Auto save back up creative cloud is broken

I was fumbling with it for a few days. It's great to have this proposed feature but since my last update to the desktop application, it doesn't seem to work. I spotted a post on April 21, 2015 where the recommendation by the Rio Khan had to UN install the desktop application CC and re install but when I try this, I get a message to the effect of CC cannot be removed because there are other Adobe programs that rely on it. I tried to copy in a link to the other post on the Adobe PP forum but it seems to hang when I try so here it's long hand: . Is the Auto Save Save to creative cloud something that we feel may be invoked or should make us other arrangements until Adobe can ensure that it is solid? I notice that I can do it manually, but this isn't really how the feature is supposed to work.

From there, you can search for a folder.

I can't understand how to access the support chat, and my subscription is for one year and was renewed in November.
My billing information are up-to-date, regularly, my credit card gets charged and the Bills on my account are up-to-date as well.
