• Can not create hyperlink from selected text

  In Acrobat 10 I select text on a title page to make a link to another page in my pdf document. When I right click on the text selected, I have no choice to create a link. When I use the link tool I try to draw a rectangle around the text, but it will leave only to create an area on a grid (which is off of my text).  I have created links of free-form in the past but can not understand why Acrobat now requires a grid.

• Copy layers from one document to another problem?

  Hey there, I have therefore two documents of the same size (11 "x 8.5") and I am trying to copy a few layers of an original document and move it to the second. I do this by simply moving the layers from the original to the new document. The problem is, the text or the images are extremely smaller on the new document and if I skip them, look really pixelated. What I am doing wrong? The original document is stored in format PDF in Photoshop and I think has been done on CS4. I am currently using Photoshop CC 2014.

  Make sure that the resolution DPI/is the same for the new document, as in the original.  Files created with 11x8.5 at 72 dpi will appear smaller on 11x8.5 to 300 dpi for example documents.  You can also right click on the layer and select 'double layer', then when the dialog box open, select it name of the new document in the drop-down list is where to put the duplicated layer.  Whatever it is, the CIO of the two files must match.  Display the size of the image in the menu of the image can tell you the current resolution/DPI.  Hope that helps with your problem, some.  I don't know if the fact that the original is a PDF file is causing a problem.

  I watched several tutorials saying to create a gif in Photoshop CS6, you just open the timeline palette and select 'Create frames from Layers' in the menu dropdown. I don't see this option, not even in gray. What is the problem?

  In CS5, I try to create layers by dragging the tab of an image on the tab of another.  I have the tab layers and a single image is below in blue and it is in this context. I'm trying that slide over the tab of another image to the left to create 2 layers.  It does not work. Some layers are created.  Have I incorrectly defined preferences?  I use version 12.0 x 64.   Thanks for your help.

  Try this method:

  Open both files in Photoshop. In the example below, I use two images with two layers of each. In the image you want to copy, select all the layers you want to move to another image in press shift on your keyboard by clicking on the layers in the layers panel:

  

  Then go to layer > duplicate layer:

  

  In the diaglog box pops up, select from the drop of the image that you want to move the layers in. In my example, I'm through the layers of Image 1 Image 2:

  Yes, I was just giving you an example to help you get started. I suggest generally check script guide of AE CS3 and PDF files of the Guide to the Javascript tools for documentation and posting questions as well as your code far when you are stuck. You can study the examples here and places like aenhancers.com to get a better understanding of the syntax.

  And a minor point, expressions (javascript that controls a property value) and scripts (javascript that controls After Effects) are not exactly the same thing. In this case, we are talking about a script, not expressions.

• Unifying: Auto create BP when new BP is created

  Quick question, is possible in v9.9 unifying to have a new auto BP after creating the backup of another BP? For example, if a user creates a change request BP can it auto create a new NCP BP as well? If possible, what is the ID of the Oracle to find how to do this?

  I have a similar situation where a change order to create a change notice automatically once the procurement officer may sign.  In short, I can show you my setup.  This must be configured first to uDesigner, then as part of the installation of BP in weight.  The first image below shows the config in uDesigner, where relaxation is the creator of BP "CN no. '' located on the CO BP that is configured to create a record of type change notifications.  The second image is the setting in weight for CO BP (ignore the first block I have the CO BP being AC too).  The second block shows that automatic creation of basic condition is enabled and is triggered when the CO signs stop; the criterion is the presence of a stamp when the procurement officer selects the action of WF 'Question NC' (not shown) on the BP CO.  The third image is the configuration for the BP of notice of change.  The upper block refers to the triggering action '' Question CN '' of the BP CO.

  There are a number of rules governing the operation of this process if some of the information below is missing.  It's pretty well documented but divided between the uDesigner and the administrator Guides.

  

  

  

• drag multiple layers from one document to another

  When I drag multiple layers from one document to another, now the keys ctrl-shift-alt (that is placed exactly in the same place) Photoshop changes the selected layers. He eithers add a leyer or just pass.

  He wants me to drag a segment of the leyer where there is 'information' or pixels.

  I drag in the document itself, not the layerpanel.

  In previous versions, it wasn't like that.

  Sometimes there is a very little information or pixels in a layer. This is way hard to aim straight for photoshop to do what I want it to do.

  I don't know if it's done on purpose or it is a very annoying bug.

  Well, it is quit interesting: while we are working on this problem, I advised a new update for photoshop: some problems occurred with the last update.

  I was working with 20151114.r.301

  And now I have the 20151209.r.327 version (which comes in fact in a few minutes ago)

  I tried the same thing as above and now my problem with the sliding of the layers went!

  So it was a bug. Nothing to do with the settings or anything.

  I recently downloaded Adobe CC 2015... Face serious problems with the PS when I try to superimpose images.

  
  

  Here are the steps I followed:

  1. file-> Scripts-> battery files

  2. five selected. CR2 files (average size 28 MB)

  3. click on Ok

  4. once photoshop has completed her treatment, selected layers and Edit-> auto-merge the layers-> stack of Images

  Please note that I followed the same steps in converting the CR2s in JPEG... same error result

  PS throw up a dialog error: could not complete the automatic Layer Merge command because there is not enough memory

  I guess the real problem here is the drive working, not RAM. They both found messages 'insufficient memory '.

  Historically, Photoshop has always been remarkably well with large files and little RAM. Excess data which cannot be held in RAM are written to the drive to work, and even if it slows down things considerably, it really requires a lot to run Photoshop to a complete stop.

  Of course, you must move to a 64-bit version of Windows. As it is, Photoshop can use less than 2 of your installed 8 GB of RAM. It's not much, but do not attempt to allocate more than 70% in the PS preferences. Process of the operating system and other applications need RAM too. Allowance too will choke the rest of your system and send it to pimples without end-of-file exchange.

  As I said above, "Select the transparency of the layer" seems to be missing in the "Select" menu How this service does now in 2015 CC Photoshop?

• Second time... Select subtract from selection

  The old default value for photoshop was... Use the selection tool, click and drag to make a choice... so, if you went to to reselect it by removing the old selection and create a NEW selection. For some reason, when I make a selection, photoshop is the REDUCTION of the first selection. Can I turn this off and go back to the old?

  For example, I make a circle selection. The choice of dotted circle appears on the screen. I have change the tool of the rectangular selection tool and make a selection. In the past, the circle disappears and the square selection it would replace. Now, the place is by subtracting the circle. Not a fan of that.

  You can set up "Subtract from selection" by accident. Check out the options in the tool and make sure the first person here is enabled:

  I did a "create pfile from spfile" on the two databases.
  
  A pfile file has the list of the parameters expected.
  
  The other has about 150 parameters that begin with either a single or double underscore.
  
  I know what are the parameters of underscore.
  
  My question is, why didn't a pfile has them and the other not?
