  I'm a graphic designer and an intern started working with me recently. There CS6 versions but his Illustrator crashed and we must make the CC version.

  He first used the trial version a month and that it has expired, our leader bought an Illustrator license on account of the company and linked to the identification. the student he received inviting email, click on it to accept... but when he wanted to launch Illustrator from the creative cloud application, he didn't tell trial version ended, and he had no license at all, no invitation, nothing! When he opened the invitation again message and cliked, he said that the invitation was already accepted.

  We tried several times, even with a second Adobe created student ID, but it's the same thing. Our Chief revoked the license and bound again, completely removed student illustrator before accepting it and then downloaded... On his account page, it says that there is one but active, creative cloud subscription, nothing! Just "the month of the trial is over.

  I must also point out, we did exactly the same way for me (but with a subscription complete creative cloud), using the first trial versions and everything, and we had no problem at all.

  Adobe does not meet our calls, we don't know what to do more. Someone already had this problem?

  Thanks for your reply, I forgot to mention that he already did this and was always getting a message saying that there is no active subscriptions.

  He actually says that he managed to chat with someone from the Adobe support and find the solution, yay! He had to find files in the software directory and manually clear a few lines (sorry I can no longer accurate). What a relief :-)

  I am looking to buy 3 CC licenses for teams. I would be the main Admin and the team administrator. Because I would never use Adobe products, I would never need a license awarded to myself. In the article on 'Manage your creative cloud to the membership of the teams', I noticed the line team admins are not affected by default license. Assign a license to yourself for access to creative Cloud applications and services. Does this mean I have to assign a license to myself in order to assign the other 2 licenses to other people? If I do that, then I would have only 2 licenses to be awarded instead of 3. If that is correct, I would need to buy 4 licenses for I might be able to assign 3? Is this correct or am I misunderstanding this?

  No, if you do not want to sign in using your Adobe ID (Email) in the CC products and turn them on, then, you don't have to license CC Team to your Adobe ID (email) and can assign licenses to user who wants to use/activate licenses with their Adobe ID (email) only

• Cannot assign a license to VMware ESXi 5.0 hosts

  Dear all,

  I installed vCenter Server 5.0 standard IBM x 3550 M4 and VMware ESXi 5.0 Standard for two M4 IBM 3650 x servers. I can attribute vCenter Server Standard 5 license to vCenter Server 5.0 but I can't affect VMware vSphere 5 Standard licenses for both ESXi 5.0 servers. Each server has 2x6Cores 2.3 GHz CPU (12 cores total). VMware vSphere 5 licenses that we purchase are VMware vSphere 5 Standard for 1 processor (VS5-STD-C) x 12, which is unlimited cores per processor. Can someone tell me what is the problem here and the reason why I still can't assign license to two 5.0 ESXi hosts.

  If I understand correctly you have 12 licenses for 1 CPU each! In order to assign a license to a host of the CPU, the license capacity must be equal to or greater than the number of the host CPU. You can combine licenses in the portal My VMware.

  BTW. for two host with 2 CPU each, you need only 4 licenses of CPU (not 12), as processors/sockets are allowed, not carrots.

• How do creative business to the cloud license work?

  I was hoping someone could clear this up for me. I am looking to buy the Business license with all apps for CC. A single business license costs $69.99 per month. However, a representative of Adobe told us that if we buy a business, it must be purchased as a subscription of the team. So, we will need to buy two 69.99 licenses month, something I rather not want since we are very small and only need one license per. I understand the logic of the subscription of the team because of the management and accounting, but I don't see why a company can buy ONLY a team membership? If this is the case, then maybe I need to find another solution. I was hoping to centralize all of our products with Adobe, since it's an ecosystem that we know all well, but 140 per month is a lot more that our current configuration and conversion rate obviously do a lot worse.

  You can use the Adobe programs to DO what you want... so an individual subscription of cloud is not limited to the 'personal' work, you can use it to create a company outing

  Our company recently bought a license for VMware vCenter Server 6 Essentials for vSphere (VCS6-ESSL-C) with license keys for VMware vSphere Essentials 6 for 1 processor (ha6-ESSL-C).

  I accumulated vCenter Server 6 on a physical device and assigned the new relevant license key, as well as installed Update Manager Server on this machine. This instance seems to be functional and functional.

  Now, I'm trying to import 3 x ESXi hosts in this environment which have the license keys from an environment "vSphere advanced 5.   I havn't done it myself yet, but I think you should be able to achieve your goal, follow these steps:

  -downgrade license keys CPU Essentials to v5 im Portal MyVMware

  -the value of the new vCenter Server Evaluation Mode (actually maybe not necessary)

  -Add the licenses of Essentials v5 license vCenter inventory 6

  -Add hosts to the new vCenter Server ESXi 5.5 and assign licenses Essentials guests

  -re - assign the license previously removed to vCenter Server

  Hi gurus,

  I have a node of Cluster VSAN 4CPU each 3.

  I got a license key for 14CPU (for some reason any), now I need to add a host more, and the total capacity is now 16CPU.

  I'm running short of licence 2, by the time I get 2 license I got a key assessment and want to add to the VSAN Cluster, but I can't find a way to add the key in the cluster.

  Is it possible to do so.

  Hi Khaled,

  You can try right click on the cluster in the inventory tree and call the action as follows:

  -for vSphere 5.5 - all Actions of vCenter > assign a license key...

  -for vSphere 6.0 - assign a license...

  There, you should be able to see all available licenses and power select the one you need (assessment one) to be assigned to the cluster.

  Alternatively, you can navigate to home > Licenses > Clusters and invoke the "assign license key" from there.

  Hello. I recorded and downloaded VMWare ESXi and VSphere about 2 months ago and got it running on our server.

  Today when I logged with VSphere, he said the trial period is over and I need to get a license.

  Check if you used the appropriate license key. Make sure that you do not vcenter licenses for Esxi host. Error message clearly indicates that the license key is not valid for this product...

  I licensed student CC for my son and a license for my work.  I am able to assign to a user on the business section, but have not found a way to affect the student son version.  Currently, when I log on my user (my desktop and my laptop) and it attempts to open its student programs on his laptop at the school, we receive a notification forcing me to close the session. It was my understanding that each license would work on 2 devices, and I bought license 2-1 student and 1 companies. How can I assign license student of my son to his own user?

  I checked the account details and you have subscribed to two plans under your Adobe ID only.

  As you mentioned that you purchased the plan student for your son, I advise you get it canceled your account and buy under your son's account.

  You can create an Adobe Id for your son and subscribe to the terms of this.

  Please see cancel your membership creative cloud for cancellation.

  I searched for a few loads solution / reporting for vSphere environment and after a few days with Veeam One

  I downloaded vCOP test to see if it's something I need (apparently...)

  Unfortunately I have not understande what wrong with my way of thinking... I see a license key on the evaluation of product mywmare page - but the auto-generated license key

  vCOP in web view client is different. In Operations Manager, I see only three tabs: operations, environment and alerts... I see no reports etc...

  In configuration I see service running, connected vcenter, the status of 'authorized' product

  Where is the flaw? Versions? Is it necessary to change the license but how?

  Please advice; I think that it is something so obvious that I can't find a solution online...

  "All license management tasks are performed in the vSphere Client. You cannot assign licenses in vCenter operations Manager Administration Portal. Follow the instructions in the VMware vCenter Operations Manager deployment and Configuration Guide for license.

  vCenter Operations Manager running in mode of foundation if no license key or an incompatible license key is applied. "Assign the license key for the edition you purchased."

  Each module power of fire needs a single licence assigned from the Management Center management FireSIGHT (aka Defense Center).
