  I checked the support from Toshiba for some x 300 models page and I found no place where Toshiba offers several different types of battery for this model of laptop.
  For example, I know that Toshiba has offered different battery types (different number of cells) for many other models of mobile phone, but not for these portable multimedia Monster.

  This procedure should be repeated several times in the line to make sure that the battery has been properly calibrated.

  My question is that, in WINXP PRO, how can I use the TV tuner? Cable antenna and other issues already resolved. When I'm TV button in notebook no reaction. Please help me to use the TV tuner. In the Drivers CD, I installed all the drivers and programs, but still no response.

  Hi, I use Acronis image to make backups of hard disk of my G10. I have to be able to boot from the CD Acronis Rescue Media ISO I created. I intercept startup by pressing F12 and change the priority to boot to a CD. He said something like 'Attempt to link', then "Of a media failure, check cable", then continue to boot in XP. Now I have such driver: SigmaTel High Definition Audio CODEC v.6.10.5866.0. But I can't hear any sound! I tried to launch music on my laptop, all the levels in the Control Panel window "Sound Devices" are activated, and indicates the maximum volume level. But, again, I cannot hear any sound.   I noticed the same thing on my Satellite Pro P300. After installing Win7, everything was OK.
  I found the sound driver as advised by Win7 update, but after install driver sound was gone.
  So I think that Win7 works much better as bare BONES. :)

  In any case, for now Win7 is not supported and are all you can find some BETA drivers listed on the page of Toshiba U.S. support but not for all and not for the old as your Qosmio F30 laptop models. FN functions work only with utilities and tools specific to Toshiba. For Win7, such tools and utilities, do not exist and cannot be downloaded.

• Upgrade memory to the Qosmio F20 problem

  I just bought a Laptop Qosmio F20; It has 512 MB RAM DDR2 pc4200 533 MHz in standard. When I added an another 512 MB of ram the laptop turns on but the screen is blank, when I installed them separately, they work very well sound when I pair their place is happening, they are of the same manufacturer (Samsung) and the same type & speed.

  Please could someone help me with this, because I am intrigued. This laptop does support 1 GB memory 2 x.

  About you, problems with memory, it seems that both modules are not compatible I know that sounds very strange because you use the same modules (as you say).

  I recommend to replace the new module and you should check if the laptop runs correctly with other new module
