The 64 MB on the device is just ridiculously small for now, day & age. RIM did nothing about it? I don't understand:

  (1) why the Blackberry decided to remove SO my mail when it is out of memory. Why can't he just delete say 10% of it at the same time?

  2) why Blackberry cannot use my microSD stick (I have a 1 GB additional there!) to organize the email & apps? I mean, I'm not taking scads of photos & storing hordes of songs! I am a user of the company, and I want to store tons of old emails in order to search and reference them when I am not at my computer!

  What are the plans of the RIM to fix this? I'm pretty fed up with it. It's a horrible design flaw being so much additional memory wasted (my entire microSD card!)

  Is that what I do on myself, without intervention of the RIM and without constantly micro - manage my device memory?

  In my company, we use the Microsiga ERP (Proteus) and we can approve purchase orders by e-mail from Outlook. However we cannot aprove this same e-mail of the Blackberry because we receive the message in text format.

  Is it possible to receive this email in HTML format, so that we could approve the purchase order by blackberry?

  BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) is given by the carrier (AT & T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint etc)

  Version 2.5 is the latest version.

  The new OS is 4.5.  However, while it is offered by Vodafone in the United Kingdom, it has not been offered, for now, of the above mentioned carriers.  If you go to the Blackberry site, you can download the 4.5 OS, however it is not recommended until your operator offers to match with their BIS.

  The big difference in OS 4.5 is, if I understand correctly, email HTML display and better Media (not Roxio!) programs.

  Having some major issues with Roxio Media.  I suspect 4.5 will take care of the problem.

  Read further in the forum and noticed that someone had the same problem.  I removed and re - add my e-mail address.  Problem solved.

  My BBID password stopped working, I have not changed, it is a number of memorable(for me) and I don't mind. My service provider is unable to reset the password, I was able to reset the password but my mobileemail address is the same as my user ID and the system will not send the e-mail on my phone. When I connect the account with my username, I'm still not that the password reset email, therefore cannot follow a link to complete the process. I followed the instructions in the knowledge base, 3rd line of my service provider technicians. The alternative is to create a new BBID and lose all my existing applications or stay as I am and not be able to load new applications or to update one of my existing paid apps. Does anyone know of a woraround that actually works.

  These solutions don't work situation, in that I was. I found a solution of persistence with my service provider. Finally, I found someone to think outside the box. The solution was a partial backup, the system wipe and reboot, then save a new BBID, then restore the backup data. It was a second operator of tech support line at Vodafone Egypt, it may be responsible for his Department soon!

  For your first question, please try a hard reset... with the unit powered on, remove the battery for a few minutes, then replace.  Failure to correct the problem, try to remove and then add e-mail accounts.

  Regarding the BlackBerry ID, please uninstall AppWorld from your device (Options > device > application management, select AppWorld, then delete).  Your device will require a reboot to completely uninstall AppWorld.  Once the device has rebooted, go to the www.blackberry.com/appworld and reinstall AppWorld, then try again to create your username.

• Images of Smartphones blackBerry will download is no longer in the e-mail

  My apologies if this has been taken up, but I looked and did not find any mention of this particular problem. From today I can't get images to display in my e mails more. This has never been a problem before.  I would open an e mail and select 'Get images' and they would display. As of this morning when I choose "Get picture" I can see that it works as it's going to download but nothing ever happens. I can always open web pages and play music and video files and see pictures I have stored on the card of press.  Everything seems to work except the download photos is no longer in my e mail.

  I did not bring any changes to anything... at least not on purpose, I haven't done anything in the settings or options.

  Does anyone have an idea, what could be the cause when it worked without problem in the past?

  Good day, every working day around 04:00, my boss receives a notification on her BB the connection to his e-mail account is lost.  To fix this, it connects to the BIS and revalidates its account information.  I double checked all the settings and as far as I know, they are correct.  This does not happen on weekends.  It seems to be related to the daily upward makes on all servers, which usually ends around 04:00, there are two other users BB here and none of them have the same problem

  If you have already searched your records and found no new messages, restart your BB by removing the battery, wait 30 seconds and replace.  BB will restart and the icon should disappear.
