See this article for more information on the clean boot:
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Follow the same steps for the mouse as well.If the problem persists, disconnect all non-essential devices (printers, scanners, USB drives). Restart the computer with only the original mouse, monitor, and
connected keyboard. If this solves the problem of sleep/wake, one of the devices was causing the problem. Replace a device at a time and test to see if the
problem occurs again. Continue adding devices and testing until you find the device that causes the problem.Refer to this article for additional troubleshooting steps.

These errors can usually be fixed by removing the offending dll, then fix the component it is programs and features Control Panel. CoreAudioToolbox.dll belongs to Apple Application Support and are normally in
- C:\Program Files\Fichiers Files\Apple\Apple Application Support or
- C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
where the name of the Program Files folder may vary depending on the region.
For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review other cases and a list of documents to support further down the page, in which case one of them applies.

If the hardware failure existing, remove or replace the faulty component. You must run the diagnostics of material provided by the manufacturer of the system. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.

The computer was restarted after a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0 x 00000116
Hello
I recently got a new PC, initially, I installed the Windows 10 and it worked quite well apart from crashing just by playing a game. Thought that accidents were due to Windows 10 I uninstalled Windows 7 from my old office and installed on the new desktop.
Same problem with Windows 7, if I play Tera Online at some point which seems to be random, the system hangs, I get a black screen and press the power button for four seconds for the computer to shut down properly because it is not responding to something else.
Interesting to note that other games (like Batman Arkham Knight) will work perfectly.
The error that appears in the Windows Event Viewer is:
The computer was restarted after a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0 x 00000116 (0xfffff880060f9128, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0xfffffa800710f4e0, 0 x 0000000000000004). A dump was saved in the: C:\Windows\MEMORY. DMP. Report ID: 071415-8174-01.
Thank you for the help, I used the Debugging Tools for Windows to read my memory dump that led me to believe the error is caused by nvlddmkm.sys which seems to be among the NVIDIA drivers. This track seems to me the solution because I need to underclock my graphics card. This seems to have solved the problem, so I'll try to find a solution in other ways that the Microsoft Community as sounds more like a problem of material or at least a NVIDIA issue.

The computer was restarted after a bugcheck.
I get the following BSOD and error message resulting approximately every 10 days. It seems more prevalent when I try to play a video from the browser, but it happened when I am just browsing the internet.

Hi Sidney,
The attached file of the DMP is to bug checking DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) .
This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory with a high IRQL.
A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high. This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.
BugCheck D1, {18, 2, 1, fffff88005254d16}
Argument 1 is 0000000000000018 indicating completely invalid memory was referenced. We don't even need check, we can tell just by looking at her that he isn't a valid address in any way.

In order to solve the problem in a better way, one must look the discharges with the debugging tools for Windows.
Please, start Windows Explorer and navigate to the C:\Windows\Minidump folder. Then, copy the files to your desktop, zip dmp dmp all in one zip archive and download the zipfile to your SkyDrive folder [1] public and post a link here.
If you do not see the dmp files, make sure that your Windows is correctly configured to generate shocks.

We had a power outage in our area, the computer was on and running, got the blue screen of death with the following:
0X000000C2, 0 X 00000043, 0XD6C61000, 0X00000000, 0X00000000 BAD POOL CALLERIf you have not saved your data and you want to start the computer with Linux Livecd such as Knoppix and copy your data files on an external hard drive. It is a precautionary measure before the step follows because things happens. ;-)
Then do a repair installation.

If the repair installation does not work, test the equipment to ensure that none have been damaged during the blackout and then do a clean install of Windows.

Computer BSOD'd 2 x today. The event log States:
The computer was restarted after a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000001 (0 x 0000000000000000, 0 0000000000000001, 0x00000000742d2e09, 0xfffff8800aa00b60).
LEAPC_INDEX_MISMATCHERREUR (1)
This is an internal error in the kernel. The most common reason to see this
error checking is when a file system or a driver has several mismatched
visits to disable and re-enable the TTB. The data key item is the
Thread-> CombinedApcDisable field. It's two separate 16-bit
the SpecialApcDisable and the KernelApcDisable fields. A negative value
either indicates that a driver has disabled APC normal or special
(respectively) without reactivation; a positive value indicates that
a driver allowed normal or special APCS (respectively) too many times.
Arguments:

If you continue to plant I remove Symantec and using MSE instead
Symantec is a common cause of BSOD.
I remove and replace it with Microsoft Security if you are using Windows 7 and if you win 8 or higher, use the built-in Defender.

The beginning of this month, I have built me a new platform game and installed Win 7 HP. everything worked very well at 18. I was just browsing the internet, and all of a sudden my computer froze for a second, then went to the BSOD. Inside, I saw that it was a "memory dump". He did 3 times the same day where I just internet browsing. Upset A, looked autour online and I've seen where people have said that it could be caused due to the update software. So I updated what he needed and then with my day. Well, it happened earlier this morning. I decided to look in my event viewer and see if I could find what is the problem. I found a mistake:
The computer was restarted after a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0xfffff880113022ec, 0xfffff88008266950, 0x00000000c0000005, 0 x 0000000000000000). A dump was saved in the: C:\Windows\MEMORY. DMP. Report ID: 072414-16614-01.
So I decided to call Microsoft and their solution to the problem was "reinstall Windows! Reinstall Windows! "WHAT! REINSTALL WINDOWS! It will take me 2 DAYS to get my computer to the way I want it with all my programs, movies, music. I know that there is another solution to this problem. I want to know the cause of the BSOD. So I was reading around and I've seen where people would say upload the file to dump memory to Skydrive and someone will look into it to find a problem. Well, I downloaded the .dmp file to my Onedrive and I hope and pray someone can read and help. (https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=E4B0911EE97A02C1 107 & authkey =!) AAR8h7CfZxBp7aw & ithint = the file % 2cdmp) I initially thought it was a problem of RAM because he said that it was a picture of 'memory '.
Help, please.
Thank you!
