  Try these steps, check to see if things work after each step if necessary, before you try the next.

  1. Check AirPlay is on the Apple TV (turn market if it already is)
  2. Check that both devices are on the same network (settings > Wifi on the mobile device and the settings > general > network, on the Apple TV).
  3. Restart the Apple TV (settings > general > restart).
  4. Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL cables for 30 seconds.
  5. Restart your router. (Also try to remove the power cord for at least 30 seconds)
  6. Restart your computer or mobile device.

  If you're still having problems, try to use 802.11n for wifi if you currently use 802. 11B or 802. 11 g.

Since its launch on the new Apple TV 4, I wonder why she is absent from the old model.   Technically AppleTv 3 is still a current model that is still for sale, but that Apple have not yet updated for Apple music I would be very surprised if the old model gets any love.

  BBC iPlayer lets you download and store the content, but it does not allow content to spread faster it is played, so build a buffer. In addition streaming nothing of AirPlay, it uses only 1/3 bandwidth and does not have the same questions. BBC iPlayer has never been a problem for me on my Apple TV.

  I'm sorry that you run into problems installing with AIR.  Microsoft has released a new utility that can help to resolve installation problems.  Would you mind giving it a try and let us know how it works for you?  When you run the patch, go through the uninstall process and trying to remove Adobe AIR on your system.  Once finished, download the latest version of AIR and install again.

  When music is allowed for music from Apple, the license States that the countries that the song can be played in.  Most likely, some of the music on these playlists simply are not available through Apple music to the Canada.

  Recently, I was unable to read the files/programs of BBC iplayer. I tried to reinstall Flash, but without success. I checked that I can play iplayer files in Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer and do everything without any problems. What is the reason and what is the solution?

  Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache

  How to clear the cache of Firefox {web link}

  and

  • Delete Cookies

  This will be you disconnect all the sites to which you are connected.
  Press < Alt > or < F10 > to display the toolbar.
  Followed;

  Windows; Tools > Options
  Linux; Edit > Preferences
  Mac; name of the application > Preferences

  Then confidentiality.
  Under historical, select Firefox will use the custom settings.
  There is a button on the right side, called View the Cookies.

  If there is still a problem,
  Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
  While you are in safe mode;
  Press < Alt > or < F10 > to display the toolbar.
  Followed;

  Windows; Tools > Options
  Linux; Edit > Preferences
  Mac; name of the application > Preferences

  Then Advanced > General.
  Find and stop using hardware acceleration.

  Dig safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart.

  I understand that you are wanting to use your iPhoto library as screensaver on your Apple TV (2nd generation). I know using your own photos as a screensaver on your Apple TV is impressive. I'll be more than happy to help!

  Photos stream from your computer to Apple TV

  Once the home sharing is set up on your computer and on Apple TV, you can use iTunes for photos of stream to your home theater system.

  1. In iTunes, choose file > home sharing > select the Photos to share with the Apple TV.

  2. In the window that appears, select Sharing Photos From and choose a source from the context menu.

  3. Do one of the following:

     • Choose "All photos, albums, events and faces."

     • Choose 'Selected Albums, events and faces', and select the items that you want to stream.

  4. Click on apply.

  This article says it's iTunes 12, but I have confirmed it also works with version 11 more. Once you have set up iTunes to share your iPhoto with your APPLETV library go to your Apple TV and go to settings > screen saver > Photos > then in the article titled "Computers" you should see your library here and can choose which albums to use as a screen saver. Once you choose the pictures, you should be all set.
