Auto Print out

I'm still a little new to LiveCycle and very new to scripting. Is there a way were I can put my form before leaving automatically when the "print" button is selected? If the form is completed, the user hits print button, the printed form and outputs (form closes, does not save data) any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There is a command to close the current document:

event.target.closeDoc (true);

True indicates that the doc will be closed without forcing a backup... If false then a dialog box if the poster asking the user to save any changes made to the RFSO gave.

Note that this will close only the current document Acrobat/Reader or browser are still open... and I don't think you can automatically close those that they run your script.

The best way to do so is the web portal to your e-mail server. If you use iCloud, then you can set it in preferences of Mail on www.icloud.com.

If you try to establish a local rule on your Mac, Mail must be open to answer, and you can get into a war of spam with someone else who did the same thing where your response triggers a response from the other email client that cascade infinitely. Defining one out of the office on the server response can avoid these problems.

If you call us, we can discuss the availability and price of a replacement printhead. We might even see if there is a trade in option is available to get you a discount on another model of the printer. I understand that you have closed cartridges, but if you leave that never talk about who know, he or she may be able to help with that too.

I have a cp3525n printer.  All my print outs to show vertical lines on the margins left and right, the length of the page running. My fusion kit still has 65% and I checked the transfer belt. I could see not all brands.  Lines appear on the color and black and white.  I am running Vista or XP.

If you want to automate the whole process, (if you do not have to manually add the text box each time), take a look at addField(); in the JS_API_Reference manual.

He is example how to add a button to each page navi, but is simple enough change to add a textbox field to the bottom of each page with the Try67 code to pull in the name of the file.

  • HP Deskjet 2050 3 in 1 printer, I want to just take the text black print outs

    Hello

    I recently bought

HP Deskjet 2050 to my house

My use is very limited and I want to just take black print out my pages of text

So is it possible that I can load the printer/computer to never use the color cartridge, even if there is something of color on the page

    Thank you very much

You can try it but your printer is unlikely to work properly. You'll start to see the Virgin and strangely colored printed pages.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8620: Auto prints Fax newspapers - when no Fax has been sent

Several times now, my printer prints sheet Fax connects during the night.  I have not hooked to a phone line, or use the fax machine.  It prints 40 to 50 pages of newspapers only fax sheet at a time using usually upward all the paper in the tray.  It happens always in the night.  Is there some features need me to disable this option?  Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @antiquesbyadkin,

I see by your post that the printer automatically prints a log of faxes. I would like to help you today. If this helps you to find a solution, please click on the button "" accept as Solution"" down below this message. If you want to say thanks for my effort to help, click on the 'Thumbs Up' to give me a Kudos.

I checked the manual, for this model I don't see anyway to change the fax log. You must manually select the menu to print it. I also checked our laboratory model and could not find the settings to disable this feature.

I want to erase on the log of faxes, which should already be empty because the printer is not used for faxing.

    1. in the Control Panel printer displays, touch and drag your finger across the screen, then
    Select Configuration.
    2. press on the configuration of the fax and then tap Tools Fax.
    3. press on the clear fax log.

If you are setup for ePrint, it may be a sender who sends faxes over newspaper. To know for sure, I would say to set up the account to only allow that shippers. Go to hpconnected.com, click on devices, next to your name of the printer, select settings, then select admitted only shippers. (you can add senders individually) Test this out for a few days to see if it was the cause of this.

I would say for updating the firmware of the printer, to see if that can help you if the problem persists. OJP8620_R1502A.zip

Please let me know the results. Good day! Thank you.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8000 Wireless - print out this partial test page after each print job

I get this page a partial alignment (?) after each print job.  I reinstalled the software, aligned and cleaned print heads, contacts cleaned print head, but still get this page.  Pretty frustrating.

This image, I see that the printer does not align correctly.  If the unit is out of alignment, then the sensors in the printer detects it.  That's why the printer is constantly trying to perform the alignment.

There is a document with the steps to solve this problem.  The document helps walk one by checking the cartridges and the parameters to determine if the problem is software or hardware.  Click here to access the troubleshooting document.

  • Office Pro 8000: Cannot Print/Out of ink error even after installing new cartridge.

When I tried to use my printer a few days ago, I received an error message "can't Print Can: ink" on the magenta cartridge.  I had used the printer a few days before and had not received a low ink warning.  It seemed suspicious to me that I would have received an empty cartridge error message without having previously received a low cartridge warning.  The cartridges yellow and cyan read 70% complete - all 3 were original cartridges.

I bought a new cartridge 940XL magenta and installed according to the instructions.  Now, I get a message that the new 940XL cartridge is empty.  I can shake the old cartridge 940 and hear liquid inside.  Obviously, the new cartridge is also complete.  I tried to electric bike, reinstall the software, etc., without change of status.  If I swap back between the 940 old and new cartridge 940XL, they are correctly identified by type on my screen as the 940 or 940XL.  Because of the way the problem is presented, I don't think it is a cartridge problem.

Of course, problem first awaken on May 8, and my warranty expired on 26 April.  Any suggestions?

I solved my problem, what was obviously a lack of factory Assembly.  I looked inside my printer with a flashlight in the area where the ink cartridges are installed and found sprayed inside the printer magenta ink.  I disassembled the printer and found that the magenta line had been damaged during installation.  There are four tubes of ink that out by behind the ink cartridges, can do a U turn back toward the front of the printer.  Just after the bend, they do an another elbow top neighborhoods.  It is at this point that I found the damaged magenta line, directly above a screw on the right side of the housing of the ink cartridge.  The lines are in a very narrow passage and are held in place by several guards, moulded plastic.  It seems that the lines have been in place in the guardians, then the screws inserted from the top.  As I said, there is a tight passage, and it would be very easy to damage the line of ink right here if the lines have not been carefully selected to insert the screws when mounting.

To solve the problem, I removed about 1/4 inch line damaged magenta ink.  I cut the line with a sharp razor, carefully to avoid collapsing the line or causing burrs to the hose.  I then placed approximately 3/4 "heat self-sealing tube on one end of the line of ink heat shrink.  Then I connected to the line with a small piece of plastic tube rigid of the handle with a swab of cotton, which was a perfect fit and comfortable on the line of ink.  Making sure not to cut the tube of ink or cause other damage, gently twisted the line of ink back until the ends have butted up inside the splice of cotton swab.  I then positioned the shrink tube over splice and it shrunk with a hair dryer.  Heat shrink tube, I used a hot melt glue applied to the Interior, which has helped more away making a watertight splice.  Again, it is not a lot of space, so the splice should remain small.

I reassembled the printer, reinstalled ink cartridges and powered by the printer.  After the normal, long time running, I printed full color sheets and everything was fine.  Already that I had installed the cartridge magenta watch now that it is complete, and the remaining cartridges also read the levels they had before disassembly.

  • HP Photosmart B8550 printer Out Of Paper error message

I have a HP Photosmart B8550 who insists on the fact that I'm paper little matter how much is in the main tray.  Whenever I try to print from my computer or just running test page, I get the error message "Out of Paper".   This problem occurred about two weeks after the expiration of the warranty of the printer.

The last thing that he print with success was a sign of sale on fluorescent stock heavy.  I tried cleaning the rollers as others suggested online and found a few red residue, probably from the sign.  It does not have the printer works however.

Someone else suggested to remove the upper plate and forcing a piece of paper through by hand to get it going again.  If I push a sheet of paper upward to meet the internal reels view and print a single page but it does not take any other paper on its own.  It just goes back to what the message OF PAPER.

How is the document that is supposed to be pulled up to the rolls? Now that the top plate has been removed, I see an arm with two black rolls down on paper when PRINTING is affected, but they do not seem to turn. They just sit there for a few seconds and then back up just before ON PAPER will start to blink.

Any suggestion or destroyed independent feeding mechanism? Is there maybe a sensor that is clogged?  If Yes, where is it located and how can it be cleaned?

There is a document to find errors on paper on Photosmart 8000 series printers located here.

If these steps do not fix the problem, then a hardware problem has developed in the feeding mechanism and your best option will be to replace the printer. Have you thought about contacting HP Support on the upgrade program?

  • My HP Photosmart 7510 c311a leaves a white border on all my print outs (seems to be objective)

    Hello.
It seems that the printer does not hit the paper or photos when it is printing.
I remember installing it for the first time, that the test image came out flawless, the second time, it seemed, with a white border on the left side. Print documents with a lot of normal white have not in any way bothered me until now when I print flyers marketing covering all the page and the print is not centered.

I would like to qappreciate supporting the resolution of this case, beyond the measures. :-)

  • HP Deskjet 3050 J610 Series. Print out very light in the body of the document, but not on the headers

Hello.  I just replaced the ink in my printer, but it's not print as before.  I went to setting and tried several ways and still cannot printing be dark enough to read.  When I do AOL mail, the header comes out dark (with to, of, date, etc.), but the body is pale gray.  Would you please help me understand the settings, or how to retrieve the default value?  Thank you so much, I really miss print and hate writing long-hand [under the direction of personal information]

    Hi Molly9094,

    Welcome to the HP forums!

I see your message you have a Deskjet 3050, after changing the print cartridge is not as he had before. I'm sorry to hear that, but I will certainly do my best to help you!

Just to be safe, I would test the hardware of the printer to make sure that everything goes well on the end of the first. If you print a Network Configuration Page does it come in black?

If you print from somewhere on your computer such as Notepad (Windows) or Text/Edit (Mac) coming out as it should be, or must it also a lot of pale gray?

Once I know this information can we move forward!

Hope to hear from you soon!
