    Change your resolution to a native of your screen:

    Start > Control Panel > appearance and personalization. Click personalization, click display settings. Under resolution, move the slider to the right size. If you have a laptop or a flat screen monitor, using its native resolution. Native resolution of your laptop in the documentation provided with your computer (which can be in a file on the hard drive) and will also be on the mftr computer tech support site. for your model. Native resolution of your screen will be in the documentation that came with the monitor and sometimes on the protective plastic sheet that was covering the screen.

    I want to place a background image in my area of content using Jquery mobile, but I want image re - happen to the size of the browser and different devices. How could I go about this?

    jQuery Mobile essentially is a one page site.  Background gradients are determined by the jQuery Mobile theme do you use (a, b, c, etc...). I don't know if it is possible to use a scale with jQMobile.  I have never tried.  But you can find the code in your Theme.css file.  Look for the ui-body-a, b-body-ui, ui-body-c, depending on the theme you are using.

    How do I solve this problem

    Hello

    Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

    You can try the steps and check if you are able to see the background on the logon screen.
    a. Click Start, and then type gpedit.msc
    b. navigate to Computer Configuration and go to administrative templates and go to System.
    c. go to connection and set the "bottom always use custom logon" to activate.
    d. create a folder named C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds
    e. put the file you want, and then name it backgroundDefault.jpg
    f. check your other background for the dimensioning of the info files

  • Change Windows 7 logon background image

    I already know the tweak registry and sizes of jpg Windows\System32\oobe\\info\backgrounds and others, and I need to know where to download a free utility that does this for me.  I can do (and have) myself, but that's not what I want to do now.

    I want to know is where Windows 7 saves the background image used as the default logon screen and the name of the image file.  It's not the Windows\System32\oobe\background.bmp.  I changed that one, but that does not change the default logon background image.  If it's an image file that has a name, I can change if I can find it.

    Anyone know where the file is stored in Windows 7?

    That's all I ask; the location of the file that is actually used as the default Windows logon background.

    The background image will be visible through the transparent BitMapField image.
    BitmapField bitmapField = new BitmapField (Bitmap.getBitmapResource ("field.png"));

    Add the handler to the screen.

    Add the fields to the Manager.
    horizontalFieldManager.add (labelField);
    horizontalFieldManager.add (bitmapField);

    Tap on the screen.
    pushScreen (mainScreen);
    }
    }

    You can scale the image with EncodedImage, but it is usually best to use an image with a sufficient size

  • With regard to setting background image for all blackberry screens

    Hello friends,

    I'm new to blackberry... Now I do same app for all blackberry devices...  I put a screen background image which has a size 360 * 480 pixels... But when I run this application in different simulators (i.e.) such as the 9000 and 9550 simulators it hold properly 9550 but doesn't fit in 9000...  Can u send me coding to avoid this problem.

    Thank you

    Lachkar

    You must manipulate programmatically.

    In my view, use different images according to the dimensions of the scren.

    Check the size of the screen of the device, and then set your BG image according to this.

  • Positioning a background image?

    I have a fixed-size image (498 x 94, in this case, but can be different) and that as the background.

    However, the image should not be stretched or repeated, but drawn in the lower right corner.

    Using a container with bottom set to a ImagePaint seems to be the usual way, but the periodicity only allows to stretch or tile, not use unmodified, see https://developer.blackberry.com/cascades/reference/bb__cascades__repeatpattern.html#enum-xy

    How can I place an image stretched, incomparable to a certain spot as a background?

    You can use a DockLayout and draw this item in the lower left corner. No need to set it as a background image.

    https://developer.BlackBerry.com/Cascades/reference/bb__cascades__docklayout.html

    With docklayout, it is possible to draw elements on top of eachother. So what you're looking for.

    Or create a new image (1280 x 768) and put the image in the lower left corner. And then just use it as a background image?

  • Background images for differnet resolutions

    Hello

    Is there a way to define a single resource (background image) via styles or any other approach that will have definition for all taken screen resolutions supported (BB10 has 3 resolutions defined with portrait/landscape modes = 5 bitmaps)?

    So, I can use this asset without success all the stuff in a code trying to find what the resolution is now and where - and then only - get a correct picture of the assets.

    There are a lot of messages in this forum, but none seems to describe exactly the same problem.

    Thank you

    If you talk to a background image for the application, you have to manage yourself. If you are talking about the splash screen, then you would list each boot image in the XML file.

    You can resize the image to fit the scene, then you might have a rectangular and square and then resized image depending on the scene according to the needs. If you don't want to resize, then you need an image for each resolution device and a naming convention, you could load dynamically depending on the size of the stage (bg_720_720.jpg, etc.).

    CSS may be able to help, since you can load different CSS at startup, but this would require still allows you to define a CSS for each change that you want to support. CSS will be more important when BB10 is available on the PlayBook, since the density of the screen is very different.

    Does that help?

  • Background image for the Drawing Application

    Hi all

    I'm trying to understand the following: how to add a background image to my drawing application. I have a drawing application that is based on the example of gesture application.

    What is done currently is:

    case GESTURE_SWIPE: {
                gesture_swipe_t* tap = (gesture_swipe_t*)gesture;

                int bg[] = { SCREEN_BLIT_DESTINATION_X, swipe->coords.x,
                SCREEN_BLIT_DESTINATION_Y, swipe->coords.y,
                SCREEN_BLIT_DESTINATION_WIDTH, 10,
                SCREEN_BLIT_DESTINATION_HEIGHT, 10,    SCREEN_BLIT_COLOR, 0xffffff00, SCREEN_BLIT_END };
                screen_fill(screen_ctx, screen_buf[0], bg);
                screen_post_window(screen_win, screen_buf[0], 1, rect, 0);

                fprintf(stderr,"Tap x:%d y:%d",swipe->coords.x,swipe->coords.y);
                break;
            }

    Whenever a movement is recognized, I simply 'draw' a box in this area. Given that the gesture is wide, many boxes are then created after another, therefore, create a line.

    My question is, since I am that based on the example of application of gesture, where only one screen is used (I intend to leave it as a screen), why my "design" does not appear on the background image already in place?

    The sample application gesture used this function to load the image:

    int
    load_image(screen_window_t screen_win, const char *path)
    {
        img_decode_callouts_t callouts;
        img_lib_t ilib = NULL;
        img_t img;
        int rc;

        rc = img_lib_attach(&ilib);
        if (rc != IMG_ERR_OK) {
            return -1;
        }

        memset(&img, 0, sizeof(img));
        img.flags |= IMG_FORMAT;
        img.format = IMG_FMT_PKLE_XRGB8888;

        memset(&callouts, 0, sizeof(callouts));
        callouts.setup_f = decode_setup;
        callouts.abort_f = decode_abort;
        callouts.data = (uintptr_t)screen_win;

        rc = img_load_file(ilib, path, &callouts, &img);
        img_lib_detach(ilib);

        return rc == IMG_ERR_OK ? 0 : -1;
    }

    Where decode_setup and decode_abort are:

    static int decode_setup(uintptr_t data, img_t *img, unsigned flags)
    {
        screen_window_t screen_win = (screen_window_t)data;
        screen_buffer_t screen_buf;
        int size[2];

        size[0] = img->w;
        size[1] = img->h;
        screen_set_window_property_iv(screen_win, SCREEN_PROPERTY_BUFFER_SIZE, size);
        screen_create_window_buffers(screen_win, 1);

        screen_get_window_property_pv(screen_win, SCREEN_PROPERTY_RENDER_BUFFERS, (void **)&screen_buf);
        screen_get_buffer_property_pv(screen_buf, SCREEN_PROPERTY_POINTER, (void **)&img->access.direct.data);
        screen_get_buffer_property_iv(screen_buf, SCREEN_PROPERTY_STRIDE, (int *)&img->access.direct.stride);

        img->flags |= IMG_DIRECT;
        return IMG_ERR_OK;
    }

    static void decode_abort(uintptr_t data, img_t *img)
    {
        screen_window_t screen_win = (screen_window_t)data;
        screen_destroy_window_buffers(screen_win);
    }

    To the help of my function above (from case Gesture_Swipe), should not "boxes appear on the background image because it replaces the buffer by the loading of the image? What I see is the location of the image and the x and y as messages form the debugging process.

    Previously, that used to work, is another loading image, I would create a fill of WHITE screen by hand (like a whiteboard for example). It's used to work. However, with fiasca image I don't see anything. Can someone help me with what I do?

    Thank you

    A27med

    Apparently, all I did was fill the screen with a WHITE background and then load the image in the main. This solved the problem for me

  • Text single line with background Image field

    Hello

    I have the following requirement for a small number of topics on BasicEditField, but I couldn't find answers to my requirement, so post to the same

    My requirement

    1 must be the only editor of line text field with a width and a predefined height.

    2. If a background Image(For better look-rounded edge image like in Broswer)

    3. If the number of characters exceeds the single line, it has scroll horizontally right and from characters to scroll left with the appropriate property of the ellipse.

    4. in entering an Enter key (Center of select navigation Keys), it should call my method to perform an action.

    Enjoy a quick help on this

    Thanks in advance

    Q1. BasicEditField.NO_NEWLINE will stop people pressing enter and get a new line.

    Regarding your second question, I recommend that you check out the two videos on screens and area managers.

    As a general rule, a field is laid out (i.e. tells his manager what size he needs and then this rectangle is placed), then painted.  Exhibitor is managed by managers and put sublayout on the page for the fields.  The more important than sublayout and put thing in page do is specify the scope (width and height) they need, which fiddles and managers to make using the measure.

    Once all fields was laid out, then the visible parts of each field are painted using paint.  I've never used subpaint.

    I hope this helps.

    My configuration: Blackberry JDE 4.7 plugin for eclipse.

    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/Rim/Board/message?board.ID=java_dev&message.ID=17501&query.ID=17...

    However, before getBitmapResource("img/background.png") works for me I have to go to project/properties/resources and add png to the list of "files of icons.  With a decent size image, I get an error in the Console of the Blackberry manufacturer:

    "Data of the icon is too large: 68166 bytes.

    But when I reduce the image file I get the app screen tiled with several small icons.

    I'm wrong about what makes my image a resource icon?  Is there another type of image?  I just need to find exactly the right size?
