  in the message text for invitation to download I have the module name instead of saying my_game_free instead of My Cool free game, name of the application.   It's normal if you change the code. The SDK is hash checks on cod in App World vs your own that's why you will see the message.

  Do not worry.. the user will not see it until the App World version matches the one they have on their device.

  Bug in the system. I get that too sometimes, but I've been working with the NDK (libbbmsp.so) tricks and stunts and given the same kind of things, it is clear to me, it's not my code. Once you have called the invite() routine, there's really nothing that your own code is responsible, so something unusual in addition is the fault of the system.
