When I have videos on my calendar, they do not play in the screen of the monitor. I hear the audio but can't see the image. To test if my new files are somehow the problem, I went back and used video files that I have used successfully a year ago, and they no longer play in the monitor window. I hear the sound track, but don't see any video. Have I changed it some setting that controls video playback in the monitor window?

    Thanks for the follow-up.

Missing in this equation are the Premiere Elements version you were using and the operating system on which it is running. But...

The Act is accomplished. But... Up to now, and after that you went ahead and moved to version 12, we now learn what Premiere Elements version you were using. We don't yet know the operating system involved.

You said first Elements 10. First 10 Elements is affected by a problem serious display known if the computer uses an NVIDIA GeForce video/graphics card card. In this issue, the only cure is to roll back the version of the driver about may 2013. The description of the problem and how to make the rear roller are described in one of the messages at the top of this forum. What video/graphics card your computer use?

On another front, Adobe will release a new version of Premiere Elements any day now. Not one, but Adobe knows the function defined for the new version. This type of information is announced at the time of the release of the new version.

So the solution to the problem you presented in this thread could have been...

1 roll back the version of the NVIDIA GeForce driver for all may 2013 if possible (Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit, maybe not possible)

    2. move to a different version of Premiere Elements (which you did)

I offer the foregoing for consideration so that you can review your decisions. We are pleased to learn that the first items 12/12.1 works for you.

Please do not hesitate to ask questions and seek clarification, but do not forget that the answers are in the details.

    Best wishes

  • Strange mouse problem

I have a new laptop HP 8440 and I'm having a very strange mouse problem.  The point of the mouse on the screen from time to time will crawl slowly towards the top of the screen.  This occurs when you use the Touchpad mouse or when you use a USB optical mouse.  The mouse buttons remain active and navigation mouse continues to function (so I can pull the mouse down of his craawl), but he continued to creep upward.

This does not happen all the time and 'fixed' after 5 minutes of me being frustrated.  I don't think this is driver-related, but my mouse driver is 5.1.2600.0

    Any ideas?

    Hi Pappytopp,

    1. run the troubleshooter from the link below: hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows:http://support.microsoft.com/gp/hardware_device_problems

    2. also try to disable the touchpad then use the optical mouse and check the results.

  • Laptop mouse problems

My laptop seems to have mouse problems lately.  It is to select things too fast for me.  It highlights all, or choose something just because I'm pointing at it, even if I click on the object.  Is there a way to fix this?  I looked threw the help, and I've been able to find how to change the appearance of my mouse.  Where should I look to fix the sensitivity that my mouse seems to have?

The controls are generally in the start menu / Control Panel / mouse.  If the options you want are not listed here, they are not available on the system.  You can try to check with the manufacturer of the mouse or the computer manufacturer (if the mouse came with it) for updated device drivers firmware or software and install it.  Restart and test the mouse in Control Panel.  You can now have new options that were not there before.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  • Mac Pro RAM, Audio, Bluetooth mouse problems

I recently bought an Apple factory refurbished Mac Pro (end 2013) and replaced the three-chip RAM of 4 GB with 16 GB of Crucial two chips. Everything was great for the first two weeks. Then I started having a strange audio problem. Audio would become suddenly agitated. I disconnected and reconnected the speaker output and it would start working again. Finally, unplug the unit and plug the unit has stopped working (audio would eventually just stop working completely... zero sound with or without the speaker plugged in...) and I had to restart the computer.

Then one day I noticed that only 16 GB of RAM showed up (I run own memory, so he's in my toolbar). I opened the machine and moved the two chips on the other side and when I rebooted, I got 32GB again.

Then I noticed that when the audio problem came once again (he seems to be after the computer has been for a few hours or more) my Apple bluetooth mouse would disconnect and reconnect intermittently... ONLY when the audio starts to get restless again.

I zapped the PRAM several times and now I get the 32 GB of RAM only after disconnecting the chips and MOVING them to another location, but not all the time. The audio port will begin to spoil, I reboot and I'm back to 16 GB.

So, is it bad RAM? I removed a single chip and the audio problem still happens.

Anyone have this problem? Apple Care suggested I bring it in the Apple Store, but I thought that I ask here before go this road, just in case there is a known issue.

    Thank you!!

    Rick...

To establish if it is a RAM problem, remove 16Bb sticks and replace the original 4 GB sticks.

  • Impossible to reset PRAM (mouse problem)

After several attempts, I don't then reset the PRAM as I usually end up on the screen of regular connection or, occationally, I go into the menu Utilities (recovery, Disk utilities etc.).

The heart of the problem is that my Magic Mouse (battery 100% "") is connected and can move the arrow around the screen; However, he does not 'click' to select an item. Potential use only what I've found is to do a reset of the PRAM, which, for me, has been easier said that done then.

I read that using a wired keyboard can work better and I will work (buy or borrow) if I need; However, this seems a bit backward engineering.

I read Apple's documentation as well as several previous posts but nothing got past this first hurdle, so:

    1. the issue of the mouse without a PRAM reset?

2 - is their way to 'force' a PRAM reset without the sequence of CMD-OPT-P-R?

It is a vanilla with no returned software/hardware iMac any change or modification, the mouse does not only work after waking, he.

The magic mouse you may have particles obstacles between you prevent of fully by clicking.

A reset of the PRAM will not affect the mouse or devices not integral to the computer. It's like the RAM to store and access data quickly for some settings.

[Cmd] + [Opt] + [P] + [R] is the only method to reset the PRAM. Make sure you are very quick to turn on the computer and press these keys right after.

It can help trying to make a (System Management Controller) SMC reset as well.

You can test your computer use another mouse? From what you describe, it seems quite possible that the mouse is just. You can pick up a decent optical mouse for $10-15 of: just about anywhere. Or maybe borrow one from a friend if you want to test and make sure that it has solved the problem before you buy.

I realize a hardware problem of mouse does not explain why problems occur more often in Firefox/forums, but it's a good thing to rule out anyway.

    Hello wang66:

Welcome to Hp on the Support Forum. Please goto a store and buy a keyboard and USB mouse real cheep if you don't have an old around back upward. As in this case. What exact number you need I don't know if I've provided all the numbers. Unfortunately, we cannot repair the software damaged in the mouse, keyboard or Blue Tooth device complete is a way to replace all three pieces together ok. So when you get your new game don't forget to replace all things together. Each one is programmed to perform as a whole. Is not working properly if you use a part of your old game because it is impossible to tell where the corruption is at. For now, my keyboard has become corrupted and my mouse worked fine, but I had to replace everything as a whole.  Please click on Bravo if this solves your problem. Thank you frrw.

  • Deleted pictures back

I have a problem with deleting the photos of my phone. After you remove the photos and remove them from the trash so looks like they have been deleted, but when I turn on my phone market again, deleted photos are there again. I have them deleted at least seven times, but they always keep coming back. Did I do something wrong or what is the problem? I do not use Google auto upward, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Anyone else having this problem or knows how to solve this problem? Or is it simply impossible to delete photos without using the computer?

I am a new user of android, I had Iphone before I bought this sony a few months back so feel free to talk to me like I'm a fool, because I'm with android.

You shouldn't, but at the moment it seems to be the only option

  • Combo sculpt comfort keyboard/mouse Microsoft - mouse problem driver windows 7

Just bought a new combo desktop Microsoft Sculpt comfort (keyboard and mouse). I have a problem with the mouse in Windows 7.

This mouse has the button scan blue on the left where you can drag upward or down and click. I have this attached to a Dell E6520 laptop.

In windows 8 the slide it towards the bottom of the function pulls the top of the list of open windows. In Windows 7, it's the browser's "back" button. I installed the latest microsoft mouse and keyboard software 2.3.

When I first installed the drive, everything works as expected. Suddenly the button works like the browser's "back" button. A few hours later, or after a reboot slide down begins to open the windows instead. The only way to fix is to uninstall the driver and re install. I tried the USB in USB ports and all are working the same.

How can I solve this problem? I called Microsoft support and they said to return the system and replace it. It is not a hardware problem and return it will do no good.

    Any help would be useful.

    Thank you

    Hi Bonnie,.

Thanks for posting the request in Microsoft Community Forums.

    1. it worked before?

    2. the problem occurs when the wireless mouse is not connected?

    3. using a wireless connection? If so, follow the steps here.

The issue may be caused by a weak wireless connection or wireless interference. Here are a few troubleshooting steps that you can try to solve:

    -Try to install fresh batteries.

S ' ensure that the receiver is plugged directly to the USB port on the computer. Avoid using a USB hub.

    -Try different USB ports.

-Check wireless interference. Check if there is no other wireless devices near the keyboard or receiver.

-Logitech Wireless Mouse mouse power drain.

    -Remove the batteries.

-Keep him idle for 10-15 sec.

    -Replace the batteries in.

I suggest you run the FIXIT from the link below and. If you have already run the fixit, ignore him.

Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows

    http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/hardware_device_problems/

If the problem persists, I suggest you to disconnect the wireless mouse and check the results. Also try plugging the same machine to another computer. If you still experience the problem, you may need to contact the Logitech support to repair or replace the unit.

I also suggest to display the query in Logitech forums for more support information.

I have 3 Microsoft Touch Mouse White artist series.

I use 2 different PC all in one and 1 not use because to back up only when one of them maybe broken

My 2 pc a using windows 7 and the other using windows 8

Before that, the mouse can function normally, even if I use the two together. I'm working on 2 PC and both can work well.

I try the switch Off ON, can WE too. I have try the 3rd mouse... can be downloaded again... but after a few minutes... died again...

After 2 days when I work only on pc win8, because not need use 2 pc, I realized when my mouse in win7 not ON / not to use my mouse to win8 posisition offshore, will work without problem...
