  It could be due to the wireless settings are on your router has its default value, which is the reason why you might be faced with the problem. I think you need to change some settings in your router...

  Previous/next in the sequence will work only if there is a gap through all the titles in a sequence, video and audio. Instead, try next/previous on the track and make sure all (or part) of your tracks are targeted in the headers of the track.

It did not work. Interrupt the synchronization process and I tried to check my email from outlook. Found it cannot send and receive mail. Open my browser and found that it disconnected. And so, using the LAN cable, fortunately, it worked. So I wonder what is happening to my function wireless on my laptop?

  Search for updated drivers and reinstall if no later by using the procedure below.

  Control Panel - network - write down of the brand and the model of the Wifi - double click top - tab of the driver - write
  version - click the driver update (cannot do something that MS is far behind the pilots of certification). Then
