Attempt to run the audio in Captivate PlayBar

I'm looking to set a bar of audio playback of swf in a Captivate slide. This would allow users to play audio repeatedly within the same blade. The slide in Captivate will not have a PlayBar at the bottom of this one.

I tried to make a SWF with embedded audio and reading bar using Flash MX. The SWF works fine when played its own. Playback (play, pause, rewind) in the bar controls work fine, too. However, whenever I try to insert it into Captivate 3 slide (as a swf animation), I get an error message that indicates:

The Adobe Flash file unresolved dependencies. This could cause Adobe Captivate for properly executed or stop working. You want to continue adding this file?

When I insert the file, I get only the audio portion of the file and not the playback bar. Can someone help me with this?

Looks like that use loadMovie to in the audio file itself.
That works fine? It's just the controls that do not appear? Paths get all the
abut on when back in Captivate, there are now has more layers on
top of the SWF that you imported. So, if the controls are referenced by
anything that relies on an external path, it is possible that the path is
now evil. It may be useful for research on the message forum with
something like "_root._root" for examples of how others have handled this...
.. If it's even a part of the problem!

    I get this message every time I try to run the Windows backup utility.  All the services are rundning according to the instructions of Microsoft experts on the same issue.

    Original title: the service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices is associated to him. (0 x 80070422)

    Hi Charles,

    Welcome to the community Microsoft and thanks for posting the question. I'll certainly try and help you perform the backup.

    Until we start could you give us some more information?

    1. Since when are you facing the issue?

    2. you have any anti-virus installed on the computer program?

    3. What are the troubleshooting steps correct you have taken to correct the problem?

    4. are you aware of any changes made to the computer before the show?

    I suggest you to re check the service as long as this error usually occurs if one of the services required for the backup Windows for work is disabled or has not started.

    To check the services, click Start, in the Start Search bar type services , and then press enter.

    Please check that the following services are enabled:

    -"Remote Procedure Call" (RPCSS) must be active, Automatic.

    'COM + Event System"(System events) must beactivated en, Manuel.

    -'System Event Notification Service"(SENSE) must be active, Automatic.

    -"Volume Shadow Copy" (VSS) must beactivated en, Manuel.

    'Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider' (SWPRV) must beactivated en, Manuel.

    Once you make changes according to the above specifications, you can try a backup and check to see if that solves the problem.

    I also suggest you to run a SFC scan (System File Checker). This will replace the corrupted Windows files.

    Yes. RCU11.1.1.6 is compatible with 64-bit linux. I wanted to say is your RCU 32-bit or 64-bit Installer? For 64-bit linux, use 64 bit RCU.

  • How to run the audio plugin

    I bought an audio izotope cleaner (rx5) and I can add their effect on my calendar and set the parameters.  What I can't figure out how to do, is make the effect actually completed my audio.  I sent izotope support and they sent me an article saying "audio editing export", apply the filter, reimport chronology.  I'm confused about how to make a simple pipeline for me to export my audio cleaned.  I prefer not to leave PR when I export my video.  Any way to do it? It seems that what izotope tells me, there is no need to have the plugin.  -Thank you

    I can add their effect on my calendar and set the parameters.

    It applies.

  • You attempt to add the audio progress bar

    Hello

    I would like to add a progress bar to my Player audio flash.

    At the moment you press a button, a certain sound load and then plays.

    Here is the part of the code:

    function playSong(e:Event):void {}
    If {(my_channel)
    my_channel. Stop();
    }
    var myURL = ("mysong.mp3");
    my_sound = new Sound();
    my_sound. Load (new URLRequest (myURL));
    my_channel = my_sound.play ();
    }

    In order to build a progress bar, I wanted to know the length or duration of the sound, but I keep getting some error messages or 0s in return

    trace (my_sound.duration);

    tells me that the duration is a property not defined

    trace (my_sound.length);

    trace (my_sound.position);

    trace (my_sound.bytesTotal);

    trace (my_sound.bytesLoaded);

    all give me in return a 0

    No idea why? Why can't I access my sound properties?

    I would also be very grateful for any other suggestions on how to add a progress bar. I tried a number of Web sites, but most of the samples are AS2 code...

    Thank you

    Julie

    After loading is completed, check the length of your sound.

  • TVos 10.0 connects not to the audio from the airport

    Since I've upgraded to the latest AppleTV (about a year now?) I had to browse the audio airplay on my airport because connecting the HDMI cable directly in my system Pioneer VSX 1020 Surround THX certified cinema makes the freak out of the unit and quickly scroll well some input devices, resulting in a cacophony of strong gusts of random audio sources.  My job, as long as I've owned the thing, was to plug the HDMI directly to the TV and run the audio through the airplay of the airport that connects to this same system surround as my input source "iTunes" for my iPad Pro, iPhone, Plus 6, Mac Mini and MacBook Pro (s).

    I upgraded to tvOS 10.  last night and now, even that does not work.  You can select in the settings, but as soon as you leave, it is default to the direct connection of HDMI on TV never inviting to enter the password for Airplay.  Anyone know of a work around for my solution to workaround for this wonderful device that has been damaged since its inception?

    Hello. Can you try disabling the AirPlay password? In addition, your TV has a (possibly optical) audio output which you could feed the surround system? Or does have a HDMI with ARC port that would work with the system? Turn off the TV and receiver control in ATV could make work more happily with surround sound.

  • How to restore the audio software for windows XP

    original title: Audio for windows XP software

    I must have accidentally uninstalled the program that runs the audio on my computer during the uninstallation of an another grosgrain. What should I do? I have absolutely no audio now! Is it possible I could still be on my computer somewhere? Is there a program I can dpwnload?

    I did this for your hardware in particular, from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Otherwise, he would never install them for you.

    The download link, then unzip it into a folder.

    Open Device Manager and right-click on this point, identical to the front. Choose update driver software.

    Browse my computer. Let me repeat. Have the disk. Browse.

    Find and double click on STWRT.inf in the extracted folder. Click ok then next and it will install.

  • "Error: not allowed to run the local process" during the execution of a WF in vRO7.0

    Hi all

    Need your help. We encountered a problem - "not allowed to run the local process", during the execution of a WF in vRO7.0.

    In this WF, they attempt to run the script class vRO 7.0 Server 'command. By default the Orchestrator applications having not allowed to run the command class, we get allowed by a mistake.

    To resolve this issue we need to set the system property ‘com.vmware.js.allow-local-process=true’ to the ‘vmo.properties’ properties file of the vRO 7.0 Orchestrator server.

    We already have the property to true for the properties file under ' / etc/vco/app-server " folder and after Orchestrator services are restarted. But still, we get the question.

    Another thing is that we use vRO cluster machines, so we put the real in both files to vmo.properties on both servers.

    Can you help me please how to fix?

  • When I try and add the audio to a button, captivate crashes

    Hello

    I tried several times to add an audio button / click on the box and whenever I do, captivate goes down and I use the Task Manager to terminate the program

    I am using captivate 6 and I run as a normal mode and as administrator and I get the same question at a time.

    I have insert a button / click on the box and then on the property inspector Panel I click Add audio (in the audio section) and then it does not allow me to do anything else. Help, please?

    Ok. Try this.  When you click on the button Add Audio and Captivate freezes, try to hit ESC on your keyboard to computer.  If it seems to bring Captivate in your control, your problem is that the Audio object dialog box which should appear to allow you to specify the audio file is located somewhere off the screen where you can see it or interact with it.  It is a known issue for several versions of Captivate now due to the use of multiple monitors when the user changes their configuration to monitor at any given time.  You must re-create the previous monitor configuration so that you can find the missing dialog box and drag it to the main window.

  • HP Pavilion Notebook PC g7 - The Audio Service is not running

    I don't have sound on my PC for a few weeks, but when I use a headset it is solid. Today, I saw a message saying that the Audio Service is not running. What is going on?

    HP Pavilion Notebook PC g7

    Hello

    Try the following.

    Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp55001-55500/sp55026.exe

    One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

    When you are finished, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

    Chipset Driver - Windows 7.

    Once this done, shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

    Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

    Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio.

    Kind regards

  • How can I get the error "Unable to start the service" on attempts to run administrative tools (including the Services application) when logged in as an administrator?

    A large number of menu selections is affected, including the 'computer management', 'Event Viewer', 'Services' and 'System Configuration'.

    I tried to clean a computer that was thus invaded by unwanted applications and the services that it was unusable.  I applied several sets of Windows updates until it has been fairly stable, then lightened through the Services application services, changing many services 'automatic' to 'enabled' or 'disabled '.  I suspect that some service necessary for the performance of the foregoing has been inadvertently stopped.  (None that he was '' strongly recommended '' or '' recommended '' do not turn off or the description seemed to make a requirement, but...)  I don't know how to confirm this theory, identify the missing service or reactivate a service without the Services application.

    I got lucky.  I called a local, independent computer store.  Their support staff (after confirming that I had an appropriate Windows license) told me that if the computer came with a disk for Installation of Windows Vista, there is probably a partition to start installation on the hard disk, I could get to with a special touch at the beginning of the start-up phase of the BIOS.  It flashed by so quickly that I missed my chance, so I put off the power while trying to boot Windows.  On my next attempt, I missed again (even if I managed to spot the key combination - F11).  But when he arrived at the start-up phase of Windows, he offered me a chance to run the system restore which was banned when I was logged in with an administrator account.  I had to go back a ways, but I found one who would start and was able to complete cleaning of the machine and make it to a usable state.

    Thanks to all who responded.

    Oh, and it seems (according to my conversation with the service of the local computer store) that my fatal mistake was by disabling the service allowing you to promote its own security.  Apparently an administrator account is not the rights needed to perform most administrative functions without it; If disabling the service gets you into a nearly unrecoverable state.  A hint of that in the description of the service, or even a total ban on deactivation, would be a good idea.

  • Problems with error Windows Audio and Control Panel "one or more of the audio service is not running.

    I'm a bit of a technophobe, but I'll try to explain my problem, I got better.  I recently had a problem with Windows 8 and refreshed my system.  After refreshing, I installed AVG Anti-virus and that's where my problems really started.  After installing AVG I have no sound and my control panel usually pop up.  The box is displayed but there is nothing in it and it sorts just of sticks, frozen.  I tried the fixes recommended to fix my sound. The speaker in my taskbar icon has a red x on it and when I try to open it it goes right to the problem-solving mode, then comes up with "one or more of the audio service is not running.  When I try "run services.msc' and try to start Windows Audio through Services I get error 0x800706cc.  I tried to uninstall AVG and reboot, but it did make a difference.  Please help, this leads me to the madness now.  Nothing I try seems to work!

    Installation of AVG is when the problems started, I would start by undoing that.  Since the normal uninstall did not help, use system restore to return to a work situation.  Check here and use the #1 option.
