  I guess you are trying to access the Task Manager to see what processes are running. Try right click on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen system, the task manager must be one of the options in the pop-up window.

  It's very strange question. Have you tried to use the CTRL key on the right?

  Try to use the external keyboard. OS at startup check that all three keys separately.

  These 2 updates won't load in my system successfully. Am running XP PRO with service pack 3. Whenever I have stop system they auto download but it never works. Do not know if I need for these or not, if not how to stop automatic download? Don't really want to stop auto download.
