  Looks like you are running in the difference between the new and classic motion tweens in CS4.

  Flash is no longer interpolates between two distinct bodies, interpolations again, you animate a single object.   You can try to go into the properties of the image in the library and select the option to allow smoothing.  Who can help.

  You will need to download drivers from the Sony site for your laptop model and operating system (they cannot support Windows 7).

  Missing customization is normal because Windows 7 Home Basic Edition does not support themes. See the following article for an explanation.

  So much trouble, you got there. You may create a Groove and reinstall the original recovery image. After having done this you own preinstalled OS and with the factory settings, everything should work again.
