Bad display in animated .swf skin

Hello

Captivate 2. I created some animations (exported as .swf) demonstration in Captivate, and I'm like animations import in another Captivate file. I used an appearance customized for demonstrations. All for the most part works very well in my files Captivate final until I import only a single .swf demonstration. When I import 2, the first demonstration appears with bad skin. I realized it was the problem (with 2 of these .swf files) after republishing the original demo file, re-import the file, copy slides with the demo file, nothing helps. Any ideas?

Thank you

David

Hmm... If I publish the demo. SWF in Flash 8 format, playback of the skin controls display correctly in my container project. If I publish in Flash 6 or 7 format, I have the problem described above, and I can't find a way around - I think it's a bug.

I hesitated to publish in Flash 8 (partly to cause this warning from Paul). Then I learned to keep the other Flash 8 SWF animation with my project... container file that for most defeats the purpose for me (or at least displayed other problems).

Anyone else have any ideas?

Thank you!

David

    Bad display on MX700 with 3 endpoints connected | Telepresence | Cisco support community

    Hello

    We have 3 MX700 (two screens) with multisite license and tried a conference between the 3 sites, but we had a bad behavior on the third connected site...

    Assume the following:

    -Call of Site1 site2: site1 and site2 see on screens separated as planned

    -Site1 calls training3 to join them at the Conference and then here is the result:

    * site1 sees site2 and training3 on screens separated as planned

    * site2 sees site1 and training3 on screens separated as planned

    * training3 sees site1 and site2 on the same screen and the other screen is only usable for a common presentation or to see the local picture

    It was impossible for training3 to change the layout of the screen. The only thing was to move the image of the local camera on different screens, but it was impossible to see site1 and site2 on different screens. It's really annoying because it displays site1 and site2 small on the same screen.

    For more information on the 10 touch, the screen showing site1 and site2 was named by 'site1' name. As if the video stream only site1 calling, there is no mention of site2 anywhere.

    Can someone help us with that?

    Thank you in advance for your help and best regards.

    If I understand correctly - the call scenarios your assumptions are incorrect. Only the MX hosting the call will be other ends remote on separate screens. The standard features of SIP/H.323 allowing for a live video stream, a second for the content. Cisco Telepresence Server is a feature called "multistream" which allows you to send more than a live stream, but not the multi-site integrated in the codec. The call - in your example one - site hosting site they can see sites 2 and 3 on separate screens because they are in calls with each of them.

    In your balls - if site called 1 2 and 3, only 1 site would see the two separately. Suggest site two, but it would be no less than two called 1 and 3 of the site.

    If the site called 1 2 and 3, site 1 would show 2 and 3 on both screens if there is no content, and they combine on 1 screen if it has content. Sites 2 and 3 would show only the handset (usually continuous presence) image on the primary and the second would remain turned off unless it had contained.

  • HTML5, text animation, swf object does not.  Know when it's available? (updated)

    I thought that captivate 7 includes many options for HTML5, most of the animation does not. text animation, swf. I'm really disappointed.

    Are you French? I tried to explain that Flash, SWF is not supported for HTML5 because he will be banned from all devices (except PC desktop and laptop). Text animations are also SWF. Sorry, but your question already proved that you are not only a beginner in Captivate, but in the world of SWF-HTML5.

  • Bad display on Satellite P200

    Hello

    My P200 under Vista has a terrible display, all the fonts are blurry and in general, the view is terrible.
    I tried to change the display settings of but nothing seems to make any difference.
    All of the suggestions.

    Thanks in advance, IanB

    I use the Satellite P200 almost a year now and all I can say is: use recovery media, install the original recovery image and be happy. I don't know how long you use your P200 and as you have driver display, but for your problem, I have three explanations:
    -You use some bad graphics driver
    -L' display is faulty or
    -You need glasses

    Please don't be crazy for my last comment. It has nothing with your person directly. I just wrote about my own experience. Satellite P200 has the glossy LCD screen brilliant (TruBrite) and using the standard display (1440 x 900) resolution image on the screen is quite clear.

  • Cannot display loading animations

    Hi, I want to show a bitmap on the Internet. I want to show a GIF animation, while the image is loaded from the Internet. I created a class called LoadingScreen to display the GIF (extraction of each image and draw them by a timer). The instance of my screen, I do it like this:

    public class WaitingPromptScreen extends MainScreen implements FieldChangeListener
    {
        private ButtonField loadButton;
        private BitmapField imageField;

        public WaitingPromptScreen ()
        {
            loadButton = new ButtonField("Load image", ButtonField.CONSUME_CLICK);
            loadButton.setChangeListener(this);
            add (loadButton);
            add (new SeparatorField());

            imageField = new BitmapField();
            add (imageField);
        }

        public void fieldChanged (Field field, int context)
        {
            imageField.setBitmap(null);
            loadImage();
        }

        private void loadImage ()
        {
            LoadingScreen loadingScreen  = new LoadingScreen("Getting image... Please wait");
            synchronized (UiApplication.getEventLock())
            {
                UiApplication.getUiApplication().pushScreen(loadingScreen);
            }
            try
            {
                HttpConnection connection = (HttpConnection) Connector.open("http://www.babble.com/CS/blogs/strollerderby/hello_kitty.gif");
                InputStream inputStream = connection.openInputStream();
                ByteArrayOutputStream outputStream = new ByteArrayOutputStream();
                byte[] dataBuffer = new byte[10000];
                while (-1 != (inputStream.read(dataBuffer)))
                    outputStream.write(dataBuffer);
                byte[] rawData = outputStream.toByteArray();

                EncodedImage eimg = EncodedImage.createEncodedImage(rawData, 0, rawData.length);
                loadingScreen.setLoading(false);
                imageField.setBitmap(eimg.getBitmap());
            }
            catch (Exception e)
            {
                Dialog.alert ("Got an exception");
            }
            finally
            {
                synchronized (UiApplication.getEventLock())
                {
                    UiApplication.getUiApplication().popScreen(loadingScreen);
                }
            }
        }
    }

    Now, the bitmap is loading and display as intended, but I can't see the screen of LoadingScreen. I tried to remove the block finally (the part pop to be precise), and then I could see the loading screen after that the image is fully displayed, but he should have appeared at the beginning.

    No idea where I am doing wrong?

  • Trying to recreate the old animation SWF/Swiffy using animate CC

    I have an older swf animation that has a few Fireworks flashing around a graph (can be seen at the www.drexelfair.com)

    It was created by me a few years before using swish4 (to create the SWF file) by bringing together several little animated gifs. It worked well for a while, and a couple of years I have "improved" the graph by placing the SWF file in the Google Swiffy process, creating a file of html5.

    but now I use the creative cloud, and I want to learn how to do it properly!

    Then... I have a bunch of small gifs animated, a SWF file that will not import and a desire to create a simple animation header.

    Is it possible to import moving in CC GIF images Animate?

    Can I make the background transparent?

    How should I export it so I can use it on the web page?

    Create a new movieclip > click file > import > import to stage (or library) > move your animated gif.

  • Bad display quality PDF - export to AutoCAD

    My goal is to effectively publish my drawings of the multi of AutoCAD Map to a single PDF file for e-mailing to my clients who do not have AutoCAD and want to open a PDF file on their device of choice.

    The file should look like it will print seen on the screen of the client with any what Viewer PDF (web or desktop) and it must have a sufficient resolution for printing on paper 11 x 17, without loss of quality.

    The problem I have is with my Appendix at the end of my output document pages.

    The appendix is made from the material data sheets (files to PDF in AutoCAD) and framed by my title block, and some PDF files appear badly on the screen. (Some of them display wrong but fine print, but is not a acceptable deliverable to my customer).

    Seems a perfectly good Source PDF for the last page of the manufacturer: http://Unirac.com/wp-content/uploads/BSK-PDF-Manager/6_SM-2703-CERTIFICATION_6.PDF

    If you zoom in you can see, it is a raster image, but there must be something not-so-good happening results to look so bad when the source is perfectly readable.

    Drawing attention to the last page where the problem lies:

    Here is a screenshot of the last page of this file read through the PDF of Google Drive Viewer: http://screencast.com/t/VeMOFeNNYjB

    This file was printed in the format PDF by using the command post of AutoCAD LT 2015 on my mac with the latest OS: El Capitan 10.11.4

    https://files.Acrobat.com/a/preview/9cd47e59-ded0-470A-ADAC-6aed8cc10338

    This file was printed in the format PDF by using the command post from 2014 AutoCAD on my PC for Windows 10

    https://files.Acrobat.com/a/preview/c2ad141b-E1BC-4C18-A52A-fbe09537df38

    This file is 1/5th the size of that produced by my mac but still as bad the last page displays.

    To summarize:

    Question 1) 5 x greater PDF export from the Mac version of AutoCAD

    Question 2) terribly screen display of some PDF files when PDF raster sources are set in the AutoCAD file.

    I won't pretend to know if this is a bug with AutoDesk product or Adobe, so I reported the problem to the two companies.

    Adobe: Let me know if there is anything more I can give you to help you determine and solve this problem.

    I have downloaded and open the files that you pointed to.

    Observations.

    (1) none of the questions here are associated with Adobe products. With any component Acrobat PDF files were not created.

    (2) the file created from AutoCAD on Mac OS is entirely to 600 dpi color raster Imaging by using ZIP compression, on the other hand, the file created from AutoCAD under Windows uses text and vector where possible with compressed lossy JPEG raster images. This explains the huge difference in size (and ironically quality - the smaller file is better)!

    (3) the pages of http://unirac.com/wp-content/uploads/bsk-pdf-manager/6_SM-2703-CERTIFICATION_6.pdf are in fact images JPEG2000 compressed at 150 dpi with no text and no vector. Even if Adobe desktop and mobile software PDF has no problem with raster JPEG2000 images, various third-party viewers are not so robust. The artifacts you see via http://screencast.com/t/VeMOFeNNYjB are likely due to a weak implementation of JPEG2000. JPEG high quality or compression ZIP (Flate) would have eliminated this particular problem!

  • How can I convert html5 animated swf format

    I made a banner with animated html5 and now I need to save it in a swf. Is it possible to convert it?

    Thank you

    Go to the commands menu, then choose convert other Formats documents. Here you can convert an AS3 in Florida. It will be saved with a different name, it does not overwrite your HTML5 Canvas in Florida once you have the AS3 FLA, you can publish the animation as a swf file.

  • cannot package animation swf inside the AIR application with API-ad-hoc of the target

    I have included a small animation today in my AIR application using a clip from movie to swf as below

    private var myLoader:Loader = new Loader();  animation connection

    private var url: URLRequest = new URLRequest("..) /.. /.. (' / data / ConnectingAnim.swf ');

    ... code to add the loader and position

    It works fine when I deploy on my device via USB, but when I try to package for ad-hoc distribution, the ipa resulting isn't fair. The screen with the animation is broken.

    I'm guessing that the packaging for the app store is probably broken too.

    Am I missing something?

    Thank you!

    You must use a loader context, unless you use the interpreter mode. Read this article:

    http://help.Adobe.com/en_US/ActionScript/3.0_ProgrammingAS3/WS5b3ccc516d4fbf351e63e3d118a9 b90204 - 7de0.html

    You want the context.applicationDomain = ApplicationDomain.currentDomain;  variation.

  • Slow animation swf file

    I created a second animation ion 5 Adobe After Effects CS5 - exported a swf file which is 50 MB.

    I have inserted it on a dreamvweaver cs5 html page. Running locally is good, but slow on the internet.

    If a SWF 5 sec should be this big? -I know that I should ask the question in the flash forum but I was wondering if there is anything

    I can help speed up in dreamnwaver

    Thank you

    Chris Anderson

    I think that the video was not properly encoded.  What are the size, framerate, etc. ?  Basically more details you can give the file the better.

    Is this a movie or interactive?  What format is the original file, size, etc. ?

  • Captivate shortens my animation swf file

    Hi, I bought the the new "adobe CS4 E-learning nothing.

    I made a Flash animation and saved in swf format.

    If I play this animation, Audio works and Animation synchronized and perfectly, but when I put it in Captivate, instead of 105 seconds, the animation will be shortened from 42 sec.

    To make the Audio and animation are not synchronized more.

    Could someone tell me where I made a mistake?

    Thank you very much for your support.

    Suria Ji

    Could check (fps) frame rate in Flash and Captivate? In CP's default frame rate is 30 frames per second (to be found in editing, preferences, settings of publication). Maybe you had a different cadence in Flash?

  • Animated .swf in stock plays do not in Captivate 4

    A stock of a clock .swf animation play in Captivate 4 Preview or publish mode. The image of the clock appears, but it's always the train high noon.

    On the other hand, in edit mode window of properties of the play clock animation.

    The first time I added the .swf, Captivate warned me with a message on a script referencing the root, offering OK or cancel, I recall. The message doesn't repeat itself, even if I add the .swf to a new project.

    The animation is at istockphoto.com (search 000004460619). The clock zip file contained the .swf and .fla files but I have not installed Flash.

    Suggestions gladly accepted.

    Hello

    Often, the caveat on the reference to root is simply a nuisance and may be ignored.

    I find that the animation work here on my PC if I click on edit > Preferences... > project node > publish the parameters node and configure it to AS3.

    Maybe try that?
