  (1) If you are looking in the connectivity, I would recommend that you speak to someone in sales of cisco (partner)

  to tell you a little more about the deployment of VCS-E and VCS - C.

  We have two requests of the customer on the videoconferencing solution can someone

  For you to invite participants that are preconfigured, you must first add them as endpoints H.323 or SIP on the MCU. Just follow the guide supplied. Once added, you can invite participants pre-configured by checking just them and the MCU will automatically dial on these parameters once the Conference starts.

  By going in the global settings of MCU:

  Settings > Conferences > time to display the names of the participants

  This setting determines whether (and how long) participants showed for the components is accompanied by their name provided.

  Flash MX is really obsolete.

  I think that it would be desirable to learn AS3 and perhaps have a good book of reference available... can't really Advisor that one is better than the other. But Flash AS3 is a very broad subject. If your goal is highly concentrated... Flash Video Conferencing, then you might want to rely more on resources, forums and online reference documents.

  Hi all, I have a question made media sx80 multiple videoconferences at the same time, for example, if my client wants 2 video conference independent of each other, the sx80 does very well. also without CallControl

  The SX80, like any other video conferencing end point (and regardless of manufacturing), may not pysically connected to a room at a time.  Cannot connect a single codec in several rooms, each with their own camera and microphones and have individual conferences for each room.  Your only option if you want each piece to be able to make Conference calls independent of each other is purchase and SX80 for each room or share the unique SX80 allowing only when using it.

  I've seen some similar behaviour in the past - on trunk SIP pointing to the highway, try to uncheck the "SRTP allowed" and see if it works.

• TMS Video Conference MAster API commands

  I have a scenario where we use the master setting of Video conference in TMS to try to set some parameters in a room that are controlled by a third-party controller.

  So if a site is the master we configure profiles as back camera on the monitor back on the sharing of specific content etc...

  I went through the document of the API to find answers, but I can't find what I'm looking for.

  When TMS books call all of this info stored locally on the codec before the beginning of the call?  So I could query codec to find out if he was master in the next cal...

  I found that the subject of conferences has the info I need, but I don't know how to access it.  I could go in and leave the data I need I think.

  My good that process would be to get the call ID once we first booked and updated the list of session on the codec, then go to the object of the reservation for this ID call and parse the xml file.

  If I understand your question, you can run the command on a TC endpoint:

  xcommand booking list

  This will provide information about the meeting, as well as the following line:

  * r BookingsListResult booking 1 role: Master

  If it is not master it will say slave

  I have a set of SX20 that is configured as a standalone device (No. CUCM, VCS).

  Its work fine, able to make and receive calls through the IP address.

  Things in our video conference meeting, is sometimes a unwanted number would call us and disrupt the flow of the meeting.

  I don't know how they get our IP address, but we don't expect their call.

  Is there any way a setting to block many unwanted call us or disturb us during the video conference meeting.

  Is there any configuration that I need set the SX20 itself to prevent the unwanted phone number

• WiFi, drop any audio/video streaming via Bluetooth

  Hey everyone, so I had a problem recently.

  I recently got a bluetooth headset. It's a BlueAnt Q1. I have updated to the latest version of the software package and also have had no problem with him.

  In recent weeks I noticed wifi PRE stall while I'm listening or watching an internet video stream with my Blueant Q1 is connected. The flow stops, and either Stitcher/Pandora/Mediafly reports an error of some sort. The only reason why I know that its wifi is because I tested it. I look carefully until I see the problem arise. The phones wifi goes down to 0 bars, and then this little icon three points could appear as it reconnects. I tested it on two of my routers, which is a wireless bridge. This happens on both. I had my phone because I think that 6 months now and never had any problems with wifi or streaming content until I started using bluetooth.

  Here are some specs and the equipment I use.

  Palm pre more (Verizon)

  BlueAnt Q1

  Wireless Asus, one acting as a wireless bridge two routers

  (The problem occurs on both)

  ASUS WL-520 (DD - WRT)

  ASUS WL-520gC (wireless bridge, DD - WRT)

  Everything is up to date on the firmware and upgrades. Also when this problem arised, I didn't any changes in versions of firmware/software to upgrade before or since I got the bluetooth headset. Other than the upgrade of the headset to the current firmware.

  The thing is, I don't remember what happens the first week or so by using my bluetooth headset.

  Any advice? Or maybe it could be a known issue? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

  I posted too soon. Apparently its my two routers current-wrt firmware dd that caused the problem. Used an old non-ddwrt router and it was very good. Replaced by a different version on both my current routers and seems to work correctly. Weird, but I'm not complaining.

  I managed to connect the laptop to the TV but when I am connected to the TV my laptop does not give me the option to 'play to' when I right click.
  When I am not connected to the tv and I right click on the media, it gives me the ability to 'play to '.

  Anyone know anything about this? I missed something or is there a driver that I should have downloaded that I don't have?

  Wi - Fi Direct allows devices to connect directly to each other, without needing a connection internet or AP wireless access point - Fi (wlan router etc...)

  But as far as I know both devices need to use a standard sort of screencast like for example Miracast to communicate and disseminate the connection from the laptop / smartphone on television.

  Conductor Essentials can run without licenses, it offers all the functions of conductor but is limited to 1 bridge Conference and no grouping, refer to table 1 in the conductor datasheet for more information.

  TelePresence Server requires licenses to operate, you will need to purchase a license for the software, so it can be activated, as well as wallpapers or multiparty license licenses.  Screen licenses are per participant and installed on the telepresence server itself, while the multi-party licenses are either user or conference of base that are installed on the conductor.  Refer to the presentation of the product just above 1 Figure in the data sheet of the telepresence Server about the screen and the multiparty licensing options.

• How to get the video conference on the two HDMI ports simultaneously in the telepresence codec sx20 o/p?

  First of all what you should check that the "videos > monitors: role" is set to Dual and you can then configure the output HDMI mode primary, secondary or presentation only.

  Do you search rules necessary on the RESUME calls to ip address?

  If you MCU is VCS registry all call req will go to the VCS control and vcs decided where to make calls. Let me tell you want to call a unit on the internet using the ip address.

  MCU sends req call vcs, and then vcs needs a search rule where he should deliver this ip address. by default on the CV "called to unknown ip" is indirect and so you need to add a search rule VCS-control as "any" target "any ip address" would be the crossing area.

  by calls VCS - E unnknown ip are set to 'direct' by default if you don't need all the rules of research. If the firewall settings are clean, then call get settle.

  also when you say dial to ip address, what ip address speak you an interal or public ip address end point?
