Back to win 7

I want to remove win 8 of my computer and reinstall win 7. I spoke to Microsoft and cancelled win 8. How to get down 8 and 7 back on? HP said I need to talk to Microsoft.

Just do a clean install of Windows 7, since the original media. He
begin by formatting the drive and removing all what he.

But my recommendation is that you not be so quick to do. You can
is not like Windows 8, but that can change as you learn how to use it and
Download more accustomed to its differences and improvements. You should
Give it a month or two before deciding to do so.

Main prob trying to get around the raid drivers.

    Hello:

    See if it works...

Download the drivers from this link below (first or second file listed - 32 or 64 bit depending on the case).

    https://Downloadcenter.Intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?AGR=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=23060&keyword=Intel+RAPI...

Extract the files on a usb flash drive.

With the flash player and the installation of W7 media connected to the computer, boot from the installation of W7 media.

After selecting the install now option, select the training - Advanced menu, Options and select the option load a driver.

You should now see the storage driver files listed.

If you check the box, it only includes the compatible driver.

Follow the prompts and hopefully W7 should install.

You can then use all the W7 x 64 drivers and software by the dv7t-7000.

  • Want to go back for Win 7 after the installation of Win 8

    Hello!

2 years ago, I bought a toshiba laptop satellite L series.
It came with a win7 64 bit os and a folder HDDRecovery on hard disk, no cd.

I have used this cover several times before, no problem with that.

Then I bought 8 Win and installed on my computer, removal of Win7.
But I want to go back to Win7.

I tried to press 0 at the beginning for the recovery, but it did not work. Pressing 0 will not activate HDDRecovery

In addition, F8 at startup no longer works with the advanced startup options. I tried to copy all the contents of the folder HDDRecovery on a usb key and start with that, but he said: "no operating system found, displug all devices and restart etc.»

So, the problem is, I can't use HDDRecovery. It is a record around 8 GB. I have it, but can not activate the recovery.

    I hope some1 can help

    Thank you

    Hello

Looks like you made a BIG mistake because you have not created the recovery din mentioned user manual disc / reminder on screen, etc.

The fact is that recovery of HARD drive was an option of additional recovery next to recovery disk but drive HARD recovery does NOT work after the HARD drive has been formatted, modified or another operating system installed.

If not, you have just one option: you have to order a recovery disc that contains Win 7

  • About being able to return back to win 7 or 8.

Hello I was wondering if it will be possible to return to windows 7 or 8 once you have upgraded if you are not satisfied to win 10? Also if we improve to win 10 is still we can wins double boot 7 and 10 using your previous 7 cd key? Or win 10 will disable you to reuse your key of win 7?

    Thank you

    Mark

You can roll back within the first 30 days, after that you would have to re - install the previous operating system > it is an upgrade to the existing operating system and must be installed on the same partition.  After the upgrade, you can install the daul boot previous operating system, but you can't dual boot before (unless you're already)

  • HP pavilion HPE: Win - 10 update, ok. What should I do if I need to reformat my drive hard back to Win - 10?

I had Win - 7 on my computer. I upgraded to Win - 10.  No serious problems. I went the 30 days trial period. My question is, what do I do if and when (and yes it will happen), I need to reformat my hard drive. I want to keep the victory-10 on my computer. I have recovery disks of the Win-7 phase I did when I bought my computer several years ago. HP will offer Win - 10 recovery disc for those of us who have already upgraded. The Microsoft site, from what I've read, only allows you to download a Win-10 dvd if you have not upgraded your computer yet. Otherwise, the download can mess with the Win - 10 already installed on the computer.

    Thank you.

    Download ESET Removal tool

Burn it to a CD or create a USB bootable thumb with her:

ESET are Live is a live Linux distribution which can scan malware and clean infected files. It runs from a CD/DVD or a USB device, regardless of the host operating system, but has a direct access to the system disks and files. This will eliminate the threats which, under normal conditions, can be impossible to remove.

Download and create your ESET are Live drive

You can also try to do a system restore before you start experiencing this problem:

There are some that will hide your files/folders so that you don't normally see them. I strongly suggest to run a scan on your computer with your antivirus/antimalware software. If you need to, you can also use the Microsoft Safety Scanner, it's free:

I tried to remove Windows Live Essentials to try to remove the latest version of Skype.

He's not goodbye when I chose to remove in the control panel.  You have andy ideas?

    Hello Possum3201,

Microsoft are taking his retirement from Windows Messenger. He was replaced with Skype. Even if uninstall you Skype and re-installed one copy of Messenger, you would get the reminder screens, which suggests that you update your copy of Skype Messenger. Finally you will also find that Microsoft would create an automatic update for Skype for everyone using Messenger.

I don't understand why Skype will not uninstall from Add/Remove unless you actually upgraded from messenger. TI live maybe a case of having to uninstall all apps windows before it can actually uninstall Skype on its own. However, this is purely speculation on my part as I have not personally tried to uninstall Skype me. Have you also tried to uninstall in safe mode? Keep pressing the F8 key as your PC starts and then, when a menu appears, select Safe Mode.

It seems that Skype is something that we all have to get used to. personally, I'm not this desire
