  2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  3. what happens when you access the Vaio camera capture utility? You receive an error message?

  Hardware device drivers are always offered by the manufacturer of the device.

  I suggest that you installthe filter Image Sony driver update on Sony's site and check if it helps.

  If the driver update above fails to solve the problem, then I suggest that you reinstallVAIO Camera Utility to update on the Sony site and check if it helps.

  I got the link below by going to the support page for your operating system (according to the form his Home Basic 64-Bit product) and under which by selecting Software patches (the latest driver). For the Alps pointing driver, go to this page: http://www.sony.co.in/support/download/476783/product/vpceh25en

  Download and install this driver according to the instructions that are on the page of download if you need help or more instructions, post here what you need. If not, see if the hotfix solves the problem. If not, we try something else.

  This problem may be caused by the incompatible driver Motion Eye Video Capture Device. A test to see if your motion eye works very well with the software provided by Sony.

  Try these steps and see if it helps.
