If I was going to bite the bullet and cancel even with the penalty. So I go ahead and cross the various clicks in order to cancel. At the last stage before the cancellation, I offer different packages to subscribe instead of the cancellation. One of these options is the package I have 60 days free. So I advanced and clicked 'Keep my plan' and I get the following error

In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder options | View.
With OE closed, find the box of Inbox.dbx and delete it. Another will be created automatically when you open OE.
General precautions for Outlook Express:
Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

I have Windows Vista. This problem started a week ago. I tried at first to use my "ccleraner" already installed, but this program does not open when you click on it.
