I want to renew my membership cloud creative but I get the error "Please try another card or contact your bank. I use an American Express card, which should not have problems as I can use it in other places. Is there a number I can call to speak with support?

I received an email a few minutes earlier, declaring these:
Action required: Your Adobe Creative cloud membership has been suspended
Your creative cloud membership will be passed to free at the end of the next billing period because we were able to charge the credit card. Update your payment information to your paid subscription.
My credit card information is valid so that this email should not have been sent.
I was asked to click on a link in the body of the e-mail, in order to update my payment information for CC.
In view of the breach of huge customer info, I decided to connect to the CC page instead and review my payment information there.
When I tried to update, I received an error message saying that something was wrong on the side of Adobe.
Can someone advise please? It becomes frustrating.

Hello, I got a membership Adobe Muse and I changed it to full Adobe Creative cloud membership. The problem is when I connect to catalyst for business and try to push live a second site, he said as follows: Your Adobe Creative Cloud membership has reached its limit for hosted sites.
I think that BusinessCatalyst did not recognize jet that I change my Adobe Creative Cloud membership and does not allow me access to 5 sites that are supposed to come with my adobe creating cloud.
Please help me update my situation on BusinessCatalyst so I can post my 5 sites.

Hello! I have an Adobe Creative Cloud membership and was under the impression that I was allowed to host 5 free sites through Business Catalyst. However, when I launch my site built in Adobe Muse CC by Business Catalyst he ordered to buy a hosting package. Can you please explain what is happening here, and how can I use my free hosting?
5 free sites ended. It is not available from the CC and more.

Adobe community, I have 2 quick questions on Adobe Creative Cloud membership. I am considering the Adobe Creative Cloud 'Plan of the student' for 2 children currently in high school. (1) is the license for 1 or can it covers 2 users? (2) can they access it from PC or MacBook this year? Thanks for your help.
each single-user license, it's just that, for a single user and can not (legally) be shared between two different users.
programs of CC can be installed on pc or mac. each user can install on an unlimited number of computers, but can only connect to, at most, two computers at a time. These 2 computers can be 2 pcs, 2 macs, or one of each.

Problems with my order Adobe Creative Cloud and do it installed or correctly synchronized
I have an order of licenses CC - but when I install it on my computer it installs as a trial and wrote that I just finished the trail. I want full access to the programs that we pay for, how do I get the license in order to synchronize it with my install? We are supposed to be able to install programs on several computers, but almost every time I do the installation (after wiping all the Adobe products on my system) it works as a trial and said that my account has not all the records of licenses, but when I log on the site I have access to download the packages to install.
I need help with this program installed on mac computers, I am using in my school.

Why every month, I have the same problem.I pay for the products and still can not use creative cloud products1) go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and locate the file named hosts inside the folder etc.
Copy 2) guests of the file on the desktop and even open with Notepad.
Let me know if you see any Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?

These Adobe staff to users here? until now, I couldn't get a response to my earlier question which is: how to make two requests) 1 Media Encoder CC 2014 and 2) Adobe Encore CS6 when I subscribe to creatively Cloud Premiere Pro CC 2014 single application? The drop-down list of the single application plan does not include these two applications. Are they included with the purchase of plan unique application Adobe Premiere Pro? If this is not the case, how to buy and what are their costs?

When you install the first Pro CC 2014 Media Encoder CC 2014 is included as part of the installation and will appear in the Start Menu (Win) or Applications (Mac) after the installation folder. I am a student of the Academy of Art University (SF, CA) online and I have trouble with my Adobe Creative Cloud membership renewal. I am in Italy at the moment and I'm on a Mac. I already followed all the steps, and I've already got my redemption code. Unfortunately when I insert it, the system says "this card has already purchased in a country that does not match the one specified on the Adobe ID" so I'm not able to go forward.
Can I ask you a help with that?
