• Limiting application Audio into keyframes?

  I have a video where I want to change the scale of the video based on the rhythm of the music.  I have this work, but it does for the full video... I only want to do this in a few places in the video as maybe a drum roll or some beat complicated, but not the entire video.  How can I limit where this effect occurs?

• Audio tinny in questions of fcp10.3

  Hi everyone, I'm importing clips video mpeg4 of Dropbox, the audio sounds great they are studio quality registered. However, once imported into fcp, they sound "tinny."  I saw somewhere a post by checking the guarded hunting ground, but when I go to that in the menu audio checked it's grayed out, so I can't change it.  That's the problem, if so, how can I uncheck it or is there another solution to fixing this problem.

  Preserve Pitch applies only to the re-timmed audio.  MPEG4 audio is horrible to use for editing.  I strongly suggest optimizing those clips first, don't bother with MP4.  The audio is probably in a compressed format super duper inside this envelope.  That's the question, and only reformat audio compression will fix it.

  So far my experience with this version of the driver is quite ok, 5 bars work and the question of swing volume disappeared... but there is only one problem with this driver by which song / midtones / highs are higher, even with the default settings, which makes the audio less complete and the net resulting in less comfortable to listen... I tried to set the EQUALIZER, but she out of her just like hiding the harmony of the sound with the bass... but I'm fine with it now... If all goes well, there will be a more tuned up to the version of the driver after that... =)

• Driver Audio IDT (?) Question

  I had problems with my audio on my laptop. I have a HP Envy Sleekbook m6 model m6-k010dx running on Windows Update 8.1. A few months ago, I had problems getting my audio to work. I didn't know what I was doing, so I uninstalled by mistake and/or deleted Beats Audio, as well as the IDT, which is what I think caused my IDT drivers stop working correctly in the first place.
  I restarted my pc after trying to fix my audio, and he ended up telling me that I needed to update my computer. The update apparently failed, but miraculously my computer restarted a few days later. When I reviewed my files as well as all my drivers, nothing seemed wrong. However, I don't have the Beats Audio program longer, even if my IDT drivers seemed to work very well. Whenever I have try and run the beats, he told me that the startup.exe file is missing, which I suppose means it has, unfortunately, been removed.
  I'm not worried about it because I guess I felt lucky to get my audio back, so I have not dug too deep so far. Yet once, I'm having a problem getting my audio to work. I went into Device Manager, and my convenience store told me that it was another problem of driver.
  Yes, see no other way to go about this after trying but failing to have my computer to reinstall the driver, I uninstalled it manually; I thought that Windows would detect the missing driver and be able to solve this problem, so I rebooted and went into my device manager. Now, it gives me a different error, I have attached a screenshot. I have no idea how all of these problems, and all the help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

  I understand that you have a problem with your IDT audio driver for your HP ENVY m6-k010dx Sleekbook. I'll try my best to help you solve this problem. I recommend that you uninstall the driver that is in the device for IDT audio driver manager and then download driver Audio IDT high definition (HD) and install it before you restart your computer.

• Basic keyframing questions

  1. When you go into the effect controls panel, how can you determine when you have the playhead to a keyframe? I use the arrow keys to move the playback cursor, one image at a time, if it is difficult to say.

  2 when do a scale up or reduce the effect, do you still want to place a start and an end keyframe before doing any scaling?

  There in the window along the main parameters of copy effects side arrow (triangles).  These will take you to the next KF.

  At a point in the timeline in the exact spot you want the KF next to start his 'action' of the value a first picture of the Hold key.

  Keyframes are based around 'TIME' as in... When something happens in time.

• Case Rotobrush & mask Keyframe Question

  I wanted to just make sure that the sample here is a case of Rotobrush.  Of course I've never used before, but I want to retain the color, (excuse the mask of shit), I created in the water in the first shot, of the sequence of cuts throughout.  When the woman is moving on the aquarium, I'll need to rotoscope it correct?  Any tips?  However, I will be reading the manual!

  And the mask question - I should know this, but for some reason, (in another comp), my rearranged mask shape helene.  It was the same tank that you see above, but it was a dolly shot and the tank has not changed shape!  You will laugh but I ended up resetting the points of mask in 291 frames, and it still does not like variations in forms of mask created a flicker after applying the correction of color, levels etc..

  I wouldn't be able to go to the end of the model.  Draw the shape of the mask I want, keyframe mask shape; then go at the beginning of the comp - set the position of the mask and the keyframe again.  Please tell me where I'm wrong!

  And; is there a way to keyframe a "transformation" of the shape of the mask over time?  Basically, change the size and shape of the mask, I couldn't make this image by image.

  Tops is just another word for anchor points / nodes in the path. Not sure I understand the rest of your post this late in the evening. My brain is pretty chewed... You can move masks in their entirety by double-clicking on. This will call up the free transform box. Therefore, it would be a simple way to keep all proportion. AE can have an infinite number of masks per layer (well 9999 or so at least) and they even Boolean modes for more fantasy. This is not different from that of PS, in fact its even more versatile since you can reorder the masks and change their lifestyles without invoking obscure keyboard shortcuts. I recommend that you look that up in help. During the follow-up, you would connect the solid position, since points in AE mask themselves are not easy to follow. Yet once, find it in the help or study a good tutorial (such as Mathias Möhl).

• Problem with 1st keyframe question

  I would like to thank all of you who are kind enough to answer my questions from beginners to advance. I did my first very simple flash file yesterday and it went pretty well after that I understood that he had to insert "empty keyframes" in the timeline until you want something lights after the beginning of the sequence.

  I have something that is good enough to go on my web site, except for the beginning of the film. When my film recycles everything lights up to 1/12 of a second because each layer has a dark image key to position it. Then it works fine until it recycles again and of course, everything returns to 1/12 of a second because we are at the beginning. How to stop the layers that are programmed to come and more late in the film to blink when the 1st frame is spent on rehearsals?   Use gotoAndPlay (2) on your last image if you want to frame 1 bypassed when your timeline in a loop.

  Hello. I had a big problen in my TOUCHSMART from HP ENVY TILT 27 computer, so I had to wipe everything out. The operating system that I had before, was 8.1 windows so I had to BEAT AUDIO, and now I have installed Windows 7 then beat Audio disappeared. Can someone tell me how to install it back.

  With the model I can link the appropriate support page. Normally the Beats Audio software is part of the audio, such as driver for the IDT audio device.  Have you used a stand-alone OS disk to install Windows 7, or you use recovery media?

• Why is there no source audio into Windows Movie Maker

  When I decided to use windows movie maker again after 4 months latter. When I try to tell, he says "an unexpected error has occurred" and the Audio Input Source is missing.   The Simulator is currently missing audio codecs to play most media formats. You will not be able to test a lot of audio playback with the Simulator.

Everything seems to work fine until I created a new project in Premiere Pro and I tried to drag a video file in the timeline. I was able to select the video track for the video portion, but audio was placed at Audio 5 and would not move to one of the other audio tracks. It is to separate of the video did not help, nor I could find something else that might be originally it was. Of course, this makes the unusable first. Does anyone have a solution for this?

  The first 4 tracks are probably mono and you add a stereo audio clip. If you remove the 4 first your audio titles will be on track 1.
