Aspire U5 - 710: application of Firmware & Driver updates!

Hello

I am using an Aspire U5-710 for several months, running Windows 64-bit 10.

Even if this AIO machine worked great, it has a few problems with the graphics card Intel.

The U5 - 710 has a processor Intel Skylake integrated Intel HD Graphics 530 video card.

QUESTIONS:

Intel has confirmed the graphic problems with its CPU Skylake. Questions that are answered:

-l' screen randomly goes black, often when scrolling on the edge.

-l' screen remains black, often coming out of sleep.

These problems are occurring on almost any device Skylake, not only of Acer.

SOLUTION:

Intel has been publishes new graphics drivers, fixing these issues.

More specifically: the latest de.4424 of the Intel HD Graphics 530 driver seems to solve these problems. See here.

PROBLEM:

Acer uses a custom/build version of the Intel HD Graphics 530 driver, so it is not possible to install the driver from Intel HD Graphics 530. We rely on Acer to provide an updated video driver to correct these display problems.

REQUEST:

Acer can release a Update to the U5-710/firmware drivers please?

In addition, other Intel components (WiFi, BlueTooth,...) have newer drivers on the Intel Web site.

Please Acer make a update your drivers with support for the AIO U5-710 device. This is a great camera, modern and smooth, but drivers need an update. They have not been updated since the release in November 2015.

Acer has released a Firmware update yesterday, invented R01. A02 for the Aspire U5-710.

    This means what it says - you are out of memory, even if only temporarily. Most likely the tesselation was too or things like samples of your memory exhaustion motion blur. If it worked regardless of the message, that I would not make too much of it...

  • Acer Aspire T3-710 upgraded gpu

    Hi all

    I recently bought the computer desktop Acer Aspire T3 - 710 (form below), however, I need to update the graphics card and it seems that there is enough space to fit this card Nvidia GTX 750 ti. The current map graphic is a Nvidia gtx 745 (OEM) (Plug here). This current card is a single location that I want is double slot (there are 4 unique locations on the back plate) it seems pretty great, but I'm not sure.

    Anyone has any advice on the upgrade of this card? Or better yet the GPU, which fit the T3-710? My current diet is only 220w so I know I need to upgrade it too, but I don't want to until I have a graphics card I know will fit.

    I also recently bought this pc and immediately updated to a unit of evga 600w power supply to install a decent gpu. As it is the best gpu you could go with this prebuilt is a 750ti. The issue is not only with the PSU, but the length of the card itself. There is only 1 PCI slot on the motherboard and there are connections of power directly behind the video card apparently preventing one more card of 6.5 inches or more should be installed. From what I understand, it would be useful to upgrade the power supply that I have and go for a GTX 960 mini or mini 970. If someone has updated the gpu on this pc that I would also be interested to know what suits. I ordered a mini 970 and will display the results when it arrives

    To be honest I don t understand why you react so panicly

    You have a laptop that has a pre-installed Vista OS.
    The fact is that this OS Vista was preinstalled on your laptop computer and for several days/weeks, Microsoft has published a large number of updates and so Vista downloaded and installed updates. But don t wonder about other updates. From time to time you will receive these patches! This is a common behavior of the OS.

    With regard to the Tempro tool;
    This tool informs you about new drivers available, tools or utilities on the Toshiba page.
    To be honest I wouldn t use it. Usually, it's really not important what and when a pilot a tool was released if your laptop runs without problem. I'm always this recommendation; never change a running system.

  • HD4600 graphics driver update problems

    Hello - I had problems with my new pc from HP ENVY 700-515xt CTO. Somehow, the file system has become corrupted I made a recovery through the recovery Partition procedure. Who went well as far as I know.

    All updates have been applied, and a new HD4600 Graphics Driver has been installe-10.18.14.4029-18/11/2014. Now, the driver stops and restarts frequently. The site of HP Software and Driver said the most recent driver is 10.18.10.3995 Rev.A-

    June 9, 2015, but la.4029 settles. There is no way to roll back the driver Rev.A.3995.

    Please advise on this problem and help me. If you need more information, newspapers, etc., please let me know.

    what people have to offer, but check their reviews with at least 2 other sources and use your good sense. Too much of

    application expertise out there and they will get you into trouble.

  • Pavilion dv7-4270us: dv7-4270us bluetooth does not work after driver update

    I recently updated my drivers from the HP website.  Now, I know it was a mistake that bluetooth has not been installed correctly.    And there is no option "driver restore.  I tried several times sp50180, according to the HP website and also tried the old version listed (sp49153).   They old version did not install correctly and a new seemed especially, but none of my Bluetooth devices that used to work to do now.   I can 'connect to' some devices but they cannot transfer photos, connect to the audio, etc.  Some devices that are used to work can still be seen when I say "add a bluetooth device".  After installation, in the Device Manager, I find the following:

    The radio Bluetooth: Bluetooth Broadcom 2070 and Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator (both working properly)

    Human Interface Device: Bluetooth Remote Control (works)

    Modem: Modem Standard via a Bluetooth #2 link (works)

    Network cards (all working correctly):

    Device Bluetooth (personal area network)

    (Heading RFCOMM Protocol TDI) Bluetooth device

    (and my other network devices, all functioning properly also)

    Other devices: this is the problem area.  After installation and reboot, I always find myself with 10 entries "Bluetooth Peripheral Device", all with a yellow exclaimation mark and all say real estate "Other devices", "unknown" (GSM) and the location is "on Microsft Bluetooth enumerator". "."

    I tried right click and uninstall it, but when I reboot they come back to the top, search windows update, but can not find a driver and go straight to the "other devices".  I also tried to uninstall the "Broadcom 2070 Bluetooth 3.0" 'Programs and features' and right-click to delete each listed above bluetooth driver and then run the sp50180 again and it will install without error and find the same above drivers that work and leave the same 10 does not.  And my Bluetooth headphones (two different ones) is more work (or can be seen) and my Bluetooth phone can be 'connected' but any attempt to transfer fails.

    I've exhausted all ideas on the web, I could find, and none have helped.  I tried to load a restore point, but after having so many pilot facilities, there is no point of restoration with the appropriate driver.  A full backup of the system on another drive, but much changed the applications and data files so I cannot restore it.  Unless someone knows how to use a full backup of the Windows 7 system to restore only the Bluetooth driver.

    Another idea is that the driver update that messed up things maybe changed some other file or a registry setting that is not corrected by sp50180, but that seems unlikely.

    Is it possible to manually install each of the 10 'other devices' drivers?  If I right click on a defective device and select "update driver software" no matter if I select the drive C:\ or F:\ (my driver and software download drive) or automatic search (including online) - it does not find the driver files.  I also tried to select properties and 'put to day driver' but the same results.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I found a solution. I received a call of support in Mumbai.  HP gave me a free call because they were not able to set a guarantee repair questions, so gave me the free support call.  I took an hour, but ended up the solution was very simple.

    There were these problems:

    1) 10 'other devices' in device with the exclamation points Manager can be uninstalled, but still were automatically reinstalled with the same exclamation point.  No pilot was available to the public for them.

    (2) my phone under Bluetooth devices could connect but would not photos transfer.

    (3) neither my helmet Bluetooth would not work.

    The solution was simply to go to 'Show Bluetooth devices' and right-click on each and select 'Delete device' (even if dimmed they might still be revoked).  After all have been abducted there were no "other devices" in Device Manager.  I then added each Bluetooth device again.  This was very well all work.  I also noticed my phone was five drivers "Bluetooth Device" was so 5 of the 10 exclamation points himself.

    For some reason, deletion of the driver in the Device Manager has not deleted the list "Bluetooth Device".  And by uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, it does not work.

    If the answer is simple.  Before removing the drivers Bluetooth first remove all Bluetooth devices.

  • CCC and AMD graphics card failed after the driver update

    I have a HP Pavilion dv6 laptop 6 c-32eg.

    I recently tried to update my GPU driver, as was necessary to run a particular program (oclHashcat, if you're interested). I downloaded the installer from hereand he ran.     There may be a 3rd option left that you can try for one more set to gpu driver updates, but I would first get your system to a State where the switchable graphics work correctly.

  • Aspire xc - 710 and msata

    Hi all

    Is the Aspire xc-710 compatible with any type of msata hard drives?

    I am struggling with storage space, two sata ports are occupied by two 3.5 "HARD drive but I want to put ESXi on the box, but I can't do this without additional storage space.

    I thought maybe I could replace the wifi with a device msata module?

    It borders on the motherboard ATX power connector.

    It's actually an Aspire One AO751h.  The drivers are available on the page drivers.

    I don't know what you are "scanning", but the "GlobeTrotter" MO40X is not a driver for an Acer system package.

  • Looking for a NVIDIA nForce Serial ATA Controller Driver Update for Presario CQ5107C

    The last two weeks, my computer, which is a Compaq Presario CQ5107C been freezing while I'm on it, and while I'm even not use without programs open. The pilot also missed a couple of times during use, but a message pops up saying something close to "driver recover successfully. Also, when I stopped it, it takes forever to stop and sometimes when I try to shut down properly, it goes to the blue screen and said that one of the drivers failed, which I guess it's my NVIDIA nForce Serial ATA Controller driver. My GetForce put up to date the most recent driver updated and there is no problem I know with whom. I read a litte autour my ATA driver can slow down and start doing this gel then go to blue screen if it malfunctions. I'm running on a 32 bit Windows Vista processor and have not yet update my Windows 7. I was looking for every possible way get an update for my ATA controller driver anywhere without having to pay for it. I guess I should upgrade to Windows 7 to possibly get an update. Update to Windows 7 would remove all the programs/personal off my computer files and if I had to stop the gel? Any help would be great because I searched everywhere and found the best solution yet.
