Aspire AX1470-UR30P video card

Hi, my aspire AX1470-UR30P watch for the symptoms of a bad video card, sometimes the monitor turn into lines and colors. I tried with my Samsung 1080 p TV with cable and port theHDMI and the same phenomenon occurs after a while watching Netflix. If I turn off the machine and wait a few minutes, she start again until you come again.

My question is that the video card on the AX1470-UR30P is replasable or a part of the motherboard? He's out there I can improve or stock is the only solution?

I found the motherboard again at a good price, but I would like to know before you buy, it.

Your system has AMD Radeon HD 6410D as video card but it is integrated, either by the way, there is a slot pci-express x 16 which allows you to add a VGA card (if your BIOS has an option to disable the built-in VGA).

you have 2 things to check (and I suggest you talk with a computer store)

(1) if the power supply will be able to handle an additional VGA

(2) If your case has enough room to add a VGA

I wonder if I can upgrade the video card in my Acer Aspire 5560 - Sb609? I could not find much information on my model. I don't have a special mind video card. I know it must be upgraded. I've already updated my RAM and my hard drive. Also upgraded to Windows 8. All that remains until entirely replacing the laptop itself is the video card. I'm hoping to do it if we consider how much cheaper it is. Thanks in advance.

    Chris

The graphics card is integrated into the motherboard, so there is no way to upgrade.

My apologies for the bad news.  Most laptops do not have an option for the graphic upgrade unfortunately.

  • Aspire the XC-605 video card update

    Hi all

I recently bought an Aspire XC-605 and I need help, so I hope you guys can help out me. It comes with an integrated only video card. I wanted to update the graphs so I bought a card Asus HD 6450 Silent PCIe. I installed the card and booted the computer and nothing appears on the screen any card (Asus or integrated) I plug the HDMI cable.

Do not know how to proceed at this point. I went into the BIOS to see if I could disable the onboard graphics, but there is no other choice. I think that maybe it's a power issue? I don't know anything about power supplies, but certainly one that comes with the system is not standard size.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi pchandra

The video card you have is a low power card - it needs about 75 watts and draws its power from the PCIe slot, so your XC-605 feeding should be enough.

There may be a problem with the graphics card. I suggest to try the card in another PC to rule out a problem with it. If it does not work in the second PC, the card will be replaced.

If there is no setting in the BIOS, it adjusts automatically, usually the output, so if you insert a card, it will default to it. Similarly, if you delete it, it should default to the integrated graphics card.

Try the card in another PC and let us know how you get on...

    Hello

the GPU you prefer, I'm not a reson for why it's not compatible. Just check with power supply to your turn, if I'm not mistaken, the power supply to your turn would be 500W, if so you are good to go.

  • video card, that you are running is not supported.

I have tried running airbourne Medal of honor, on windows vista, nothing helps, even after having used troubleshooting on windows. my computer is acer aspire 5720, windows vista. the message I get is. (the video card is not supported)

Try disabling each card one at a time to see which card is not supported, and if this does not work, try disabling the Intel and Ati chips to see if nVIDIA card works on its own.

    How to disable graphics cards
Go to: start > Panel > hardware and sound > Device Manager > graphics cards, with the button right of the graphics card you want to disable, and then click "disable". (To re-enable graphics card right-click on it and select 'Activate').

I hope this works (I have is not, I'm at the end of my knowledge and will not be able to think of anything else).

  • update x 3995 video card

I have a problem to upgrade the video card on the Acer Aspire x 3995.  When I install a card VisionTek Radeon 5450 VHDCI B2 PCIe in the machine, it does not display any video either.  Once installed the VisionTek there is no video of the built-in VGA or new card video I can't see BIOS.

How can I proceed in this scenario?  Is there a jumper on the motherboard that I need to change?

Usually when you install a discreet edge video card is disabled. That being said, this device looks like to she a 220W power and their site says it must have a 250W or greater, then you might need to upgrade the power supply first, if you have not already.

  • Lack of information video card

My video card driver is out of date, and I can not download a new because I don't know what it is the map. When I check through all the usual methods, the info isn't available. I tried to check with Acer, but they need the serial number and the sticker is scratched so I can't get it. What are my options here? The paperwork is long gone, and I'm only a little uncomfortable disassemble the PC did once to install the RAM. I downloaded diagnostic scanners, and even they say not available for the video card info. I'm totally at a loss. I want to put a game on my PC but need to know if my card is good enough, it gets this slow pan when I scroll and its really annoying. It was once fixed by updating drivers, but I've since had to format. I am now back to square one.

Who says you have an Acer Aspire desktop T135 and video drivers VIA can be downloaded from the Support of WWW Acer page which is here:

    http://support.Acer.com/us/en/default.aspx

Make the correct selections to get to the download section of pilot T135.

There is only one choice of VGA driver, so I would take, download (she is a fairly good sized ZIP (8.7 MB) file, unzip and run the setup.exe and you behave!)

  • Double video cards

I have the video card from AMD Radeon 7950 / 3GB with 3 monitors has 30' and two of 24.  Would I be able to add an another 7950 to help speed up the video rendering?  And not to add another monitor.  Or should I replace the video card for two cards video that would be equal to 3 GB?

Yes, you can add another video card, however, I think that the 7950 requires two power connections to THE and the MP has only two connections. You probably need to add another power supply

  • Bad video card - last ditch effort

    Hello

I'm 99% sure this is my video card that is causing this problem.

Started a few days ago the screen filled with red pixels randomly, it could get worse over the next few minutes, and then the computer was completely insensitive - had stopped the clock and the mouse does not work yet.  I was able to ssh from my laptop, but cannot open applications and reboot via ssh wouldn't work, had to hard - reboot.  After having let it sit for awhile, it seemed better, I was hoping it was a stroke of luck.  Just right tonight (a few days since the accident of 1), he began acting again... bad.  I tried to run the Apple Hardware Test, he could not even done that - she's blocked (at the forefront in the screenshot), the mouse still worked, but even after half an hour, neither the time nor progress bar update.

I have a NVIDIA Quadro graphics card, I'm not sure that is because apparently they only give information on the card itself.  I know that it was very expensive.  Tomorrow I'll try cleaning all the contacts on the map and the location of the motherboard.  Beyond that, all I can think to do is to buy a new video card.  Is it possible to fix a video card, or is it simply not feasible?  I can also try to put it in another location, to see if that solves (which would indicate that the problem is on the motherboard, rather than the map, but I doubt that will solve it).

I removed the video card all together, the system is not is more locked up (so far), I am able to use via my MacBook screen sharing, and everything seems good function... which pretty much confirms for me, it's the video card (or slot) that's the problem.

Does anyone have suggestions until I leave shell $500 on a new video card?  This expenditure could not have come at a worse time...

I don't think I need anything too serious for a video card, I use Final Cut Pro.  I installed also just Apple Motion (literally, one day before all this crap started to happen, it seems strange that it could be related, but the time is quite a coincidence), and I join with two dual-link DVI ports.  I'd be curious to know if anyone has recommendations what video card to buy.

Thanks in advance for any advice or thoughts.

  • iPhone screen 5 - replaced battery, black. Video card fried?

My husband iPhone 5 was not load so I replaced taxation port, which didn't work so I replaced the battery. It seems to have worked because when it is plugged in, the computer recognizes that it and he did the sound perception-, but the screen was completely black and by pressing the home screen can that Siri, so we thought that maybe the screen has been fried. I wanted to see if it was the screen that was bad, or if it was the mother board and we should just scrap it and get a new phone, so I swapped the screen with my phone. Now my screen does not work! Neither work. My screen is black but my phone still works, and I can't Siri by pressing the home screen. I guess it was because my husbands phone was always powered (but we couldn't tell) and it fried or something. I fry the video card on the motherboard? Is - something that can be fixed and if so, what parts do I need?

The iphone has no serviceable parts by the user. You have basically destroyed two phones for something which you ought to have apple do.

  • NVIDIA video card do not have FireFox, other browsers are ok.

I went from an ATI video card Nvidia GeForce GT620 card yesterday and now when I use Firefox, when I scroll or when the browser load or 'think', the speakers make a cracking noise when music plays. If I pause Windows Media Player or the Zune software and scroll I don't hear any sound but as soon as the music plays and then scroll, its all crackle-y.

The problem does not occur in Chrome or IE 11, only firefox I'm running Windows 7 32 bit.

I just discovered that scroll in Outlook also makes noise if its not just Mozilla FireFox.
