You must only be loaded during a creative cloud membership if you bought for your PC or Mac.

Ned and John indicated a lot of shared resources are updated when you install the current version of the Adobe Creative applications. Cannot open Adobe Creative Cloud. Help, please! Don't know what I'm doing.
I left out of the icon of the CC on the Apple toolbar and couldn't bring it up again yesterday. Today, it appeared, but it is "inactive", IE. in gray. When I place my mouse to it, I get 'color spinning wheel of death '. To make things worse, I could not then the application open apps. I got the error:
