  I think the problem with the cloud population shape connector was simply to take an age to load the mapping (at least for me on my connection) screen and I didn't I just need more time to load.

  I've been playing with Web data sources, and I think it's the way I'm going to end it - I like fully customizable and using code snippets HTML with form Population just threw too many restrictions in my path.

• How to use a PDF form as a source of data for the second form PDF

  I have the following scenario:

  We want that our sales staff to collect data of our clients through a PDF form.

  We do not like to combine with the PDF we print them or sending them by E-Mail.

  Therefore, there is a solution to fill a second PDF with data from the first.

  1. 1 PDF form with input fields

  2. 1 PDF form must be registered with the entry

  3. 2nd PDF form with a table filled with 1 form data

  4. 2nd PDF form displays the data under the graph with the abilty to edit these data to dynamically change table

  I don't want a hollow guide the whole scenario. I just first of all whether it is even possible to supply a PDF form with data in another form PDF.

  If it is possible please give me advice to know what to look for everything.

  If this isn't the case, I would like to read the recommendations for solutions easy possible to solve this task.

  We do not want to send our staff of sales with PDF solutions to our clients, their collection and their work through a big pile of measures to manage this scenario.

  You must understand that there is a big difference between the JS, you might be familiar with (the one used in web pages) and one used in PDF files.

  Although the basic syntax is the same most of the objects and methods are different, as PDF files are fundamentally different from web pages.

  The form data can be copied by exporting it to a file FDF then import this file into the other PDF (assuming that the field names are the same), or it can be done using a script that uses global variables. The latter is more automatic, but may require adjustment of the parameters of the application or using a function of confidence (IE, a feature that is installed on the local computer instead of just in the file itself).

  The first is easier to implement and use, but requires the intervention of the user.

  I made PDF form that contains Radiobutton, TextBox, Button, CheckBox and barcodes in Adobe Acrobat Pro and everything works well.

  But according to the new requirement I need to "Autogenerate" some fields such as Radiobutton, text field and CheckBox by clicking on the button "add a field"and clicking on the button of the control should get auto generate this PDF form.

  Additional text that is already added to the PDF form get flow down when the fields if auto generate at the top of the form.

  You can add fields with a script (or show/hide existing fields), but you can not re-flow static PDF file text, unless it was created in LiveCycle Designer.

• Form calculation requires extra click

  I created a purchase order that auto calculates totals and shipping based on the quantity of products ordered. But the totals will update until that a second form field is entered.

  For example, to add a quantity of a product. Notice that does not calculate the totals. Then enter the keystrokes in any field not calculated as "Purchase Order Number" and press ENTER. Any student properly.

  If you look at your form as well as the results of your action, you won't get the subtotal only displays and updates after another, but updates or the value that appears is for the total of the previous Scriptures and omits the current entry. If you check your order of computation of field, you will see that the "Sub-total" field is calculated before the calculated fields "Extension #

  I've added human activity task in my BPEL workflow for approval. After generating the task form BPEL flow-> integration-> LoanApproval uneducated-> right click on – Auto generate Simple task form.

  Srini,
  I have faced a similar issue in my project. He got is resolved by changing the instance used by my project oc4j.
  I think you have 2 instances oc4j installed on your machine "home" and "oc4j_soa.

  If this is the case, then go to your project build.properties files and set the property 'oc4jinstancename = oc4j_soa' and redeployment.

  It worked for me. Just check if it helps.

• Fill out a form by submitting an email address

  Hi all

  For a show I want to have a form where the client submits their email address, and then redirects to a second form where the rest of their details are added.

  If the customer is already in the database, much of this info will be pre-populated in the second form.

  I think that to do this I need to use the 'form Population Cloud Connector App' and I had a go at setting this up.  However, after I selected the form to use, "form fields maps" = 0 it is to say: no fields to map

  

  Any thoughts on what I do wrong?  Sorry and quite new to Eloqua - still fumbling my way

  I think my problem here is that there actually ages (at least for me) to load the map page and I wasn't waiting long enough.

  I finally got this working, but encountered other problems to get these forms to do my bidding for having chosen another path.

  Research of Web data search for different forms, I think it will be what I use for this action special to work as I want (use the contact of a web database search data passes the address of the previous page, rather than cookie data to complete the form)

• How can I set up a form for a person to fill in the name of another person?

  I'm implementing a form in which a person is asked to fill out the form to someone else. Basically, we ask people if they are still our first contact. If they are, it is a confirmation of the simple blind shape. If they don't, ask them to please tell us who. While it will take them to a form where they can tell us who is the new contact. However, I do not want cookies for the new person to be assigned to the person who filled out the form (like who would mess then with segmentation, scoring lead / feed, etc.). We must also see who is the person filling out the form, so that we know which replaces the new person. So, we will need to collect the address name or email of the person filling out the form, in addition to the name and address of the person that they add email.

  I know that this is possible, as in a previous company, we have a form that has been used internally to add those who have called for requests for, so that we could catch them as 'submit a request' as if they had just completed a form. For example, I would like to fill out the form after someone requesting product information, but the online behavior of this person would not be attributed to me even though I filled out the form on my computer. Unfortunately, I don't remember how this was put in place. Does anyone have any ideas on how this could be adjusted upward?

  To do this, the easiest method is to set up two forms:

  1. The first form is your primary contact, who will submit to the secondary email address and additional contact information for the secondary contact. You can also include a field (hidden or not) for the primary contact if you want to record the activity of presentation of this form, but functionally, it is not necessary.
  2. A second form that will accept e-mail address of the secondary contact and any other contact information you want to capture through this process.

  The thing is that, once you have these two forms saved, you add a form processing step to the first form called Post data to the server. In this step, you fill in the details for the second form, including making sure to map the secondary e-mail address field on the formula 1 to the e-mail address field main form 2. The URL must be the action url POST for the secondary form, you can get the details of integration. You also need to add your SiteID and the form name and also a variable to disable cookies for this presentation (elqCookieWrite). The final URL should be something like this:

  https://s1886.t.Eloqua.com/e/F2?elqSiteID=1886&elqFormName=Alt2&elqCookieWrite=0

  • My organization is 1886, you will need to replace it with the code of your Site
  • My name of the secondary form is Alt2, so you have to replace with your name of secondary form
  • elqCookieWrite = 0 provides the secondary form will not attempt to associate the session with the ElqGUID (cookie)

  In the secondary form, make sure you have updated contact - form dataprocessing step.

  Now when submit form 1, you will see a presentation to both forms, and contact information submitted to form 2 creates a new contact (or updates an existing one) with no link with the course/session cookie used to submit the form 1. You can add these contacts to a shared list, enter them in a separate campaign or program or something else, you could do a presentation of normal form.

  One caveat to remember is that as this person has not submitted the form, you have collected not technically no permission to contact them, you need to set some rules will apply in your area (your use case seems to be for existing customers which is usually OK, but you should still check).

• Multi page / two part form

  I want to set up a two-step process to collect user information using two forms.

  The first form simply captures the users email address, he submits to Eloqua, which creates a new contact, and then assigns the user to some email lists.

  Eloqua then redirects to my site where I have a second form requesting more detailed information, such as their name, address, telephone number etc. This form is optional, and we already have the user registered by this point.

  When the user submits the second form he will be again present at the Eloqua and add these details to contact users record.

  However, the problem is to connect the second form to the user who sent the first person that I need to enter the e-mail address of users as a hidden field in the form, is this correct? It seems that the only way to do this is via a datalookup of javascript, it is not ideal but as I need to support users with JS disabled.

  Is there a way to present the second form without the email address and still updated it the same record in contact? Where can I get Eloqua to add the email address submitted as a query parameter to the redirect once the first form is submitted?

  I try this on the first page. I would use a hidden field to manipulate the redirect URL and use javascript to add the email address as a query string parameter to it. Then, when the user arrives on the second page, you can use javascript to retrieve this value and enter the email address with it.

  In this way, you can skip the cookies and research.

• How to create a form that fills a page of review before being submitted?

  Anyone used Eloqua to create a form that fills a review page that the bidder has to address in order for the form to fill out?

  The sequence would be:

  1. landing page/form
  2. landing page with the data in the form of review
     • The second page with the form data will have to be approved before the presentation or the person could go back and change the data

  The way to do is to create a form with a field, mapping on a contact field you can set a value from us Let's say 1. and then on the second form, if the user access, he or she cannot present until whoever the approver is changes the value 0 (zero). Once the approval is made (assuming that anyone who needs to do this) the flag should be set to zero.

  Your form 2 form processing step can guide them in appropriate redirection, or javascript on the form page 2 can promot the user to wait for approval.

  My apologies if this is an easy question, but I'm new to Eloqua, and I can't understand it, then I hope one of you, kind people can point me in the right direction.

  Basically, I want to have a form on a hypersite were to enter their e-mail address of the user and then click on submit. On submit they are redirected to an another hypersite that displays a form containing some of their contact record fields, if they are existing users I want the fields to be pre filled with contact information, and clearly if they exist not in the system will be the only area that will fill the email address.

  My problem is that I'm not sure how to get the fields to pre-populate in the second form, I know that you can set to pre-populate in the form builder, but im assuming that when you load the form he needs to know what you save are searching fields be filled with If it exists. All this will be done within Eloqua itself, i.e. Forms and the hypersites.

  So just I want to load coordinates into the fields of the form to the e-mail address that was selected on the previous form.

  any ideas on how to do this?

  Hi André,.

  This can be done

  (1) on page hypersite - when you insert the form you must click on "map of form fields. This will take care of your form fields hypersite element.

  (There are two types of prepop, one if a person comes to an email and another, if a person comes to a hypsersite page, that it will convert the right type)

  (2) the first form, they argue with their email, change step of final processing of the page of confirmation - "create hypersite and redirect to PURL. This can be done by going to the processing step and click on the small arrow next to the stage of confirmation page and choose the right one. Configure step to send them to the page you created with the form.

  I hope that's enough sense to help you get started.

  Result: I had another form that is different from the first.  Why this watch two forms different even when all values are the same? I tried the same in InDesign and quark and got the same forms in both cases (this second form). What is a defect or the destination behavior for Illustrator?

  

  For InDesign (and probably the same for Quark) these two transformations are attributes of the object. Which means, no matter in what order you have entered values for the fields option, InDesign applies in a fixed order, which is always the same.

  Illustrator applies instead a transformation to the path at the time wherever you enter the value. When you enter the next value transformation applies again the path resulting from the first transformation.

  Shape layers have transparent backgrounds, indicated by the checkerboard (^^ and I threw the bottom layer to accentuate the effect of checkerboard).

  The first screenshot shows that you are using a work plan (which is fairly new for us all). Within a plan of work, the background appears blank, but when I add a second form of report to the first, you can see that it is actually transparent.

  

  As a final check, I place the above .psd file in InDesign and placed on a colored background. It is transparent.

• Help with forms of morphing

  Can someone help me?
  I'm trying to turn a triangle made in illustrator. I converted to a form and applied the procedure indicated on the video (link below). I created keyframes for triangle and circle roads, copied the keyframe of the circle and stuck on the chronology of the triangle. However, instead of morphing instead, as it is, triangle moves to a point diferent in morphing. How can I make him stay where he was?

  Then I saw that tutorial and I hate to say this, but is not very good and it is not teach you effective techniques or even appropriate to do what needs to be done to run the morphs. His terminology is also not consistent with the actual AE terminology. He stumbles finally in a solution, but the technique is not something you want in your bag o ' tricks.

  Here are some things that you should consider trying to animate paths. Firstly, each closed path has a first Summit. Second, if you animate the position of the vertices that the points will move in a straight line since the first Summit in the first Summit and continue on the path so the direction that you drew the path and the position of the first Summit in the form of the first and the second form must make sense.   If the first Summit of the place was not reset in the middle of the top line, then you get this mess and wonder what's happened:

  

  The triangle is moving because you do not have your peaks aligned properly because the tutorial teaches you what you need to know. Beware of tutorials and try and so you don't go in blind alleys to sift through the authors.
