  I try it in the Simulator 8330.  Initially the output xml confirming authentication is printed, but after that, I get the exception.

  Then there was a folder with the name of the Group and inside contained the file into a .csv

  If I pressed it, it came with dispay impossible file.

  The created file is a .csv file that can be opened with a program such as Microsoft Excel. You will need to copy the file to your computer, and then open the file from the computer to see the story.

  -Clean Windows Boot to isolate 3rd party interference

  -Create an another user account and verify if you experience this problem.

  SFC/scannow

  -Disk Cleanup

  -System Restore to a date and time when your computer was functioning normally

  -Fix the Windows Setup (steps are listed below)

  Please proceed to a repair of the OS installation.  In case of failure, please make sure that you back up your data to an external location before performing the repair.  Here are the steps to proceed with the repair.

  To start the repair facility, load Windows 7 and make sure that you are connected to an administrator account. Then, insert the Windows 7 DVD and run the file setup.exe from the menu autoplay:

  Well, then you updated your operating system. Before the update, have you been able to use BBM?

  When you open the App what version of BBM management do you see? Are you sure there is no button you remove?

  Follow these steps:

  • If you are able to see a delete button on the management of the App, delete it.
  • Otherwise, open BlackBerry World and alt + RSTRST presst (it will close BlackBerry World)
  • Do a hard reset, remove the battery and reinsert it afer 10 seconds.
  • Once it starts, try to install the BBM using this link on your browser.

Every time when I want to use the BBM, system always ask me to check blackberry id I was check with correct blackberry ID user name and the password, and then click OK. It either, if I already have click OK, Blackberry let me sign in my BBM but only a few seconds the system displays me the message "the server is not responding. Please try again. What will happen to this topic? Is it because the RIM block my BB PIN? Thank you

  After reset open BBM and use your BlackBerry ID username and password. If even after this, you receive the same error message, then call your mobile provider to find out if they had any network questions here.
