  After the upgrade to the anniversary edition the first thing I recommend is to update your drivers and software via Windows Update and HP Support Assistant.

  Have you tried taking the speaker system of the equation as a test case?  That is connecting ATV to a different tv and tv only. This would help pin point root cause.
