  If you allowed them access to your PC, then it is a problem. I considered reinstalling my OS and change all my passwords. It would also make sense, if you use the online banking etc., to inform your bank that you have a security hole on your PC. This will alert them to anyone using your current password to the Bank etc.

  Sorry for your frustration.  The password requested isn't your adobe.com password, this is the password for your computer. If you are an administrator on the computer, the password that allows you to connect to your machine.  If you are not an administrator, you will need to provide a username / password to install the administrator. If you do not have a password on your machine, ignore the password field and click 'OK' to continue.
