Download ESET Removal tool

Burn it to a CD or create a USB bootable thumb with her:

http://www.eset.com/us/download/utilities/

ESET are Live is a live Linux distribution which can scan malware and clean infected files. It runs from a CD/DVD or a USB device, regardless of the host operating system, but has a direct access to the system disks and files. This will eliminate the threats which, under normal conditions, can be impossible to remove.

Download and create your ESET are Live drive

You can also try to do a system restore before you start experiencing this problem:

http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/HT/system-restore-Windows-7.htm

There are some that will hide your files/folders so that you don't normally see them. I strongly suggest to run a scan on your computer with your antivirus/antimalware software. If you need to, you can also use the Microsoft Safety Scanner, it's free:

Also, if your files are hidden, check out the following article on how to display the:

    Your computer is equipped with a recovery instead of disk partition...

    This is how the recovery partition is accessible to most popular brands...

    For Dell, press CTRL + F11 directly after switching on the device

    For HP, press F11 directly after switching on the device

    For LG, press F11 directly after switching on the device

    For Toshiba, press and hold "0" BEFORE and during the power upward

    For Acer, press and hold ALT + F10, as soon as you see the logo

    For Asus, press F9, as soon as you see the Asus logo.

    For Fujitsu, press the F8 key directly after the power

    Advent, restart your computer. Then, press F10 repeatedly until the message "Starting system recovery"

    Sony VAIO, restart and until that screen "Advanced Boot Options" appears, press "F8".

    You may need to try several times to get everything above to work. If after several attempts, you have no chance, or the machine indicates that there is no recovery partition, your only option is to contact the computer manufacturer and ask for the model recovery discs...

    After the reset, you should get all the updates from Windows Update EXCEPT for hardware devices. Then, you install a good antivirus. ONLY AFTER you have done this, if you replace the stuff of backups or install anything else.

  • I bought Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard and Photoshop Elements 6.0 in 2008. I now need to load it on a new computer. I see in these purchases downloaded in my account, but I can't access it. Help, please! Is there a CD that can be sent to me, or another

    Generally, you will have to go back to the original download and use it. If you do not save the download, you can be out of luck. If the new machine is a machine to win 8, AA 8 probably won't work in all cases. Not sure about PhotoShop. The use of the standard which makes it even more difficult. • I need to remove installed OEM Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and install XP. Help please!

    It is a new work computer, not my personal machine.  Our main piece of software, ACT! 2000, will not work on W7.  We bought the new law! 2010, but he does not play well with the rest of the desktop computers, server included.  I know that the best thing to do would be to upgrade to Windows 7 Pro, and then load Windows Virtual PC to run XP.  But because of $$$ and $$$ already spent on this new computer, upgrade to W7 Pro is not on the table right now.

    And am not extremely computer, but I get.  :)  I did a lot of reading on the erasure of Windows 7 & install XP, and I've seen a lot read on hardware/driver problems: ATA, AHCI and SATA configurations... now I'm just lost.

    Is there someone who can tell me, in terms of Joe 6-pack , how to proceed?

    Once, my new Dell Inspiron 560 came loaded with Windows 7 Home Edition, and I need to remove it completely and install Windows XP, I have the disc.

    Thanks a bunch!

    Unfortunately, Dell provides Windows XP drivers for this system, so any installation of Windows XP is not supprted by Dell andcan not work and even install

    To install winxp you need a retail version of Windows XP, you must then boot from winxp cd and perform a clean installation

    Vista recovery media obtain and/or use the Partition Recovery Vista on your computer to the factory settings .

    There is no Vista free download legal available.

    Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

    Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
    See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
    Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...
    Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Also ask them if it is possible to do the recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

    They will tell you how to do this.

    Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.

    See you soon.

  • Went from Windows 10 back to Windows 7 Home Premium: Windows Update does not work

    After trying Windows 10 for 3 weeks... I found it too difficult to navigate in... and it does not work with some of my old programs... especially, my Apple Airport Express Utility would not work... could not enter and update the passwords for WiFi networks...

    HOWEVER, very important, my wife was really upset to lose his old classic games... AND she had a devil of a time trying to browse... Happy woman... Happy life...

    So I followed the instructions to return to my old Windows 7 Home Premium... no problem... except that I had to go back and load old games for woman... AND now in Windows 7 when I try and do the 22 7 window updates I missed 3 weeks I was in 10 Windows... it will bring up as an 'Update '... "Download Windows Upgrade 10 '... I spent hours trying different solutions... to hide files, removal of the old updates, etc. without success... I give up...

    I noticed that some updates are for 'security'... and I don't know if I can trust Norton to protect me without updates...

    I guess my question would be WHEN MICROSOFT WILL CORRECT "THEIR PROBLEM"? So I can update my computer... without going in circles with Windows 10?

    Hello

    Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I understand your concern regarding the issue that you are facing.

    2. Press display the installed updates, then find the update called KB3035583.
    3. now uninstall this update.

    Then you can install the Windows 7 update

    I hope this helps. If the issue is not resolved, please get back to us and we would be happy to help you

  • I need a download site for windows 7 Home premium 32-bit, I have a product key

    Try to upgrade to Windows 7 Home premium Vista SP2. Bought the upgrade of Office Depot, but do not have a cd to load just the product key.

    You have purchased an Express upgrade. Windows 7 Anytime Upgrades are only intended to upgrade an existing edition of Windows 7 to a higher edition, example: Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional or ultimate edition.

    You must return the product and buy the right type of license:

    Refund:

    When important changes to your computer, for example an upgrade, it is always recommended that you back up your system before installing a new version of Windows. In your case, you can upgrade to Windows 7 depending on the edition and the architecture of Windows Vista, you have installed. If you are running a 32-bit version of Vista and upgrade to a 64-bit (Windows 7 edition) version, you'll have a pure make install, it is the opposite case.

    If you are using Windows Vista Home Basic or Premium consumer editions, you can only upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium or Ultimate. In addition, you can make downgrades, which means, if you are running Windows Vista Ultimate Edition now, you cannot downgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium. You perform logical upgrades:

    Windows Vista Home Basic > Windows 7 Home Basic, Premium or Ultimate

    Windows Vista Edition Home Premium > Windows 7 Home Premium or Ultimate

    Windows Vista Business > Windows 7 Professional, enterprise or ultimate edition

    Windows Vista Business > Windows 7 Enterprise

    Windows Vista Ultimate > Windows 7 Ultimate.

    You can then buy an Express Windows 7 Ultimate upgrade,
    Install it, then download and install language packs from your
    choice. Only editions Ultimate and Enterprise is supported by the language
    Packs. Once you have installed Ultimate, Language Packs will be
    available through Windows Update.

    Get Windows Vista Windows Anytime Upgrade
    ndows/Windows-Vista/Get/Anytime-Upgrade-Overview.aspx

    Otherwise, you may purchase a full retail version of Windows 7
    Home Premium in the desired language, format your hard drive, and
    install it.
