Auto centering a div in a table? form shaped box?

How can I send an auto-reply with the contents of the form to the sender?

I made a form and I want to send an AutoReply with the content of the form (if it is not too hard) to the person who completed.

Only, you should be able to add automatic response php code before "mail" works in your existing php code (marked in red below). Then add another function of mail after the function of main e-mail as shown below.

Centering the div 'container' does not not despite the good CSS coding

In fact, it is the container in the container.

Some might say don't not to use the divs so much, and I might agree with them. The only thing is that this has been work best for me and my way of thinking (this using entire dreamweaver was a self-taught), and in the end, the results are generally the same. The CSS for the div in question is the "langscreen" div, and its exact codification is the following:

All the images that are on the page have been placed using absolute positioning. I guess that it is the main cause of my problem of centering, because CSS coding to center the div "langscreen" is correct, that I don't know a way around. ORA-01445: cannot select ROWID, or sample, a view of join without key - preserved table form w/report and LOV

I create a page "Form on a Table with Report" (APEX 5). Table I has 3 columns: cat_key, item_value, item_description. The cat_key is a foreign key in a table with columns cat_key, cat_value. I created the report and everything works fine.  The page of the report shows my domain cat_key in number, so I want it instead to display the cat_value. I change the field cat_key to a text based on LOV, select my LOV and now when I view the page of report I get the "'ORA-01445: cannot select ROWID from where sample, a join without key preserved table view ' error." The report uses the ROWID as a link to the edit page field.

If I use the same tables and even shared LOV in a report page interactive, it works fine.

What I am doing wrong?

This is a limitation of the IR Apex will rewrite your query to a query that includes the lookup table and the columns. So now you have actually created a query on an inline view, which causes the error. You can see the query apex created when running in debug mode. APEX will join the table of choice with your primary table. For example from one of my IR:

So, if possible, base your reports and forms on the real primary key, no rowid.

What exactly is the problem here? I have no problem setting the value using the method described above. There is even a '1' in the screenshot above, no doubt, which indicates that the value has been successfully changed.

For ease of improved management, I'd use traversal Dynamics for the form element affected, rather than hard-code the ID (or go with a DA conditional with distinct actions of true/false), but the jQuery code to set the value is the same:

SELECT_LIST_FROM_QUERY_XL in table form

I created a SELECT_LIST_FROM_QUERY_XL element in my sub form of table, but when I click on "Add line", the coresponding to the new line element is null, not a selection list.

No idea why this is happening?

It is a wizard based as a right. Why you mix APEX_ITEM with assistant based in a table? As both use the APEX_APPLICATION. G_FXX tables for treatment there is clash with index and create a mess. There is no equivalent SELECT_LIST_FROM_QUERY_XL in tabular form based Wizard, but there is a solution, instead of the selection list using the popup LOV.

Create a LOV named in the shared components and associate it with the column popup LOV.

Problem of update in table form (after validation fails)

I have a problem on the shape of tables using APEX 4.2.5.

Application page has a table and a filter element to filter results in a table.

The default value of this element is 0 (zero). This means that all the records are retrieved.

SQL WHERE clause look like where deptno = decode(:P1_deptno,0,deptno,:P1_deptno)

Everything works fine (insert and update), until there are validation error - due to an incorrect value in the column form.

If I add by example in the second row (ename BLAKE) in the column WORK 1111 - so it would look like MANAGER1111 I get a validation error.

Then I remove 1111 so validation would be ok, form insert 16 records (all). I is not updated that one record, it inserts all records.

This allways happens after the validation error.

When there is no validation error, changed row is updated as expected

Insert also didn't happen, when there are value DEPTNO in filter.

So the unexpected result is because of that where would adopt.

So I have two questions.

1. Why does it inserts all lines after the validation error? When there is no validation error, only the changed rows are updated - even if there is no DEPTNO in the filter.

-Why modified column id drop apex?

2. How can I change where clause, so iz will not work correctly.

In table form. No data displayed

I have a tabular presentation that uses elements of the application to query data. The user enters the page the first page that contains the calendar by clicking on any date. If the date has no records are attributed to him, the shape of paintings shows them to view/change/remove. If no data is found, it displays the message "no data found".

I start a new session and access the page in a table by clicking the date without any registration. Then, when I go back to the first page (calendar) and click on the date that has affected records, the format of table shows all records. What's really weird is that it does not even show the message "no data found". I don't see the form with the names of column header.

In debugging, I found the following info on the form:

All elements on the page, based on the same query appear successfully, then the query, as well as the item values are correct.

Apex version: 4.0.2.00.07

Hello everyone,

Just for information, the problem has been resolved. The problem is in the process of apex 'Add Row' that was used to create a new line in a tabular layout on a page load. As soon as I removed from the page and created a dynamic of action that runs the::AddRow() javascript instead of this function, all the records in the report have become visible.

The conclusion: use this process 'Add a line' with caution because it can behave in a strange way.

Dynamic action on the fields of forms in table form

Hello guys.

That I can see on the form fields in a table, I can't perform dynamic actions. What I want is to have an element of the selection list when in the change event, it changes the values for all the records in the report. For example if I have 40 records in this tabular form and I change the value of 'Open' to ' near the field called State, I want to see this change (status value of 'Open' close ') all rows in this tabular presentation. Is this sensible?

There are several ways to accomplish what you want.

-You can create a PL/SQL procedure to manage an update on all the rows according to the value of the value of your column. I wrote once a blog that can help you with that:

-You can create a dynamic action with javascript or jQuery to handle the change event.

The first option is more secure because it is managed by the database, the second is more simple and example adjustable all the entire column for all rows displayed, without the need to refresh your tabular presentation, or your entire page. For course work, you should however have little validation at the end of the database. I also think that it is not possible to set the values of the rows that are not displayed, which would again require some PL/SQL for handling.
