Win 7 64 professional. on Gigabit P45T-ES3G, cpu: Intel E8400, 8GiB ram, controller Ethernet Realtek 8111 / 8168B.

I would be EXTREMELY reluctant to reinstall Windows, I have some paid programs, but also a fee which has been rather difficult to install
due to its Protocol of security installation.

first of all, be careful with this clearner. I wouldn't recommend them at all. At best they delete files you want to join, at worst they are doing bad things in your registry!

Pass, you can have a few ongoing struggles (at least the potential for it) with AVG and MSE... I would recommend Malware Bytes anti-malware detection.

You are probably right to be curious, I don't know why 'cloud' would need backup.

  • Discover pop downloads window appearing instead of opening programs

    I can't open some programs on the computer desktop and the start menu.  Instead opens the view downloads and independently engaged button the program/s will not be open.  This only happens on my user account, I am an administrator.  The 2 other user represents the function normally.  Also icons appear on the desktop shortcuts being rather replace it with the IE icon.
