In table form. No data displayed

I have a tabular presentation that uses elements of the application to query data. The user enters the page the first page that contains the calendar by clicking on any date. If the date has no records are attributed to him, the shape of paintings shows them to view/change/remove. If no data is found, it displays the message "no data found".

I start a new session and access the page in a table by clicking the date without any registration. Then, when I go back to the first page (calendar) and click on the date that has affected records, the format of table shows all records. What's really weird is that it does not even show the message "no data found". I don't see the form with the names of column header.

In debugging, I found the following info on the form:

Print column headers

loop lines: 0 line (s)

paging

All elements on the page, based on the same query appear successfully, then the query, as well as the item values are correct.

Apex version: 4.0.2.00.07

Please, help me to solve the problem!

Hello everyone,

Just for information, the problem has been resolved. The problem is in the process of apex 'Add Row' that was used to create a new line in a tabular layout on a page load. As soon as I removed from the page and created a dynamic of action that runs the::AddRow() javascript instead of this function, all the records in the report have become visible.

The conclusion: use this process 'Add a line' with caution because it can behave in a strange way.

    There is no good workaround solution.  The developer would have needed to implement a similar feature in their Flash application, or they would have needed to use StageText (which essentially exposes the native textfields), but it seems that they have neither.  The HTML TextField is certainly more robust and functional of the Flash, and honestly, HTML is probably a better choice of technology for what you describe.

    You can insert a fictitious line. Have an if condition in it, to show only when condition does not satisfy.

  • ScrollBar in table form

    Is it possible to put the region in a table for a height/width set with a vertical scroll bar, allowing users to scroll the rows if several lines appear that what is permitted for the height?

    If this is not possible, is it possible to have a region move with the page? For example, I have 2 regions on the page (display in 2 columns). A region is an updated report which shows 25 rows of data in a spreadsheet pre-filled the other region is a region which list availability that users can use to help determine the data for information entry in region 1. The tabular presentation requires scrolling to display all records if then the user loses sight of the valuable information contained in region 2.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Mode synchronous data display in 2 charts in different screws

    Hi all

    I am a relative beginner to LabVIEW, in what I read some resources, done a few tutorials, and tried to make simple programs to get a feel for the program. My main project is to add extra functionality to a LabVIEW project that is used to stimulate human tissues and save the tensions that result (not for torture ). This point has no other relevance that is not convenient or easy for me to test the changes that I do. This means that I do currently with "proof-of-concept" - type programs and hope that the proven concept will work in the real application.

    Basically, I have to do some graphics to display to a second monitor. I did find something that suggests that the individual graphs can be displayed on another monitor, so I need to create a separate VI with the graphics to display. I already looked at how to display the Panel before a VI on a second monitor, tested and had no problems.

    My problem comes with the passage of the original graphical data on the main VI, on the main monitor to the graphics in the second VI, on the second monitor. It seems I can do this by moving a control to the original graphic reference to the second VI, or passing the table with the data from the original graph as an argument in the second VI. You can see my attempts of these two approaches in the attached files: the passage of the control (RefInput_graph_main.vi, graph_sub.vi) reference and passing the array (ArrayInput_graph_main.vi, ArrayInput_graph_sub.vi). The reason why I use the VI of Signal to simulate, it is that I can not simply do another stimulation experience, so I need to simulate data to see if my approach works.

    The problem I have is that the waveform in the two charts is not the same, and this problem occurs with both approaches. It seems that the waveform in the second graph is slightly offset to the right of the original wave. In other words, there seems to be a delay in time between the two charts. I don't know if it caused delays in the transmission of data (unlikely), or a few kaveat with the Signal VI to simulate.

    My questions are:

    1. What is the cause of the delay? How do I eliminate?

    (Program receives only snapshots of data after each stimulation, so it is not a continuous flow of data. I don't know if the delay will always be present in this case.)

    2. are there other ways to pass data between the graphics? Any other suggestions or guidelines?

    (The program is quite complex, so that it will probably be not possible to encapsulate the original sequence structure graph as in RefInput_graph_main.vi, which makes using a reference control was not feasible.) Yet, I am open to ideas.)

    If you use a chart (updated for the point-to-point): create a queue and when you write in the main graphic, also write to the queue. Put the items on the second chart and the sons of the reference to the queue in the Subvi.

    If you are using a graph (and showing the entire waveform): as above, but use a notifier. In fact, you could just waiting in line the entire waveform.

    The option using a queue is essentially an architecture of producer/consumer, the second using a notification utility is a "program".

    (Just a couple of ideas... you could also share data using a FGV / Global)

    When you use the Application JHeadstart Editor, I chose "table-form" style of layout for the field.

    Issue. When the field editing either way, by clicking on the edit button, which will be the user to the form, is it possible to have the form opens in a modal window?  If Yes, where and how configure this option?

    Summary: currently, the flow is as follows: field displays in a table.  The user clicks on the button Edit and screen refreshes the field in a form.  What I want is to have the form to be displayed as a modal window with the table in the background.

    I think you could do this with 2 different versions of the JHS group.  A configured as 'table' and set up the other as a 'form '.  Then, add a groupLink item in the table to open the form in a modal popup.  (you might even be able to link the group to itself, but then you will need to do some adaptations to prevent it to generate the default table-form link)

  • Bug? Web form options unstable display settings

    Everyone knows that a form of planning data loses its number formatting? Sometimes when I open a form of data with the browser, I lose the formatting... (decimals, negative formatting, missing the cell formatting) and the I get it back is to change any of the display options, save, go out and reconnect. I don't know what is the trigger.

    Many users of this experience and it is a very annoying problem.

    Is this a bug or a setting somewhere that stabilizes at that?

    "Easier" option would be to use the hfmCopyApplication utility. (c:\hyperion\financialmanagement\server\HfmCopyApplication.exe). [NOTE: If you have 9 system, don't forget to download/get the system 11 version]

    The system 11 copy app gives you a healthy dose of flexibility in what you actually copy. For example, using the utility you can "copy" just forms/grids to another application. As with all versions of the utility, the application does not have to be in the same database as the source application. The utility works at the database level; Therefore, you don't need the application registered or same HFM running anywhere. All you need is available for utility data bases.

    If it was me, I create a new database file, use the 'copy' schedules or forms in the source application. Can I use the database connection and place the files in your folder structure for the storage. If you need to restore, all you need to do is Mount the database and use the copy utility to push them to an application.

    The major drawback here is that if you really want to look at forms / railings, you will need to register for this request and enter. A little annoying if you need to refer to the actual "source" forms and grids. If you simply need for a 'just in case' backup, it's probably a decent option.

    Write a script to extract all in the database tables. Excuse me, but I won't go into detail here because I have another post on this somewhere. Here are the important details.

    Tables of importance:

    _RPTS
    _BINARYFILES

    Navigate records in RPT for each record with the appropriate file type value. (3 = shape, 5 = grid)
    -For each matching record, take the EncodedLabel and get BinaryFiles lines where Label = EncodedLabel.
    -The BINARYFILE field has the text of the grid/form. I think it is in Unicode, but I don't remember off the top of my head.
    (NOTE: there may be several rows for an encodedlabel!) The field has a maximum length and if you have a grid or a big enough form, it will be more important and will require several lines. Remember to add together)

    NOTE: For bonus points, look at the ParentEncodedLabel. If you wrote your script well enough, you can use that is automatically create the folder hierarchy as well for you. It would be better than grids/forms spill in a folder on your computer/network.

    Use the API to script a solution for this. The disadvantage of going directly through the database is that if they ever change the page layout, you have to adjust your scripts. If you use APIs published, in THEORY, these types of changes are extracted from your share as long as the ENTRY and EXIT of the API do not change, utility no matter what you do will work just as well. Sometimes the change in the API to the point where you have to adjust your program anyway, although...

    It's probably the more correct way to this address, SQL scripting is quite simple and is probably easier knock out.

    Usually, you must expand to accommodate for the height and width of the TextField. If you check this box, the textfield will be autosize, itself based on data at run time.

    A few questions. When you say by default calc script is there really a calc script or you have the 'calculate member on form' enabled? If it is the default calc script what logic do you have in the script?

    Are you given entering members of top level (no lev-0) on the form?

    I have a tabular presentation that I created in the "Sample Application" apex.oracle.com. Table used DEMO_CUSTOMERS and I don't want to duplicate 'CUST_FIRST_NAME', based on the button SUBMIT. My problem is that I found a code that does not allow me to add duplicates of a particular field. But this code works only 4 of the 10 times in my application. Not sure why it is not consistent in my application. I would really appreciate if someone can take a look at this code and help me to change is consistent or perhaps take a look at the app thanks in advance.

    As we have, we must ensure that (A) control us the duplicates in the form of tables and (B) check duplicates against the records in the table appear not on the form of tables (excluding the records displayed allows the user to exchange names in the records of the table without falling foul of the validation check form). The above code will first get a list of the CUSTOMER_ID values on the form (in the Bay of f02). In the front panel, I am trying to display 2 graphics, part of the real-time data display and the other showing all the data acquired up to now. I wanted to add a button to this second graph that, when the user wanted, deleted the data shown in the graph, but immediately continued to display the data.

    (trying to make me more clear)

    Using 32-bit Labview 2015.

    I created a user interface that runs a query and retrieves my table from a sql database.

    I want to be able to manage only one record at a time by selecting the record in my table and then manipulate the data according to the needs.

    Whenever the user runs a query, I want as the first record in the table to be selected / highlighted.

    I want an indicator that is currently active.

    Then a click of a button, to be able to scroll the actively selected record.

    Once I have the selected record, I want a way to write a query to edit or delete the record.

    Is attached a photo of my query to select all of my table and connect data in my table (results).

    Attached a photo of my painting showing the timeline of my sql database.

    What is the best way to go on a record selection in a table and the modification of data with a query?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I guess that's not a table, but multi-column listbox.

    Right click, select--> highlight whole line selection Mode

    The value of the multicolumn listbox is the row index - you can write a local variable to highlight the line, the event structure to handle the user clicking on, etc.

    If you enable the property editable ListBox cells, you can allow users to edit the items of the listbox.

    If you want to get the data in row, you hint REF table and work with the array of strings in row - convert it to cluster, etc..

    I don't know, what type of data, it is, how you structure the database looks like, I don't even know if you use the wrapper to work with the database, I can't write queries for you.
