You have problems with the second inscription. I spoke with someone at Adobe yesterday and they said that I would need to cancel, but don't want to end up paying twice for the program.

Hello, in August 2014 I did a one year for Adobe Creative Cloud for student membership. Each month, I had a billing evidence in my account, but I had, always every month, a double debit on my credit card note so I decided to cancel my subscription. Indeed in August 2015, I made the termination of my program by an email I received from Adobe. I went into my account and made a clik on "by only it piano clicca who" and I made a screenshot of the page in which it was written that my plan would be canceled in September 2015 29 (I still have the screenshot and I can send you if you need it).
Today morning, so that I saw an e-mail (in another email address, not the same as the account of cloud creative adobe) in which I received a notification that has been the third tent to payment plan that did not work.
So the question is: my plan for one year for creative cloud is always on the go or not? Because I was convinced that my plan were already cancelled (to the point that I have used none of the programs Adobe Creative cloud after half of the Septmber 2015).
Also, I still have a lot of 'double' payments to recover and I really want to know how to do it.

I had a chat conversation where really nice Adobe support that made me change my host file/etc/and change it just something I will never, understand this:

And also delete all the files in the folder library/adobe/SLStore.

We were members of creative cloud and when the membership was to be renewed, we asked one month free. This leads to 2 accounts creative cloud on our page... a renewed and paid for and the other related to the temporary use. How get rid of the temporary use of a month? I see you have membership individual creative cloud on your account, it shouldn't ask for serial number, but it's still, you can try the below mentioned steps.
Go to HOSTS file and remove all entries from Adobe that you see there. Location for the file to be: -.
Windows:-C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Mac:-menu go to the desktop > go to folder > then type "/ etc" (this will open a folder with many files, you will see HOSTS, drag on the desktop, open the remove entries from adobe and reglisser its original position)
Post that go sign out and sign in again the creative cloud desktop application and try to use the product.
It should solve your problem.

Please try following steps
Mac t/s
(1) close adobe every process in activity monitor (creative cloud sync Core CC library, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to next support/adobe application and delete Slstore and slcache.
4) go to ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and delete the opm.db
(5) navigate to/etc and open hosts file. Check if it has entries from adobe. If any amount of the fine, if yes replace the hosts file with a new file hosts without adobe entries
(6) launch cc app and it should work properly

(1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. (Right click on adobe folder select properties then click on the Security tab, click on edit and select current user, that you are connected to, select full control, click on apply and then ok)
C: / / program data (to view hidden files to see this folder)
C: / / program files 86 x files / common
C: / / program files x 86.
C: / / program files common files
C: //program files.
(3) rename SLstore to Slstore.old to the following location c: / / program data / Adobe /.
(4) rename SLcache in Slcache.old in the location C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe more
4) navigate to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/oobe and rename Opm.db to opm.old
5) navigate to c: / / windows/system32/drivers/etc/and the hosts file opened in Notepad. IF you see an entry from Adobe it please replace this hosts file with a new hosts file that doesn't have any input from adobe. If there is no entry permit Adobe the hosts file, as it is.
(6) run cc app and sign in.

Check your Adobe ID and call customer service if you still have problems. The Adobe ID that you used to buy the collection of CC is the same as one you should use for all your creative cloud stuff.

If you are not able to disconnect from the trough step Creative Cloud Desktop Manager, please follow the steps below:
Delete the OPM.db file:
- Close the creative cloud application.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE - Delete the file opm.db.
- Launch the creative cloud.
