray?  I have over 300 converted videos and I will not be able to detach the audio from the video and try to slide things around them to match for each video.  I guess that there must be a simpler solution.

  We don't know what audio specifications are in mp4. Still prefer active already demuxed import (m4v and wav or a3c). Otherwise, he must separate the flow before Remultiplexage in the m2ts file. Take a short test. Put a mp4 to first and export it as H.264 Bluray. You can change the baud rate (for the test, I wouldn't), but do not change the multiplexing. You will get a m4v and wav. But when I import video in first Pro CC 2015.3 and play in the timeline, the audio is synchronized at the beginning and starts to drift and at the end of the video, the audio is average not synchronized with the video. Is there something in preferences that must be put? As, I exported the video and it was always out of sync.

  Note: I've imported the same images to FCPX and I had no problem of synchronization.

  You are right 99jon... with open Photoshop, you click on 'Open' and 'Finder' opens in the window with 'Photos' listed. It's all a bit messy, but seems to work. Thanks again for your help. Bi

  I have Lightroom on a Macbook Air and I downloaded the Lr app on my iPad mini. I am registered on both, but the collections of photos in Lightroom the Macbook do not appear on my iPad. Adobe help give these tips, but there is no icon next to one of the collections synchronization in Lightroom on my Macbook. Does this mean that Adobe help is outdated and Adobe have ceased to use these icons, or it means that there is something wrong with my desktop version of Lightroom?

  • If you have existing Collections, you can configure synchronization with Lightroom for mobile, too.
    

    Click the sync icon to ensure that the images in the collections are synchronized with your device
    A. unsynchronized Collection B. Synchronized collection (two-way arrow icon)

    Alternatively an existing Collection, you right click and click on Sync with Lightroom Mobile in the context menu

  Thanks for the quick response. When I checked the creative cloud app I discovered he had corrupted - does not open. So I deleted and re-uploaded the application. When I re-installed, it told me I had not yet downloaded Photoshop or Lightroom again (even though I had been using the CC versions on subscription for the last month.) So I have downloaded creative cloud app and that solved the problem. Now the synchronization icons appeared in Lightroom and it is the synchronization of photos with my iPad. Problem solved!
