Base compatible HDMI video p6505F No. PS Upgrade card

I did a search and I came "Oh so close" to find my answer.

I just got my computer today, and a third computer to strictly work, I think it's going to work very well.

I would like to connect my monitor via an HDMI cable (my ASUS monitor supports this).

I see a lot of messages about good pace and the need to improve the power supply for 1) on the safe side or 2) it is absolutely necessary.

I don't need all this. I just need a small good cheap card that will support an HDMI connection and as powerful, or maybe a little better than the onboard graphics.

Thanks a lot for any help on this matter. I really appreciate it!

2ool, welcome to the forum.

It is very difficult to recommend a video card to a computer with a power supply (PSU) 250W.  That's why you didn't have any jumping in with both feet. I looked for a while to get to the one in the link I have provided.

Here is a card that should work for you.  The key word is expected.  The specs say 300W is the minimum power required.  However, manufacturers tend to overstate the power requirements of their cards.

The TV has only a DVI port. However, you can use a DVI cable to HDMI to connect any video source or the equipment to the TV which is not a DVI port, but has a HDMI port. DVI cable only supports video, is it necessary to install an audio cable to your equipment to get all accompanied by noise.

  • DSC-WX150 will stop recording at 03:00 minutes when you use the HDMI video output

    Hello

    I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-WX150 camera.

When using an output HDMI cable to view the camera to a television screen, the video movie recording function to 3:00minutes exactly every time automatically stops.

When there is no HDMI cable plugged into the camera, it records fine 20 minutes.

I tried changing film formats, changing the power settings, camera reset the values by default, etc., but with no difference.

Why it only record at 03:00 minute exactly mark when you use the HDMI video output? Someone knows how to fix this?

    Thank you

    Hi tight,

Welcome to the community of Sony!

If I understand correctly, when you use your TV as a monitor while video recording automatically stops and does not cross the entire 29 minutes. Based on your manual, it is normal for the camera when it is connected to another device via the HDMI cable. This serves as protection for the camera.

  • The Vixia HF G30 allows a direct copy of video files from an SD card on an external USB hard disk

I am considering buying a G30 and need to know if she will allow a direct copy of video files from an SD card on an external USB hard drive.  The manual is not clear on this point.

Not to my knowledge (I own a G30 HF).  There is no present on-the-go USB functionality.

Personally, I do not miss such a feature, because it causes all kinds of compatibility problems, especially with regard to the power of external USB hard drives. In addition, without any file manager, backup of your video files into a nightmare. I must admit that I am rather Cannon after not on an often incomplete function development budget and have it spent instead on the main features of the camera, such as optics. Of course, this is just my very subjective opinion, and other HF G30 clients may have different opinions on this.

In order to back up my video files on the fly and without having to carry a laptop, I recently bought a made by Hanso Hyperdrive colorspace UDMA2 and installed a 1 TB in her drive. When on the ground and after having taken my shots I just pop in my inside SD cards and the device of copies on the video files to 17Mbyte per second. At home, I plug in the UDMA2 in my Linux video workstation using a regular USB cable and pull the video from the mobile disk. The UDMA2 also did incremental backups and comes with a basic file manager. While it has a color screen, it can't play back video. It is a video and photo backup dedicated device, nothing more. But it does a decent job on exactly that.

I have a Pavilion p6 - 2127c in my conference room, desktop computer connected to a TV 50 "flat on the wall. I would like to connect using an HDMI cable, but there is no HDMI port. What type of video card should I buy that is compatible with the office and for the videos and presentations (no game)? Thank you in advance for your help!

    Cmann225, welcome to the forum.

Here is a video card that should work with your computer.  However, you should check ASUS website to find out what power supply unit (PSU) is necessary.  It indicates that 75W is required, but it is the power supplied by the PCI Express x 16 slot.  This means that there is no need an additional power connector.  The power supply of the computer is 300W.  Also, check to make sure that the card does not require UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS with ASUS.

  • Satellite L650D HDMI audio driver problem after upgrade WIN10

After the upgrade to Windows 10 audio HDMI stopped working.
Tried reinstalling the Conexant Audio driver
Any ideas how this problem could be solved?

Recently, I saw something on the CATALYST of the interface driver. There is an option "INSTALL HDMI AUDIO Driver. I was surprised to see this option under Graphic-catalyst-Driver. But it is logical, the HDMI is a video like Audio (AV) connection.

So please try to install the latest driver of your interface.
Maybe it will work for you.

    Nope, it didn't work...

Sorry for my late reply. I try twice and it does not work like that
or the other. I did everything as indicated:

1 - uninstall the Nvidia card.
    2. stop all processes of Nvidia and running services,
3 then uninstall all Nvidia software in the control Panel\Programs.
4-right after you restart the first time, it automatically installs the
card, the second time I had to ask for it in the Device Manager.
5 - once installed, reboot the laptop
    6. try to connect the HDMI
    7. DOES not work

Previously, at this point the HDMI do a refresh of the audio and the Sound Menu
automatically shows the TV icon. When I right click on the sound menu and
some playback devices, is not shows the HDMI option...

    Please help me!

    Fox6, welcome to the forum.

Here's a video card I read will work with your 220W power supply unit (PSU).  It can be difficult to find, but it will give you an idea of what will work.  It takes a low profile card.
