AUSST RUM 3.0 error 3
When attempt to perform the first '-fee "Download/sync from Adobe for my local Windows R2 server 2012 we get"error 3".
Any suggestions on how to solve this error or guide for establishing AUSST RUM 3.0?

We have set up a local AUSST server and run a fresh cache from the Adobe server. When you try to update a client, RUM sees 6 packets that need to be updated. However, when attempts to download the local RUM he files errors our saying files cannot be downloaded. I don't know what causes this problem.
When you try to download an update one 125 fatal error is thrown and library returned 129 could not undo the operation being performed.
I double checked the IIS (Windows 2012 R2) configuration and everything seems to be configured correctly according to the instructions of AUSST.
Does anyone have an idea about this problem?

Mac - RUM 1.9.6.17 + AUSST 4.0.0.42 - updated 6/2016

I'm looking for a way to allow our users to Adobe CC 2015.2 non-admin Mac upgrade to new versions 6/2016 of applications like 2015.3 Illustrator and Photoshop CC 2015.5 CC without using the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application.
We have always made updates to Adobe for these non-admin users by peeling AUSST + RUM with of JAMF's Casper Suite to offer updates via a self-service application. However, even after upgrading to the latest versions of RUM and AUSST, synchronize fresh AUSST and generating new .override to files for the clients, I still can't seem to get these new applications that will be offered.
It seems that CC users outside of our Organization are the upgrade via the creative Cloud desktop application, however we have disabled the Panel applications for deployment within the packer creative cloud, by the recommendation of Adobe for organizations where users are not administrators...
Someone at - it recommendations for our situation allow our end-users to level themselves without administrator privileges?
These complete binary required updates and so were not offered through RUM/AUSST.
You can use the creative Cloud Packager tool to build a package with these applications and that out for your end users.

RUM could not download updates for CC AUSST 2015.5
I recently deployed cc 2015.5. We have some updates once my deployment was built. I ran the RUM on a few machines and always, it fails to download the same updates. I have a local AUSST, I rebuilt the server with the option - fresh options and it didn't help. Here's the log of RUM. Y at - there something I'm missing.

Summer watch this post for the last three weeks, waiting for solution. I finally found an alternative where on the Adobe forums and the thought that I'll let you know.
Here is the solution: install 4.0 on Windows Server R2 2012 AUSST (UWSP user account)
Just in case the link goes, "something that I discovered here is that you need to add a wildcard on the VAC/services/FAC file MIME type (more precisely the validation file), because the files of validation is not an extension so he threw back a 404 error -" UWSP

I set up a server to update internal using AUSST, tested the server according to the information obtained by Adobe and everything works fine. I downloaded all updates for 2014 CC on the server (Macbook Pro under OS X 10.9.4).) However when I use Apple Remote Desktop (3.7.2) or terminal on the workstation Mac (Mac Pro installed OSX 10.9.4) itself for launch updates, the Remote Update Manager command returns an error code (1). I have 53 Mac workstations and make me the same error code for each of them. I double checked the settings when I created the installation package. What else can I check to fix this?

I get the error code 3 with a new synchronization using AUSST. Help please.
The tool tells me that the file exists in the given path, then I use the command correctly.
This is a Windows Server, the path is not local to the server, but it is put in place that the host file in IIS 7. I can access the Web site I created for this and can see the "updates" and further records that I created.
I get 3 error code when you try to synchronize, and he does that remove the folder specified as the root.
I run the command like this:
adobeupdateserversetuptool.exe - root = "\\server\share\adobe\updates\cc".
then choose option 1 from the menu, which is "synchronization fee".

AUSST - update server problem: 406 IIS7 errors and ERROR: Invalid webfeed

- Then according to the advice of people I have credited above, suppliment what the above deployment guide said and add SSI for all types of file you put into managers of IsapiModule (zip, xml, crl, dmg and GIS). I added the via the UI Manager to IIS, rather than manually typing in the web.config file. See screenshot of the final outcome of all additional mappings and an example entry below:

I ran the RUM on other machines, same error. I forced synchronization of server, same error.
Let me tell you what fixed this problem. Simply adding the .sig mime type to IIS.
I followed this: cover http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externa = 1019288
I did check the RUM / AUSST documentation for any mention of this and have not found.
If I missed this please let me know where it is in the documentation!

You can download the update on your computer and then install it directly from there. I would say that the execution of a clean boot before you perform the installation. I see that Adobe changed the naming convention of their files to update, by now shorten applications (complete application prior name) and I was wondering if this could be the root of the problem. FWIW - I use direct download server from Adobe to update, not an internal update server.
Y at - it an update to the version of RUM? I tried to use Packer cloud creative to see if there was a new version (which is not that I could tell).
I also asked to our admin PC check and see if they saw the same issue (which they are).
Please advise...

I also saw the same questions, until I updated to the latest version.
You can download the latest version in your Enterprise Console > deployment > creative cloud
I also noticed that the CC Packer does not build in this latest version (yet).

AUSST 4.0 on Windows Server 2012 R2 installation

I am installing AUSST on Windows Server 2012 R2 with IIS 8.5, although I can't get the thing to work!
I followed the instructions to use the Adobe update (AUSST) server configuration tool if I do something wrong.
All updates have been downloaded to the directory "c:\AdobeCloudUpdate" (a little more than 80 GB). I created a new web site in IIS to point to this directory as root and set the permissions to the local group 'IIS_USERS' read, list, etc.
I followed the instructions to add the types of files for maps to the level of the server, changed the classic and set AppPool to update the 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\config\web.config' file with the veriables add path to 5 file types.
When you try to access the "updaterfeed.xml" of a client computer using the full URL of the "http://co-au-01.contoso.msft/webfeed/oobe/aam20/win/updaterfeed.xml", I get a XML page cannot be displayed error.
I created a file of substitution of "AdobeUpdater.xml" and added this to a new package is created in Packager CC and deployed just Photoshop and Office CC application. When I load the soft CC I get a download error when you try to view the applications.
I tried to change other web.config files not found on the Server IIS ("C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\config") and also the v2 of .net and .net v4 in the 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64', but no joy.
I hope it's a very simple solution and just miss a step but little help would be highly appreciated.

TomSomething I've discovered here is that you need to add a wildcard on the VAC/services/FAC file MIME type (more precisely the validation file), because the files of validation is not an extension so he threw back a 404 error.

Can anyone let me know the procedure to update AUSST 3 to 4?
I have moved the new 4.0 .exe to the existing AUSST folder (do not know if this is the correct way to do it) and run differential normal but get an error code 2
the following lines have been reported

Do not take account of the 'right answer' and get off at the answer of KathmanduSD down.
Therefore, replace the file AUSST 3.0 to with version 4.0 (in my case) C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\CCP\utilities\AUSST then run - progressive order and remember to explicitly register the location of the root of the folder that will store the files as shown in the link above.

Error when installing update 11.0.16
I get an error when I try to install the update for Acrobat Pro 11.0.16. Initially, I tried to upgrade to 11.0.14, and the update would fail. So I've updated to 11.0.15 (which worked). However even on 11.0.15, when trying to install 11.0.16 in addition to this the installation retrieves almost completely finished and then generates the following error message:
"The instruction at 0x72ad4ac2 referenced memory at 0x72ad4ac2. The memory could not be written.
I tried on two machines here and both are the same error. We are the Windows pro 8.1
OK to make it even more strange... I ran the update once more to get the exact error of the second text machine and the installation worked. I tried again on the other machine and worked as well (it was after he failed at 2 or 3 times). I went and tried twice on a third computer, and he got the same error "memory could not be written update" both times. All this experience or you have ideas for what might be the cause of this / why it seems to work sporadically? Thank you!
