  When I go to Office Admin I can enter the new reason ok codes, but the checkbox to activate the reason codes is grayed out and cannot be verified.

  OK, in most cases, yes you need to change your application but how much change depends on how you want to use the consistency. If you just want to use it as a basic cache to avoid repeating the database calls so you can make it work with enough little changes. If you want to use features more consistency, you obviously more changes. It also really depends on how your application was built in the first place. If it's a well designed application with a good separation of concerns - that is, it has a well built the data access layer, so it's simple to connect only a layer of consistency. If the access code you DB spreads all over your application, then it will be a little more difficult.

  The simplest cache would be something called cache when your application needs to read the DB side where it first checks the cache, if the data is there it is used instead of a DB call, if it is not there it is read from the DB and added to the cache. Alternatively, if your DB access code is completely free confined and easy to move you might look put this code inside the cache stores and using write through. Your application then justs reads data from or writes in a cache and consistency and then calls your cache store to do the required DB access.

  Other things you should be aware of (which apply to any caching solution) are if your application is the only one who did the updates of the DB. Keep the cache and DB synchronized if other applications can update the database is something that must also be addressed. There a lot of patterns.solutions to do this, yet according to the specific use cases.

  There are so many ways to do something with the consistency it is a little difficult to be very precise on what advice to give. It depends a lot on your application, how it was built and your specific use case. Do not be put off however, feel free to ask as many questions as you want, no matter how they sound newbie - what is forum.

• Writing javascript code to a box that when activated, it removes the read-only attribute in another area and allows a number against the default calculation that occur.

  I have an order entry form that calculates a sum of $ calculate markup by a formula in the section rating field simplified in the field on the tab properties.  The field of markup is set to read-only.  I also have a configuration like a checkbox.  If the user selects the check box, I need this field of markup to become editable (remove the read-only attribute) to allow a number to be entered in the field.  I guess I'd also need programmatically delete the calculation in the simplified field notation when the box has been activated.  I think I need a custom java script to trigger on mouse enter?  I could also use some help setting java script.  Someone has it all done something similar?

  You can no longer use the method of the "simple field notation" If you change the field in certain situations. The following script assumes that you just want to add two fields and use 25% of this amount as your markup, unless the box named "CheckBox" is checked, then the field will become editable and you can enter what you want:

• You just bought ss14 @ Costco.  No numbers or codes on the box or the cover had 24 characters or work for or serial.

  Guessed it.  I use the MAC version.  When I pulled the drive out of the box, I put the 'Windows' disk in the box.  Well, after a lot of frustration, I found the serial number. on the back of the cover of the Windows disk that I put back.  Would have been nice and saved me more than 2 hours of frustration to have had the serial number. sticker on the two sleeves or somewhere on the inner box.  Thank you.

  Normally when you install Firefox this feature is enabled by default. You can check the status in the Options dialog box:

  There are two entries for my Bank in history. I removed the two cookies. I then entered my bank details and 'saved for next time' - details are now here!

  2. you receive messages or error codes?

  3. are you able to use the other features/devices built on the laptop with no problems?

  This problem may occur if the touchpad and webcam drivers are not installed properly.

  I suggest to refer to the Dell Support website to install the latest version of the touchpad and webcam drivers for your laptop and find the issue.

  What happened to the insertion of the product key?

  You have pictures of backup of the previous operating system, or the hard drive is accessible to all to read the data off of it, i.e., enslavement it to another PC or using a boot disk?

  If this isn't the case, then call Global Customer Service to see if they can trace your product key with the identifiers that remain on the packaging.  This can depend on the ingenuity of the agent, so if necessary I called several times to see if you get one that is capable (a strategy to get what you need any support), and required still ask a supervisor.  Be polite and encouraging.
