  • error 39 for optiarc dvd rw ad - 7503b ata device windows Vista

My optiarc DVD RW AD - 7530B IS NOT WORKING in WINDOWS VISTA

    Hello

Code 39 means that the driver is corrupted or missing.

Please make all below even if you have done some before as it is often the set of operations which solves
    the question.

    Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a loose cable or
slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both

contacts data with a pencil eraser.

    --------------------------------------------------------------

Also check with your system manufacturer to see if there are any updated drivers for your DVD. Or even if it
are you can reinstall the 'old'. Many use Windows default drivers however some special aura
ones. Also check the website of the manufacturer of the car.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • Problem with playing video games, DVD and CD audio with windows Vista.

I had a problem to read these types of discs with my hard drive. It does not recognize that there is a disc at all. This ONLY happens with new discs I get, for example by trying to install a new video game or download a new album that I just got. If I want to play a previously installed game I put game disk in and it works perfectly fine. This only happens with new games that I have not yet installed. E.g. I want to play starcraft, previously installed. I put the cd in starcraft and the game appears as usual. But if I want to install starcraft II nothing happens when I put StarCraft II in the disk drive, even if I go to my computer and double click on your drive, it just opens the CD door and asks to put a disc in when we're already here.

I tried MR. Fix and it recognizes that there is a problem but is unable to repair. I tried to uninstall the disk driver and not the fixed not restart, but who either.

    Hello

You have disk problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burn
and CD and DVD read). So it is not unusual for 1 or 2 operational so that other parts
    do it right.

    A CD/DVD cleaner might help.

    -----------------------------------

Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total
a process that solves the problem.

Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.

You check out the file of the driver in the right way?
All drivers are compressed and you have to decompress before starting the installation.

I just unzipped and started the installation procedure. It's a key then try it.

  • Microphone works only in Windows Vista

We have windows vista and our microphone does not work... can you help?

    Hi Dumbanddumber,

Here are the troubleshooting steps you have to try to solve your problem.

-Click on start > Panel > switch to Classic view > sound > recording tab > make right click in the empty space below the recording device select > devices see the disabled > if the microphone is disabled enable it

-Try to restart the computer and let Windows Vista again detects your sound card again.

S ' ensure that you have installed the latest compatible audio drivers Windows Vista version, if not we strongly recommend to download the latest audio driver for your Web site to computer manufacturers for your sound card or onboard audio chipset.

-Plug the microphone of your sound card / audio card mother (usually pink in color for micro) pine

-After this, go to control panel > sounds and Audio devices settings. Check to see if the microphone is detected by Vista. If this is not the case, check if you have selected microphone front or rear, as vista acknowledges their separately unlike windows XP. Correct the configuration of the microphone rear if necessary.

-Check if the device is working properly by testing it on the other computer.

-The microphone worked fine before and if if remember when you make changes to your computer before the onset of the problem?

    Hello

    Method 1:

    Perform a clean boot.

Put your boot system helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.

See the following article in the Microsoft KB for more information on how to solve a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:

    Note:

After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 7 in the above article.

    Method 2:

If this does not work then you can try updating the graphics card driver by visiting the manufacturer's website

  • "No Audio device is installed" in Windows Vista.

Back in September 2011, I lost mysteriously my audio. I have a red X on my "speaker" icon in my system tray. When I put the cursor on the "speaker" icon, I get this message "No Audio Device Installed. I went to HP customer web page and found the audio driver: Realtek High Definition Audio Version 6.0.1.5548 (sp37324.exe). I downloaded the program and recorded on my download folder. I put a shortcut to it on my desktop. The only way I can get sound whenever I turn on my computer I click with the right button on the desktop shortcut and run as an administrator and install the program. Turn on my sound. It works as long as I keep the computer. Whenever I restart the computer I'm back for the red X on the "speaker" icon.

Now, Windows Update sent me (on 3 occasions the last two weeks) a update "option"... Realtek High Definition Audio. Every time I have download and install and do a restart, but I get the same red X on the "speaker" icon. It's Ground Hog Day!

My question: is it safe to uninstall the Realtek High Definition Audio driver and reinstall the sp37324.exe without totally send my audio into a black hole? BTW, I don't have a recovery disk.

I hope that someone on this forum can help me. I've exhausted all remedies.

Alto! It worked. I uninstalled the Realtek Audio (in Device Manager), did a reboot and the computer does the repair (reinstalled audio) itself. I didn't have to manually reinstall.

    1 million thanks!
