Australian radio on Media Player 11

I'm playing ABC Classic FM. The player shows in the United States with a menu drop-down

that does not include the Australia. Any suggestions please?

Hi itforsenior,

It is possible that the radio station you are looking for is no longer available through Media Player.

Check if you can find the station of this Web site.

    1. when the question is is produced?
    2. the issue of 'No audio' intervene on other applications as well?
    3. What is the brand and model of your computer?

Follow the steps and check if they help.

    Step 1:

If you have HP and Compaq Windows XP computers, you can follow the steps mentioned in the article.

    Step 2:

Or, you can uninstall and reinstall the sound drivers.

    Once activated the classic view

Follow the rest of my instructions.

    c. click Device Manager
    d. sounds > search for your sound card (if you are not sure that your sound card is, post options and I'll tell you that one.)

    f. make a right click on it and UNINSTALL it and restart the computer it will rebuild the driver stack.
    g. go to the manufacturers website and find the latest driver for your card download. (You must know the name of the sound card, if you wrote down from the above info), when you find it download: SAVE IT DO NOT HIT RUN (save it on your desktop for easy access.
    h. open the file that you have saved and right-click on it and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR(Now install it.). REBOOT after each installation of driver.

    Step 3:

Sound drivers often rollback, so check that the version you just installed is always there. If not, the driver to keep until it sticks, it really shouldn't take more than three times

  • Can I record radio programs in my windows media player.i have radio 7, is it possible to save some of these programes

In my Windows Media Player 11, I have some Radio Stations, which are good and strong impact. Now it is Possible to save some of this Radio, to listen to later. The I like is BBC Radio 7, and shows that I like, is he died to save. Please let me know. Thank you. I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA. WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER 11,

    Hi Bobdunford,

Windows Media Player does not support the radio recording. Radio stations that you receive with the player are listened to and cannot be recorded or saved to a file.

You can use Windows sound recorder to record the radio or to download and use any third-party application using your favorite for registration search engine.

    Record sounds

Note: The use of third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

Original title: windows media player - live radio stream

Windows media player-i'm trying to listen to a live stream of a radio station.  I did this for a few days and it worked fine.  Now, it won't work, it shows the connection and made, but nothing happens.  yet looks like trying to connect.  instructions had said to turn off your pop-up blocker until he started, and I did, but still do not work.

I remember not to make any changes at all.  I don't think I even restarted the computer... But I decided to try with internet explore instead of firefox and it works fine.  I'll just use this way.  Thank you very much!
