The copy option was available, but when I went to the document and chose paste, it was nothing. I then tried the same thing but sticking in a document of Corel. The same problem. It seems that the text has been copied, but I'm unable to paste it into another program. Is this real?

• Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 & Word 2007 issues of transparency for the doc

  I use Adobe Acrobat Pro 11, Word 2007 and Windows 7 operating systems.  In my work I produce documents word with photos pasted at various points. The photos are marked with text boxes, objects etc. of the arrow.  When I convert the word in a file doc PDF some, but not all, the backgrounds for text box from transparent white, that also some object disappear, does anyone have ideas what goes wrong.  I just upgraded to Acrobat 8 and don't encounter any of these issues with Acrobat 8, I'm about to reload Acrobat 8, ditching Pro 11 and request a refund.

  Any help or suggestion on what is going wrong will be greatly appreciated.

  Should work in the same way as always:

  (1) open Word and highlight the text you want to copy

  (2) right click and choose copy

  (3) start a new email

  (4) make a right click and choose Paste

  Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

  Try these steps and see if you can associate the default programs. If they are associated with Word, and then change them to the correct program.

  1. click Start and then click Control Panel.

  2. click on programs link.

  Note: If you see small icons or large icons in the control panel display, you will not see this link. Click on the default programs icon, and then click the link associated with a file type or Protocol with a program . Go to step 4.

  3. click on the link to Open a file in a specific program type always under default programs .

  4. in the set Associations window, scroll down until you see the file extension that you want to change the default for program.

  5. click on the extension of the file to select it, once you have found what you are looking for.

  6. click the button of change... program above the scroll bar.

  The Open with dialog box should appear.

  7. look into options for programs recommended and choose the application you want to open it with the file extension when you double-click on the particular type of the file on your computer.

  Note: Chances are, requests described under the programs recommended will be contain more programs for this type of file, but don't forget to look at the applications under other programs. You may need to click the v to expand the list of these programs.

  Note: Click Browse... to search, through your computer for any program not shown do not want to use.

  8. click OK in the Open with window. Windows 7 is going to update the list of file associations to display the new default program to open this type of file.

  9. click the button close the bottom together associations . You can also close the window of the Control Panel if it is still open.

  10. at this stage, when you double-click on any file with this particular file extension, the program you partner in step 7 will launch and load the particular file.

  Important: Program used to automatically open when these types of files have been launched will again open these types of files. To use a different program, you just need to start the program manually and then browse your computer for the file in particular.

  You must enable the universal Adobe paragraph composer and change the language of Hindi. The former in the of paragraph Style Options > Justification > composer and the second in paragraph Styles of Options > advanced character formats > language.

  I looked through the other posts already and I * think * I tried all the solutions, but I still can't get on my machine typekit fonts.

  I try to use the font "speaker-std".  In the editor of 'kit', in the 'Kit-kit settings > settings' tab I name "localhost" (without quotes) and the right areas '127.0.0.1' (without quotes).

  Then (AFTER saving the settings on this tab), I'll be back in edge animate, I start a new font by clicking that + sign next to "fonts" in the "Library" tab  I put list "police rescue" to "'speaker-std', sans-serif" (w / quotes, without quotes), then back to the browser open and move the 'embed' code, copy the two lines of javascript, back onboard, animate, and... nothing.  It doesn't let me change ANY text in this area more after that window loses focus.  I have to press 'Cancel' and then try again.  So this time, I just type in the speaker-std... blah blah, as well as the last time, but paste into the code successfully because he was already in the Clipboard and I didn't need to lose focus of the window.  Okay, so I click on 'Add fonts' and apply the police to my text.  Nothing happens.

  Huh... well the image "of the T police' appears at the bottom right of my screen, it's weird.  I'll listen to some extracts in chrome, still ugly old without seriff, also with the logo 'of the T police' down right.

  I tried to make one with arial instead of lineal just now, still does not, but everything now presents itself in arial instead of lineal... so that's something I guess.

  My apologies if this is just a simple problem that I'm not just sort of seize.  Please accept this legitimate bug as a means of payment report... re copy paste bug, I want to say...

  Hi Trevor,

  I'm sorry you troubles here. Typekit may be used locally. However, there are a few steps which if left empty, causes the fonts don't not to return. To use Typekit locally, it must:

  1. run a local server when you test your site in the browser. You can tell if you are running a local server with the URL of the local site. If it starts with: file://, then you just look at a local file in a browser and it works does not from a local server.

  If the local URL starts with: http:// then you're running a local server.

  2. the domain of your local server must be part of the list of field in your Kit. So if your local server uses: localhost, you will need to add this to the areas of your Kit.

  My team in India typed using a keyboard online (google can be), above send it to me via facebook, I copied and pasted in ms word, edited for content and spelling, copied from there mistakes in inDesign, and here its all messed up.

  HM, well, if it's in the keyboard online Google, then chances are good that it is encoded. As Peter said, tell us the name of the fonts used in (Word and ID) will help.

  One thing to note: I have not tried to use one of these scripts for CS4 (I went out and bought global tools of in - Tools.com, it of great but has no specific Indic language tools) so that the script could not operate. Here's how to check: click on this little button in the upper right corner below the buttons enlarge/reduce to a minimum:

  

  If there is a check mark next to the Adobe paragraph composer or composer single Adobe... then the universal composer is not on. It is possible that the script will not work in CS5.5, is since then has been written for CS4. If the WRC is enabled, then there should not be any control here at all.

  Another place to look is in the menu of Justification:

  

  If the WRC is permanently on: then it may well be the police. I've never seen a script Punjabi police who worked in Word but not ID, but I have seen this in other complex script languages (Tibetan, Khmer).

  Finally, with regard to the question of how-to-communicate-with-Adobe: I think you have a very good reason to want to communicate your position at Adobe. However, we have some employees who post here regularly receive a bit when shady people that we are trying to help (for free!) message with anger on Adobe supposed problems. If we can understand that there is something really wrong here, that Adobe can fix, then I certainly will help you find a way to communicate with real employees of Adobe (whether by the feature request form, or by starting a pension case).

  Other systems you listed in your post, are running the same version of word that you have (for example MS Word 2007) or they are running something more low (for example MS word 2003).  Cannot open documents that were created using MS word 2007 with a weaker version of this software. However, to resolve this problem, you can either get a copy of MS office 2007 for

  Microsoft Store online or you can download the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack that will allow you to open a previous version.

• Word 2007 and spell check problem

  I hope that it can be to answer this question because I can't figure it out for the life of me! I have windows vista and word 2007. I noticed that sometimes when I'm using microsoft word checking spelling Auto turns automatically off. It seems to stop just check automatically, and it does not check anything even if I hit "abc" spell check button in the toolbar. When I try this, a dialog box appears and says "text marked with" do not check spelling and grammar "has been ignored.  I can't understand how to reactivate it once it is turned off.  When you open a new blank document spell check will be on, but even by copying and pasting a document that has had its spell checker turned off in a new document does not work. Help!

• Word 2007 crashes when recording

  Word 2007 crashes when I try to save a file.  The computer is Vista and Office 2007.  I can't save files.  I can copy the text and paste it into Wordpad and then save.  My other computer has Office 2007, but I use XP.  I have not had this problem with her.

• Copy / paste no longer works in firefox. Does not work in SafeMode either.

  I wonder what I can do to solve this problem. In most cases, I can point out one thing and select copy from the context menu, but when I try to paste nothing happens, and if I try to paste again copy them / paste are grayed out. I thought maybe it was an add on bringing so I ran FF in safe mode and still does. It could be something with my profile? I never had problems of profile before Mozilla started to update the browser in this fast paced. Originally, when FF 4 came out, I had a corruption of profiles in this version so I returned to 3. If this fast paced schedule of releases will only constantly corrupt my profile, I'm going back to version 3, or simply switch to a different browser altogether. I do not wish to exchange stability for innovation. Before the young to PACE releases calendar, FF has been like a rock. Now, it seems to be more trouble that it's worth. I could be just jump to conclusions, but I had no such problems at the time where he received no news that quickly. I've already replaced FF on my android because it did not work well, but since I used it on my pc this long, I've been more than patient that newer versions could be large over time, but it seems to be one thing after the other who has problems. Basically, I'm tired of having to try to resolve the problems with this browser that should not and would not exist if it wasn't for the speed of innovation. It should work in its final version, but more than not, he has some issues. Firefox is certainly not the browser, that it once was, and as I am greatly disappointed in its latest versions since version 3. Basically, FF will have to be more stable to keep me as a desktop user. I already wrote it on my android device.   After more digging deeper, I found that this problem occurred in other things as well, but seems to be worse in FF for some reason any. With other things as if we were trying to copy and paste in windows or IE Explorer, sometimes it work and sometimes it wouldn't. After that scrubbing windows supports the forums and by sticking to a few suggestions, most people seem to think it could be a malware or a virus. I scanned the system with multiple programs and found nothing. In all my efforts, I was not able to determine why this was happening. I wanted no pictures of system previously and just copy / paste to work again, so I backed up my data and did a new install of Windows 7. So far, everything is back to normal now. I just wish I knew for what has caused this to happen. At this point, I don't think that Firefox was to blame in my case. It was my bad to assume that caused Firefox because it is the first place I've seen that happen and I spend more time than other things on my pc using FF.

• HP Envy 5530: HP Envy 5530 truncates (chops) image of Snip and Snipping Tool Windows 10, Word 2007

  Hello. My HP Envy 5530 newly purchased printer truncates images captured from Snip, Snipping Tool and screen printing. Image appears perfectly when placed in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS-Paint, etc., however, when printing on the 5530 want appears the image enlarged, as well as 30% or more of the image gets truncated or cut off.  I have tried other "resolutions" posted, but they do not work. I wasn't able to find a driver for the HP 9800, as suggested in another post (HP says it is not available). Everything worked before installing this HP 5530 (I used Lexmark printer). I am on Windows (to date) 10 MS Office 2007 and reinstalled Snip & Snipping Tool. I uninstalled and reinstalled the HP 5530 and I ran the Scan Doctor utility that will return no error found. Does anyone have a similar problem and especially a solution?

  With no idea what you have tried (other "resolutions"), I offer the following to your attention:

  • Ensure your PDF viewer / reader software is on the latest version available for your operating system.  This is not negligible.  Create a Restore Point before the update / modify the software system yiour.
  • Never use copy - paste when you add images to your document (Word) > use Insert
  • Control image format when you change the size of the inserted picture
  • Consider "line spacing" when you insert a picture into the document using "tight" / options "Wrap Text".
  • Keep the image within the borders of the minimum margin - if all else fails, change the margins in "Close" to give more images of space
  • Consider that Office Word 2007 cannot respond to Windows 10 as expected
  • Make sure that you allow updates include patches Office 2007 available (assuming these are available)
