  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question on your HP laptop and your Beats Audio does not work properly after upgrading to Windows 10. Here is a link to help solve the speakers and sound does not work correctly.

  If you do not see the list of available networks, your wireless network card may be cut or broken.  Many laptops have a switch that turns off the wireless radio.  Maybe it's a physical switch or a key combination (e.g. Fn + F2).

  -What exactly do you mean when you say "no programs appear on the control panel?
  -You are unable to find games on your Windows computer?
  -Did you change on your computer before this problem?
   
  If you do not have Windows games on the list 'all programs' on your computer, it might be because the games has been disabled.
   
  Looking for the same and turn on the game that has been disabled (i.e. Free Cell).
   
  Follow these steps to do the same thing:
   

  a. click the Start button, click Control Panel, click on Add / Remove Programsand then click Add or remove Windows components in the left pane.
