• HP Pavilion x 360: back issues of sleep and stop; MEI driver moved

  I have upgraded to Windows 10 last summer and, like many people, I had sleep and close issues. The computer wouldn't wake him up after he went to sleep and when I stop the computer the light remained on and the fan will continue running. I was able to fix by updating the graphics card and the driver of MEI.

  Windows has released a new update a few days ago and it has been applied automatically to my computer. Now, sleep and shutdown questions have returned.  This time, the graphics card is fully updated, but now I can't downgrade my MEI driver back to version 8.1 of Windows ( 9.5.24.1790 1.5 M ). When I try to install the driver it says 'Setup progam was able to start one or more application processes' and stops. I tried running the installation through Setup of HP and download directly, and none worked.

  Does anyone else have this problem? Any advice?

  Open Device Manager, expand the 'System devices' section, and then find "Intel Management Engine interface", double click it and go to the driver tab, and then click on "roll back driver" button, it will come back to the previous driver.

  You can do most any device in the device manager driver.

  If roll back driver button is gray, then there is no older driver to restore.

• Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and Symantec ver.3 for BACK issues

  I have a database of BACK program Symantec issues worm. 3, in which I have a number of databases. I used to run under XP Pro in a DOS window by using compatibility mode.

  I can't get Win7Pro to accept the program, even in compatibility mode. Does anyone have experience you try to run DOS applications in Win7 64-bit environment? Are there programs to help the Win7 to run these programs?

  William, try using the software ExDOS, should allow you to run all these programs and printing from them as well.

  They have excellent support as well, if necessary.

• HP Probook 450 G1: Windows 10 back issue

  I recently had a problem with this product. I would go back to the use of the recovery [CD] given by Windows 8 HP discs.

  I currently use 10 64-bit windows. Due to some problems with touchpad. Engineer service center HP in my town said that I have to perform a recovery. Which is nothing, but I'll just go back to the windows 8.je are not HP Recovery Manager or I don't create recovery of microsoft. So my problem is that as you know that this free update of windows 10 has been completed on July 29, 2016.

  So, if I go back to the windows 8. Do you think that I can still install or upgrade to windows 10 windows 8 free?

  The free upgrade is complete for new machines, but any existing machine that has already been activated with Win10 can still do the upgrade.

  I understand that the WiFi no longer works on your HP Pavilion e015tx 15. I want to help you solve this problem.

  Please start by a hard reset. After that, follow the steps in this troubleshooting wireless document:

  HP PC - Troubleshooting wireless network and Internet (Windows 8)

  You can also try rolling back the drivers.

  1. Press Win + r keys

  2. Type "devmgmt.msc" and then click on 'OK '.

  3. click on the 'View' tab, then 'show hidden devices '.

  4. scroll and select the option "network adapters."

  5. right click on the RT3290 Wi - Fi adapter, and then select "Properties".

  6. choose the tab "driver".

  7. click on "Roll Back Driver".

• HP Elitebook 850 G 1:850 1 AMD Driver SP72150, sleep back issues, overheating

  Hi all

  After upgrade to Windows 10 my 1 850 now is more out of sleep or standby correctly. I had this problem before - taking the laptop out of the bag and its 'Cook' hot, with the power light is impulses, the fan turns and the laptop does not. It takes a forced shutdown.

  The last time it was due to problems with Intel or AMD graphics.

  In this case HP Support Assistant is suggesting to install: AMD 2014 Win10, SP72150, 15.20.1060Fp3 ver video driver, but it will fail to install because SP72150 does not exist, including the HP FTP site: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/

  Centre de Support HP does not provide drivers for Windows 8.1 display or 10.

  I am currently using:

  AMD: HD8750M 15.200.1045.0, 22/06/2015

  Intel: Graphics HD, 10.18.15.4248, 29/06/2015

  BIOS: 1.32 (latest listed)

  I will also try HPSDM to see what is available for this model.

  At this point, I must Hibernate or power off the laptop. Sleep is too risky especially in a closed laptop bag.

  It seems as if these 2-3 weeks everything is now stable.

  I now use AMD Radeon HD M 8750 15.201.1301.0 driver version, 19/08/2015

  Intel HD Graphics Driver version 10.18.15.4268, 08/05/2015

  Seems that this combination (or rather the AMD driver) is stable, not overheat or sleep/resume issues.

• Compile issues - undefined references

  So, I got my hands on the source code for a simple die rolling program that I found on the BlackBerry App World. I have already corrected some problems of compilation, but at this point, I think my best bet is to happen to you guys here on the forums. I'm at your mercy.

  According to my research in things, references that are not defined must be placed inside I included headers.

  Thanks for the suggestions. It gives me something to try, I suppose, but I'm sure that my computer is not using up to 16GB.

  The only thing I can really think that I have not tried creates a project managed; I assumed that because the project was a makefile to use it. If I should or learn more about makefiles go try that.

  Might try if it suits him as well, I have this will mark as answered.

  I'm working on a migrated application of 10.1.3 to 11.1.1.4.
  
  In all pages jspx for any EL as #{backingBean.property}, is to show the source of the page as reference backingBean.property * not found warning. Backingbean is not absent in faces - config.Xml. The app can work very well, so I think that the EL cannot be resolved in the period but not the design time. But if the bean to support application scopt and the EL as #{backingBean.property} displays the warning message. This confuses me as different scope is resolved differently.
  
  However, if I change the EL to look like to #{requestScope.backingBean.property}, the warning message is gone. Given the multitude of EL in all jspx, it is not possible to add the requestScope in EL all. Besides, I'm not sure if this is the right approach.
  
  Can someone let me know why it behaves like this? Is it possible a bug in Jdeveloper? Is there anyway to disable this warning?

• Folio producer fails to update published back issues

  A client wants to update me an advertisement in several past issues, including the issues published in January and February 2012.

• Mouse problems, delete botton, back issues

  Whenever I use my mouse to open programs, any file he keeps asking if I want to send this file to the trash... I can't use my botton delete as if will not work. • Word 2007 copy / paste back issues

  I insist on a section to be copied. I paste it into the document. The carriage return moves to the next line. This began about 60 days ago. I've looked everywhere for a solution to this problem. At one point, the carriage return would skip two lines. This problem has been resolved by turning off the computer. The other problem is I pointed out an article and then click on the arrow to the right the slider moves to the next line. (There is plenty of space at the end of the line for more characters).  This only happens when there is more space at the bottom of the page. This happens not when the dough is in another part of the document.

  The problem started after I was playing around with paragraph.

  Hyperlinks between articles work the same way as they did in the previous version of DPS. You can use navto: / / to connect articles together via buttons. It works with HTML articles as well.
