  If you try and you change a contact, you'll see a tab at the bottom called extra info. Expand it and there will be an option called call handling/assign ring tone. Also assign a ringtone for each contact can be one heck of a tedious job, so what I did is create groups such as family, friends, etc. of the company and add contacts to these groups and this clever app lets assign the ringtones group.

• The mouse settings are reset if restart windows on Tecra

  For two weeks now, I have my tecra "nine". I'm an advanced windows user, so the first thing I, was setting display of the records and other things like the mouse settings. Here is a problem:

  When I change the speed of the mouse in the usual windows Setup window and I start my computer the next time, then the settings are canceled again.

  I am shure that this has something to do with toshiba / alp extended mouse settings tool. With this tool, you can define the speed of the mouse, but I'm already on the ceiling it and I also want to use the increased windows mouse acceleration. Also, this box is checked, whenever I start windows again.

  I already uninstalled easy Launcher from toshiba, but nothing has changed. So, I'm shure that it has something to do with the alp extended for the touch pad driver. Someone know any solution for this problem or will it soon be a driver available (debugged) updated?

  I installed VMware ESXi 5.1.0 in a servers HP Proliant DL320. This server has two network cards.

  I configured the IP address for NIC1 and and it is through this IP address I can access VMware ESX server (by using the vSphere Client). I tried to assign a different IP Address(different Subnet) for the NIC2 of ESX Admin Console port, however it does provide me an option to assign an IP address to that port.

  Now, when I create virtual machines on this server, I would have 2 NICs by VM. A NETWORK card using the same IP the subnet of NIC1 IPs and the second NETWORK adapter in the virtual machine to get a different IP address in the subnet of NIC2.

  I can't achieve this with VMware ESXi 5.1.0 option I have. I would be very pleased with the help of the community to solve this problem.

  There are third party tools that better, and there is a way to do what you want within the OS, but it would be a bit heavy.

  A simpler solution would be to use the text replacement feature. Add an alternative text for each sentence. You can use the first letter of each word as the thing that you type for the expression is complete.

  Text replacements are in system preferences of keyboard on the tab text.

  For example, you can use qbf to replace word for The Quick Brown Fox jumped over the lazy dog. When you enter qbf, it might get replaced by the sentence.

  Hello everyone, I have associated vSwitch0 with 1 physical nic failure. The network is 10.0.0.0/23 with gateway 10.0.1.10 and I have Virtual Machines on this subnet perfect running.

  Now, I would like to connect a virtual machine to a different subnet. So I added a second vSwitch1 with a second associated physical nic (which is online and connected). The network is 10.115.110.0/23 with gateway 10.115.110.10.

  Its not working, I was thinking maybe I need to add a static route, but it is for the network of the Service Console only.

  Is it not possible? the virtual machine has no network connection, what could I do?

  I also added two network adapters on the virtual machine, and the default value works well, but what I can do to make it work the second? or is it not possible that the range of ip addresses is in a different subnet?

  First, you must create a VMkernel interface on the new switch to your VMS achieve different networks and there is no need to create static routes. What you need to do is to create the new virtual switch using the connected to the new subnet vmnic, create a new group of port within this new vSwitch and create the virtual machine with virtual network adapter binding to this new group of port.

  Note, this isn't the best approach, my recommendation is to use a VLAN to segment your subnets, in any case this design will work.
