  There are two ways to go about this. It's either scanning to email app that is having the problem, or the printer it's impossible to connect to Web Services. It is easy to discover this.   It sounds as if an add-on for Internet Explorer can be the cause of the delay.

  Here is a test run to check if this is the case.

  Follow these steps to disable the Add-ons;

  1 (note: you must close IE before you follow these steps.)  ) Click Start ORB / select all programs / Accessories / System Tools / Internet Explorer - no addons.
  2. then open Internet Explorer and try to browse to the sites you mentioned.  If you did it, you can add that the modules of back one at a time to determine which is the origin of the problem.
