  Hi, I have a problem with the compatibility between the internal (1 terabyte) hard drive and installing windows 7 pro.
  I broke my old internal hard drive (320 GB) and I bought the new hd (1 tb), but during the installation it says that w7 cannot be installed on this new hard drive.

  Can my pc motherboard (serial number: 3B071014k) support the new hard drive (serial number: wd10jpvx)?

  First of all the question has nothing to do with the motherboard and HARD drive compatibility.
  If the HARD drive is visible in the BIOS (first page), the HARD drive is supported by the BIOS and HARD disk controller.
  In the case where the drive HARD isn't recognized, you will need to replace this HARD drive with another. I guess the smaller size of the 2.5 SATA HDD THAT would be taken in charge (500 GB)

  However, in case the HARD disk is visible in the BIOS, you should be able to install Windows 7.
  Before starting the installation, you must format the HARD drive and should create the system partition.
  For this procedure, I recommend to use some tools such as partitions for example: GParted
  GParted is a freeware Linux tool.
  You can create a bootable USB key in order to start the device using GParted:

  Then, you should be able to format the HARD disk and create partitions.

  IPSec VPN can be smoothly between routers cisco (and not nesesserely cisco) set up, so there should be no problem in your case.

  If you say that this tunnel is established successfully, then the problem most likely related to routing problems between sites or incorrect configured crypto-acl. Check if the hosts located on both sites have correct routing information on how to get to subnets on the other site.

  Make more accurate assumptions, it would be helpful that you provide config on both sites and describe your topology.

  I bought a computer with windows Vista 64 bit. The seller has convinced me that I don't have outlook, as it had Microsoft mail. I tried to sync contacts and calendar, but have problems. Contacts seem to be picking up information from the fields, so I lose a lot on the blackberry or the spread between home info and info office. I have not been able to tt sync until the calendar to the alll. I am using Desktop manager V5.0, the version of the platform is 3.4and application versiin is 4.5.0.131. Is this an inherent compatibility or it should work?

• Compatibility between CS4 and 5 images

  I am currently using for a project reccent Premiere Pro CS4 on a PC built at home with Windows 7 Pro (64 bit), I had a friend use his Canon camcorder. He imported the images for me using FCP and I wasn't able to use the images. Now, he'll try again with first CS5 on the Mac. I see no reason that its latest version of first will create suspends, but I need to trust that I won't ask him to re - capture video.

  So, here's my question: images of Will HDV captured on Adobe first can be used in Adobe Premiere CS4 CS5?

  I suspect that the files resulting will including .mpeg files similar to those created when I captured the other film HDV with PP CS4.

  I also assume that CS4 should be able to open any file .mpeg, especially those captured by another version of the software.

  If the answer is not... and my presumptions are incorrect please let know me ASAP so I can stop the last capture session.

  Note: we have overcome the issue of the transfer of files between the two systems (Mac uses the usses NTFS FAT 32 and Windows 7), so it won't be a problem.

  Don't worry. Material captured with CS5 HDV is just as usable with CS4.

• Microsoft Word compatibility between XP and Vista

  In our office we use Microsoft Office XP for our documents.  We correspond with a typist for some of our documents and it has Vista.  We received Word documents that should have degree symbols inserted as they appear on Vista, but when we get them in XP, they appear as "N".  When that we send it rejailliraient on it, it receives the document showing the symbol of the degree.

  Is it possible to fix or download anything to make it compatible?

  This isn't a problem of Vista vs XP. You probably don't have the same font that uses the typist and your police is not the symbol of the degree. Ask him to type documents in a universally recognized as Times New Roman or Arial even police. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  When I copy any chemdraw drawing, I can't paste into illustrator. So if I want to change this image in chemdraw (like if you double-click a chemdraw in word, it will open like chemdraw and you can change it), I can't do it.

  Doesn't look like they have a plug-in specific AI which would record an 'object ChemDraw' and allow editing of the living. Yet, why not export their program in PDF or SVG format and place a file bound in artificial intelligence?

• What is the difference between a backup of the plant and a recovery disk?

  For me a simple question, so I hope a simple answer.

  When I got to my laptop that I created a USB using DBR recovery. It is a little more than 8 GB in size and is appointed SYSRECOVERY.

  At that time there I didn't create a backup of the plant.

  Having recently been read on things related to the re-establishment of a system in case of disk failure hard etc, I saw that Dell has said you must create USB recovery media and a backup of the plant. So, I got a new USB and today created a backup of the plant.

  Looking at it, it is also called SYSRECOVERY and both have exactly the same list of files and folders and have almost the same size.

  So just what is the difference between these 2 options (if any)?

  Or do I now have 2 USBs that will do exactly the same work to restore my laptop computer provided that the factory?

  Case there is no difference, why Dell offer both (and recommend you create both)?

  Technically speaking a recovery media and backup of the plant are the same. But according to the post that you saw at Dell, recovery media is a backup of backup from the factory with the files and applications that you added later. Therefore, to be on the safe side, Dell recommends to create a backup of files and software that have been added later (or is not part of the default configuration).

  The factory backup contains all drivers and software according to the configuration of the PC, and that were pre-installed on your computer.

  Generally, Windows failure, you can use factory backup media to restore the PC without affecting your personal files and software. In the event of hard disk failure, where the hard drive is replaced, recovery media will be useful to restore Windows as well your files and applications.

• Why is the compatibility between interactive pdf and acrobat dc so bad?

  We used Indesign CC14 make interactive pdf with a lot of hyperlinks on the huge books. With the new Indesign CC15, all target links are wrong, the interactive pdf is ok on a desktop computer, but failed on Ipad and Iphone.
