There may be a program to interfere with Parental controls so that we can try a few things to see if we can determine the application or program that is causing problems.

First of all, we run System File Checker to see if you have a corrupt file system.
- Click Start
- Click on all programs
- Click Accessories, and then right-click on the command prompt.
- Select the Security tab and choose "Run as Administrator"
- Click on command prompt
- Type SFC/scannow.
It will scan and repair any damaged operating system files.

Stupid Vista goes to 50% CPU usage and connects the computer for hours after the start. Cannot run anything with any request of CPU without getting bogged down and crashing. I recently got a new PC, initially, I installed the Windows 10 and it worked quite well apart from crashing just by playing a game. Thought that accidents were due to Windows 10 I uninstalled Windows 7 from my old office and installed on the new desktop.

Same problem with Windows 7, if I play Tera Online at some point which seems to be random, the system hangs, I get a black screen and press the power button for four seconds for the computer to shut down properly because it is not responding to something else.

Interesting to note that other games (like Batman Arkham Knight) will work perfectly.

Thank you for the help, I used the Debugging Tools for Windows to read my memory dump that led me to believe the error is caused by nvlddmkm.sys which seems to be among the NVIDIA drivers. This track seems to me the solution because I need to underclock my graphics card. This seems to have solved the problem, so I'll try to find a solution in other ways that the Microsoft Community as sounds more like a problem of material or at least a NVIDIA issue.

This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory with a high IRQL.

Another common cause is a defective system service installation.

Antivirus software can also trigger this error, as can a corrupted NTFS volume.

Resolution

Fix a defective hardware problem: if the material has been added to the system recently, remove it to see if the error recurs. If the hardware failure existing, remove or replace the faulty component. You must run the diagnostics of material provided by the manufacturer of the system. Fix a defective system service: disable the service and confirm that this resolves the error. If so, contact the manufacturer of the system service on a possible update. If the error occurs during the system startup, restart your computer, and then press F8 to menu mode characters that displays the choice of operating system. In the Windows Advanced Options menu that results, select the last known good Configuration option. This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time.

A problem of antivirus software: disable the program and confirm that this resolves the error. If this is the case, contact the manufacturer of the program about a possible update.

Fix a corrupted NTFS volume: run Chkdsk /f /r to detect and repair disk errors. You must reboot the system before the start of the analysis of disk on a system partition. If the SCSI hard disk, check the problems between the SCSI controller and the drive.

Finally, check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help determine the device or driver that generated the error. Disable the cache in memory of the BIOS might also resolve it.

I'm sorry, but you will need a Windows 9 x / ME drive to provide during the XP installation from the XP disc is a version upgrade. There is no way around that.
